@Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

@NBN_Australia No thanks Sandy. It was fixed after 3 months. By your technicians. The ones who said it was fine at their end for 3 months and kept handballing back to the iinet customer service team who told me they literally could do nothing now..i was told this at a higher level. So no thanks

@whoisricho Dont dictate to me champ i spent 3 months with 24h disconnections on my nbn with them playing around back and forth until it was found out it was their fault. You think im going to take kindly to anymore of their crap? Sorry no.

@Telstra Hello Yea I’ve spoken to the NBN TELSTRA TEAM SEVERAL times, then I received a text saying that the problem was fixed…i was happy and relieved…I was out all day 26/12 returned and at 10:20pm the NBN signal dropped out AGAIN.. what can you do to assist ? Please

@Connundrum54 yeah Kevin- the copper wire to My house through the NBN is that corroded- I have been waiting since Oct' for NBN go down to the Pit and fix it ..! NBN cut off my communication "Communication Meltdown "🎵🎶🎵

@lainieaquietoz @MikeCarlton01 Me too - I’ve had heaps of problems and had to go to Telecom Ombudsman to sort out - I’m still with them but I had to agree to a 2 year contract when I moved to NBN

@Connundrum54 Remoteness is the tyrant here. 5G range is too limiting to provide an Aus wide service. Mal’s ******* around didn’t help #nbn either.
