    @katkarvess Hi Kat, that sounds very frustrating. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues. You'll need to raise this with your provider, as they manage your services. They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, 1/2

    @NBN_Australia you seem to be concerned that the NBN will be inferior to the 5G mobile services. Don’t worry about 5G, current 4G mobile service BLOW the NBN out of the water! I get 10fold better performance on 4G compared to the NBN.

    @EmmaKealyMP two weeks cut off from school, their routine, their mates, their family, their sport, their arts and music ? Phone lines & 3rd rate NBN down? LNP cut funding to arts & music ( which is also an art ) Cant access sport because McKenzie didn't fund non marginals?

    @superloopnet Internet is down in 3150 (hfc nbn) and member portal is also down. Phones are not manned at this hour so Help Centre not so useful. Got all solid green lights on nbn box and no known disruptions on nbn page.

    @PhidMcAwesome @Twitch_ANZ @Aussie_BB For some reason it increasingly became unstable, then totally dropped upload off enough to dc me in game/stream, then came back totally fine? Thinking NBN issue 🤔

    @IronMask75 @NBN_Australia Unfortunately in the eyes of nbn 40mb over fttn is acceptable minimum is 25mb since ur getting 40mh they wount do **** unless u pay for fttp fetting the free upgrade or wait n see when nbn decides to upgrades fttn not a lot can do 10k to get my house upgraded
