I would however @Telstra appreciate if you would fix our cable connection which seems to be constantly dropping out ever since nbn network was ready. Funny coincidence...... Next you will probably tell me I need to upgrade to nbn on a more expensive plan

@Telstra Someone better god damn talk to me! You use the pandemic to give crap service and never answer calls! Talk or I will go outside, lift the NBN cap and start cutting random cables!! I suggest ALL Telstra customers finding Telstra is not delivering service to go and do the same! 🤬

@NBN_Australia TPG are supposed to contact us back with inform from an NBN engineer, but this is going into day with no internet. We lliterally can’t even open the applications I need to work without a verification sign in via the internet. Any ideas on how to get this sorted faster? Inbox me?

@picklesgin Changed from Telstra to Vodafone about 2 months ago. Telstra took a while to accept change and continued to bill me. NBN didn’t work properly but didn’t notice as had 4G backup Nbn issue all resolved Telstra continued to bill for tech support!!!

@NBN_Australia Thanks Darren. That page is helpful for some I’m sure, however they don’t change the maximum speed of the line. I have no issue with my wifi (or wired connection for that matter), my question relates to finding out why my FTTC connection can only hit those max speeds.

@NBN_Australia We’re currently in a customer service feedback loop where there’s no internet, TPG say it’s an NBN issue & NBN website says that there is no outage. The NBN box is not receiving a signal in, and it makes a repeated clicking sound every few seconds. That sounds like NBN to me!
