@NBN_Australia You totally miss the point. I’ve moved to the centre of town. On the A1. Our national highway. It should have fibre to the curb. It has fibre to the node. It’s just plain idiocy. Invest in better (not even best). It’s your network. Fix it. Don’t handball it.

We have been through all this trouble and time to get our NBN sorted, and they have sent us a fibre to the curb (FTTC) device, not the hybrid fibre cable (HFC) device that is required. It is embarrassing now. Frustrating. This needs to be sorted. #telstra #NBN

Provider actually sending all the information to you guys! I shouldn’t have to wait days before I have someone come out to actually look at this! We do work from home on this connection and since your fail of a nbn roll out are now putting people like us behind!NOT IMPRESSED![2]

The whole afternoon wasted cos of an nbn drop out. It’s now working but my laptop won’t connect. I can’t hotspot either. Tried calling Monash e-solutions but on hold for 20+ mins.... fingers crossed I can get through and they can fix it!!!

@BrowntownBrew @theheraldsun Fibre does not bend like copper, otherwise the driveways wouldnt have to be dug up. Materials have become a whole lot better since the first concept NBN. Fibre is rolled out in all the new suburbs. Its just the old suburbs that are an issue.
