Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Bridgetown and nearby locations:

  • Peta_FirewiseWA Peta Townsing (@Peta_FirewiseWA) reported from Balingup, State of Western Australia

@NBN_Australia The power has just come back on at about 4.40pm, but no explanation from @westernpowerwa. If the outage had extended much longer as it did in 2012, then we could have lost mobile connectivity and NBN and contents of freezers. Power needed for water pumping, heating. Plans needed.

Somehow appropriate that the clapped-out HFC NBN has stopped working as ALP win majority in the lower house. What a **** 10 years that truly was! #auspol

Telstra: We're killing IDSN. Also Telstra: we're not replacing it with anything so that rural site with no NBN or reliable 4G you have will need a five-figure fibre installation and a quadrupling of the monthly service cost

  • ChristianSarki6 Christian Sarkis (@ChristianSarki6) reported

@macsween_prue @PeterDutton_MP He wanted to give them an $80b tax cut & never spoke up for stagnant wages, penalty rates and small business over big business the 9 years in government !!! Destroyed the NBN to top it off & no energy towards inclusive growth via infrastructure

  • hoser_meier Christian Meier (@hoser_meier) reported

@Optus @NBN_Australia still experiencing dropouts and cannot wfh properly. I'm sure Optus will reply with send us a dm but then ignore the dm. At least I can tether to my phone data with another provider. Goodbye Optus have had enough of you and your service issues
