@JaneCaro @ABCaustralia How frustrating. I've had an account for ages (same as for every other streaming service I use). Haven't had any issues aside from an occasional delay to start playing videos on iview ( fast forwarding initially helps on those occasions). We are on nbn. Not sure if that matters?

  • alexeckermann Alex Eckermann (@alexeckermann) reported

Just wondering for those that know the whole NBN CVC landscape: does a CVC limit combine down and up? (I presume so but want to double check)

  • ajinnovator AJ (@ajinnovator) reported

@SashasShelves @NBN_Australia So apparently now it was the local electricity supplier that took down the broadband cable between 8 am and 3 pm because they need to do updates @Telstra Just wants to blame everybody else

  • Petecrew3 Pete (@Petecrew3) reported

@NBN_Australia for several years now I have had endless dropouts on my nbn service. On a daily basis I can have anywhere from 6 to 16 drop-outs on my internet. I'm on my second provider now and still the same issues. Is it possible to have this issue finally sorted?

  • HoratioG3 Horatio G (@HoratioG3) reported

@denniallen @EilishCatEyes @LNPvoterfail The LNP are the worst money managers,NBN all over again, except this is playing with people's lives. Disgraceful and amoral to the core. Bring on the election!

  • ajinnovator AJ (@ajinnovator) reported

@Telstra So apparently now it wasn’t you or NBN that took down my Internet connection of the entire day it was actually the “local electricity supplier” the @Telstra lies just get better and better

  • mariesproule mariesproule (@mariesproule) reported

@Telstra 6 weeks of trying to get stable internet connection after Telstra technician changed our modem because of transition to NBN - and still can’t take transactions at our business - 6 weeks of lost sales 6 weeks of stress and disappointment - and no one at Telstra can help!

  • JustJamieB90 Jamie B (@JustJamieB90) reported

How can we have a WiFi network in this country that is Slower than that of 3rd world countries! Turnbull straight up ****** us with this already outdated network and its not even completely rolled out. @NBN_Australia

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported

@max_au @Aussie_BB Yeah, except I pay more per month for my Telstra mobile service than I pay for NBN via Aussie, and when I asked Telstra for a second SIM that shared my primary data allocation, that was denied. I apparently have to spend another $80 a month to get a 2nd 5G-capable SIM.

  • GleannMac Glenn Campbell (@GleannMac) reported

@Telstra 4 days later and I still cannot get confirmation that my Nbn order is processed : 1-3020128349264 please help!!
