@TPG_Telecom Over 3 weeks that I signed the NBN plan, and still not working, 3 NBN technician and 2 TPG came home and couldn’t fix my problem. When I got the plan I paid 89,99 and today they charged me 79,99. Today I finally canceled and I demand to be completely refunded.

Day 4 of trying to get @Foxtel NBN connection issue fixed and no one on the help desk is able to assist or respond in any meaningful manner outside of their programmed scripted responses. Lift your game guys .

  • therealjeebers TheRealJeebers (@therealjeebers) reported

@NBN_Australia @aglenergy ISP is claiming there is a “nationwide” NBN outage but your site says there are no problems in Glenmore Park NSW?

  • MatthewBevan Matt Bevan (@MatthewBevan) reported

@FamousRob I’ve worked in 4 different houses during the pandemic and every time I had an internet issue it turned out to be the router not the NBN. Anecdotal, I know, but it’s been fine for me.

in before some bullshit NBN social media idiot comes in and says "have you spoken to your supplier?" YES YES I HAVE. SEVERAL TIMES. and its a band aid fix before its ******* broken again. -_-

@TPG_Telecom I'm already on the best nbn tier - FTTP - and I'm still getting issues with your service. I can't imagine how it's like for your FTTN users. If TPG can't or won't resolve this issue speedily, I won't think twice about moving to more expensive RSPs with better customer support.

  • rad_shazz Rad Shaz (@rad_shazz) reported

@Telstra If you REALLY want to help and really imagine my frustration how about moving the NBN appointment back to it's original date! The amount of money Telstra has cost me trying to get this fixed is disgusting!! And stop cancelling the dates of the technicians!!

  • NathanBruning Nathan Bruning (@NathanBruning) reported

Starlink has absolutely destroyed my NBN service in Australia in both speed and reliability. Thank you @elonmusk

  • jbthinking John Ball (@jbthinking) reported

@NBN_Australia Costs aren't the main issue, but now that the plug has been pulled on my active service, the delay to reactive is a problem that Telstra cannot handle without nbn's support.

  • drydryruins Andrew Thai Dang (@drydryruins) reported

@NBN_Australia is there a way for you guys to not do maintenance on the lines. If it's good and there are no complaints from service providers about faults then: Why bother doing service?
