@MsPaulineMac Wow...your problems aren't your fault. My mother just rang the RSP and ordered a connection, and that's it. Took 2 weeks, then 1 hour on the day (simple FTTC). Didn't bother doing any research, or choosing an NBN speed plan, or even preparing the house (moving furniture etc)

Day 12 without our @telstra NBN service. Making it pretty hard to run a medical service during a pandemic guys.

@iiNet We're not using mobile data. We're using fixed Fon wifi on one of our neighbours' Telstra services to replace the lost fixed NBN service

Strategic supply of copper wrapped around house, replaced with single cat6 run. When you spend as much to fix house wiring, as NBN would have spent just running fibre the last mile.

@ajmxjain This has been raised with the appropriate teams to resolve and they have advised a Planned Remediation Date (PRD) of 06/03/21. This date is when nbn anticipates having the issue resolved by or be able to provide an update on the progress of the works. 2/4

@On_Da_Ball3 Yep, it’s crazy weather, cyclonic weather yesterday, BOM doesn’t call a cyclone, damage to trees and fences, no power, no mobile, no NBN. Now cyclone is moving off the coast, calling it 🙄 We still don’t have power and no NBN 🤬

Sadly there probably won’t be any #Twitch streams for while since good ol’ @NBN_Australia aren’t providing an ETA for when they expect to fix line degradation issues in the area - of which they are aware :(
