@VaniaHolt9 Nothing beats fibre. Unfortunate it was so terribly done. Fact that nbn is a wholesaler is a big part of the problem. Cut out the middle men, let me subsidise the people who don't need the 1Gbps connections, get quality techs. It's vital infrastructure.

@VaniaHolt9 Problems we have now were, I believe, predicted. #LNP did not give us a solution but an expensive, problem ridden disaster. Apparently many LNP MP's have had proper fibre NBN installed costing the taxpayers $5,000 to $10,000 as their crap was not good enough for them.

NBN Co is refusing to fix it because we are in isolation - despite the fact the damage is purely outside the house & they don’t need to come inside. They won’t come back to fix it for 7 days AFTER we finish isolation.

@NBN_Australia @susieclapton Just image of it was fibre to the home no outage no repairs but no the LNP corruption crime syndicate had a donor that made copper wire. Your pricing is over the top as most Australians are battling to live let alone pay premium prices for an obsolete copper to the node system.

So @Aussie_BB with their ‘fantastic local support’ have totally failed to respond to a complete NBN outage in the #innerwest of Sydney. Sorry me info would be good.

I switched to @Aussie_BB in Oct-21 on the recommendation of exceptional customer service. On 22-Dec-2021 @NBN_Australia. ABB's handling of this has been disappointing, just blaming NBN and not providing any meaningful assistance.

My partner can go back to teaching next Monday but NBN Co won’t even fix a broken hanging cable outside our house until 7 days after that 😡
