ᴊᴜѕᴛɪɴ (@_Just) reported from Perth, Western Australia@reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.
-
Russell Keith-Magee (@freakboy3742) reported from Perth, Western Australia@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

Andrew Henry | yojhi.eth (@andrewmhenry22) reported from Perth, Western Australia@iiNet hi, our nbn is down. Is there an issue?
-
Brenton Hewitt (@hewball) reported from Perth, Western Australia@decryption i dont have my gpon gear powered on to show you data from the network side, but if any of that isnt correct, nbn could just turn off the port

ᴊᴜѕᴛɪɴ (@_Just) reported from Perth, Western Australia@shibz_1989 @DeadlineDavis @LachlanLachlang @McTez I’m on the NBN 100 and get 93 down and 35 up consistently.
-
Russell Keith-Magee (@freakboy3742) reported from Perth, Western AustraliaI’d also like to thank the @iiNet support staff out of whom I had to drag every last detail about how the @NBN_Australia fault investigation process would proceed.
-
Russell Keith-Magee (@freakboy3742) reported from Perth, Western AustraliaI’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

Varun (@VarunVarun1987) reported@Starlink Hi, I received the Starlink kit today. I thought the installation would be easy, but I found it difficult. I have decided to keep my NBN service instead, so I would like to cancel my Starlink service and return the kit. Please let me know the return process. Thank you.

Bill O’Slarty-Bartfast (@Klaartu) reported@isaacfloyd13 @johngar45721 And the NBN ****-up was the LNP trying to protect Murdoch.
-
Mitchell Costin (@mitchell_costin) reportedWho else is experiencing **** internet speeds after 7pm? By 10 pm it's almost impossible to get pages to load up and and have a smooth social media experience. Bloody diabolical. I'm on the verge of ditching the NBN and going Starlink. 😠😠

Solaris (@AussieSolaris) reported@GearlessRoe I need internet, I'll go nuts without it. Heh. I miss gaming, waste of time as it was. I need some connection to the outside world, as much as I like/need my solitude. There is one section in this place where I get signal good enough to stream/use the internet well enough. Everywhere else is essentially dead. Miss being able to use the phone in bed, have to hotspot it & put it in one specific spot & use the PC now. See what happens/what I do these coming weeks. If I don't leave here/get kicked out for breaching them, and I can get more dollars in, Starlink will be the way. In theory. Shame though, $85 a month for only 100gb is an oof. My NBN plan with unlimited data at the last place was only $70 a month. Without further dollars/income, cannot afford. Will have to sort something soon. My entire situation right now is *not* sustainable.

Jai Parker (@jaiparker79) reported@REbagholders @AvidCommentator Internet in Bangladesh is too fast. Need to come to Aus for the slow as NBN.
-
the Black Sheep (@rivet0011) reported@theheraldsun NBN had a chance but on purpose provided a rediculous garbage service backed by a corrupt corporation of a govt. Just look at their failure ads blaming a jug or toaster. They really wanted it to all fail & succeeded at it
-
DemocracyIsDead (@STIIBTWTCFMYCGA) reported@TopherField One of our clients had an existing telstra router just wanted an NBN connection. 2 weeks. $110 per month. I got her to contact starlink. 5 days later delivered and installed. $75 per month. Get your act together telstra. Can't be so slow anymore. There are choices.

Ky Broome (@KyBroome35) reportedFurther update, Mum was just on the phone with Optus and apparently Optus (an internet provider) isn’t able to call NBN to fix this, they can only text message them. Or at least that’s the line they are spitting out about the network degradations DO YOUR JOB!!!
-
John Harrison 🇦🇺 🦘 (@JH_Otway_Ranges) reported@TopherField I'm in regional Victoria and there's NBN fixed wireless, someone has to come to your home, drill holes and install cables and a antenna on the roof that's if you are in line of sight of the tower, it is slow, people around me have just got Starlink instead, it's a game changer
-
anthony, underclass prole cat, edwards (@anthony45052793) reported@MichaelRuyg apology would be nice, no chance of a refund. despite larger ISP's being forced to refund people on fixed wireless who paid for service speed nbn could not deliver, my small one was not included in that settlement.
