    @Telstra The 2.4GHz wifi on my Smart Modem isn't working, a common problem according to Crowd Support. After spending hours with support on chat and phone, they're now sending an NBN tech out? What a waste of everyone's time!

    @Telstra Since 2006. Your call centre keeps telling me it's acceptable. Since the nbn took our landline away we have to rely of mobile phones. It's been utter crap. I have a 5g I'm getting 3g some times 4g. In box me so I can call you personally. Please

    During the big storm yesterday our @NBN_Australia box blew. Not being repaired until 20th! Some people are on their 9th box. Repair times are random with some repaired today, tomorrow & next week. @stemplemanmp doing a great job trying to help us & prevent regular reoccurrences!

    @Blackwolf_Kuro We're sorry to hear about your drop out issue. Our test indeed shows that there are recorded events showing that your connection is dropping. May we know if you've done any troubleshooting steps yet like checking the cables and lights on the modem and NBN Box? -Mel

    @NBN_Australia Thank you Amy! The storm in Sydney last night seem to have done some serious damage! Have scheduled a technician for tomorrow! Fingers crossed they would be able to restore the service! 🤞🏻
