I'm seriously considering jumping ship to a mobile service because my 4G service is often quite a bit faster than my NBN and it won't cost any extra and might even be cheaper. #qanda

@Optus is there any ETA on the reduced service issue to the nbn in my area. It’s been since morning and causing me a lot of issues with working due to this. This is very annoying and frustrating! Is there any updates when this will be resolved?

Hey @Telstra what's the go with the @NBN_Australia in Forest Range, SA? It's been dead slow all day.

  • ChrisVineNZ Chris Vine (@ChrisVineNZ) reported

@NBN_Australia is it really hard to get your services installed at a nationwide Australian company where you’ve had @Telstra and @Optus fail miserably to find the address…

  • menztrual brendan (@menztrual) reported

@NBN_Australia provided quote for FTTP upgrade. I paid said quote. 2 months later, they come back it’s now going to be an additional $50,000 extra to do it with no justification as to why. Wtf?

  • oliyoung oliyoung (@oliyoung) reported

I don't think I've ever had a more frustrating customer service experience than I've had with @VodafoneAU - we're now into day 5 of no @NBN_Australia connection and I'm tired of repeating myself every call and not getting anywhere #whinge

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@apparition100 Sorry to hear about your NBN internet connection issue. Can you please direct message us your full address so that we can double check this for you. Kartik

@JelCastragigo @GDixon1977 …and, in superior economic management style they are so proud of, it cost so much more to break it! Was it broken to give Murdoch a chance to revise his Foxtel situation? NBN, as originally proposed, would have made it pretty well redundant.
