  • petedavo_au Peter Davidson 🇦🇺 (@petedavo_au) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@NewtonMark I'd wager that the Telstra Gen 2 smart modem is probably the direct cause of network congestion. Nice touch though to hide NBN disconnections with a fallover to 4G

  • thallam08 Tom Hallam (@thallam08) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@NewtonMark Wireless NBN is a shared media with contention detection. All the issues of a non switched ethernet plus all the issues of wireless.

  • TyrieLinda Linda Tyrie (@TyrieLinda) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Huw_Merlin @dottigee Ive been getting calls from a woman with a voice like a cadaver who says she's Nicole from the NBN network and I'm about to be cut off.

  • katie62750987 katie (@katie62750987) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Optus I took out a month to month nbn service including a mighty fetch box with multi room mini box and the ultimate channel pack for $104 per month 8 weeks ago. Since then I have had numerous problems getting this service up and running. I have called your technical team many times.

  • BenAylett BenAylett.com (@BenAylett) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@NBN_Australia has realised a line has been crossed and is trying pretend it never happened. Remember that this cancerous "organisation" will up for sale soon to the highest bidder looking incorporate a toxic culture that operates with impunity.

  • MGoldschlager Michael Goldschlager (@MGoldschlager) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@MichaelWestBiz There’s never been a better time to borrow. FIX THE #NBN NOW with fttp. #auspol #fraudband

  • lettermania luke halden (@lettermania) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra when it has been over a week that elderly customers can't get online or have a home phone #nbn but support tells them to do the same thing and expect different results #insanity

  • FX_Digital Steve Cartwright (@FX_Digital) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

NBN down again and as usual no real support ... @iiNet

  • katie62750987 katie (@katie62750987) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Optus I opened a month to month nbn account with you 8 weeks ago. It included a mighty fetch box account with a multi room mini box and the ultimate channel pack. I have had numerous problems since opening this account. The first problem was the multi room didn’t have the ultimate pack

  • TrishKurralinga Patricia Rutherford (@TrishKurralinga) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@nobby15 Repeated problems since going onto NBN

  • Zarathhustra Tom Yeats (@Zarathhustra) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

It means putting money in peoples' pockets so they can support Oz biz by buying stuff from them. All this talk about investing in infrastructure is all very well but if that means washing it down the drain as in the nbn scam or giving it away to Rupie... NO.

  • cathleen5 💧Cathleen McVey Eades (@cathleen5) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@actualfredsmith @deemadigan It is Telstra's fault. Telstra forced me off stable Broadband on to the NBN with it's unreliable service. I hate the NBN.

  • 1dieseldon 💧Don Smith (@1dieseldon) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

So poor quality NBN complemented by inferior modems great 🙄 what chance for a decent functional service

  • annsippe Ann Sippe (@annsippe) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@gabriellechan @mpbowers The resistance to Labor confounds me. The vitriol Tony Windsor suffered because he sided with Labor was ridiculous in the extreme. NBN, school funding and climate change were issues deeply affecting the rural sector.

  • jaredlarrysfeet Jared (@jaredlarrysfeet) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@iiNet Yes and your follow up team told me it was an issue with the router despite it clearly being an issue with the NBN box and I was once again forced to spend 20 minutes going through tests that were already done last night. So you've successfully wasted both my time and your own.

  • TrishKurralinga Patricia Rutherford (@TrishKurralinga) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@rubin_angela @raywilton4 Everyone calling from NBN seems to be a liar & potential rorting thief. Never turn your computer on for lying telemarketers.

  • jaredlarrysfeet Jared (@jaredlarrysfeet) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@iiNet My internet is down and I am supposed to be having a technician come out today to check my NBN connection device. I was wondering if you have an ETA as I will need to go to work eventually. Task number: 339808030. Thanks.

  • TrishKurralinga Patricia Rutherford (@TrishKurralinga) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@cgay_51 @MeckeringBoy Once again the Govt of that day (#Abbott #Turnbull) was uninformed on #NBN #FTTN & therefore so were the voters! #HonestyinGovernment would be a rare treat after more than 9 years of #LNP lies (6+ years as Govt). @jaquix173 @raywilton4 @mikeaubrey2 @Jim_Pembroke @WilmaSlurrie

  • WazT555 Wazza (@WazT555) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

Weeekend!!! 👏😁👏 aww yeah! But no internetz 😢 Been raised to NBN looking into it issue so yes... I’ll just have to do, non internet related things for a while 😶

@skunk_cheeky Don’t get me started in our stupid NBN

  • reverendgrebo Reverend Grebo (@reverendgrebo) reported

  • jessicamacca Jessica McSweeney (@jessicamacca) reported

@perryduffin1 I was working at Lakehaven KFC when it burned down in 2015 and nothing has beat the absolute high of seeing it on NBN news the next day

  • AdamDurant18 Adam Durant (@AdamDurant18) reported

@NBN_Australia is there an NBN outage in Forest Lodge right now!? No internet all day and no one is taking responsibility

  • Whalesdolphins2 Whalesdolphins (@Whalesdolphins2) reported

@GraceH44 Thank you. Problem was that I was called by NBN tech. They sounded so true, about hackers from China and so on! Made me put 2 apps on. I fell for it, but my husband would have done, as well! It's the first time I fell for it, which angers me!

  • ajWasThere ajWasThere (@ajWasThere) reported

@NickRossTech If NBN gave us Fibre users faster speed at a lower price the FttN users would get upset. I pay $150 for 1000/50 and would love more upload. Download would require a significant router upgrade but it would be a nice problem to have.

  • mikebethune Michael Bethune (@mikebethune) reported

@BrowntownBrew @Aitch_El @Scottludlam Dunno if you've noticed, FW is very spotty. Rudd claimed NBN build would be free to taxpayers as it would pay for itself, so NBN has chased financial outcomes ever since so penny pinching the roll out, hence crap FTTN/FW rather than good NZ fibre to the cabinet. #auspol

  • mark87nexus James M (@mark87nexus) reported

@NBN_Australia Thanks anyways, but I don't think we'll see this upgrade this year or next year. The only thing we are going to get is more problem from fttn drop outs and disconnection. Which we have now. If we ever get this maybe another 10 or 20 years.

  • CalCurious Cals curious mind (@CalCurious) reported

@ozrock67 @somewherein84 I thoroughly disagree. The LNP doubled debt BEFORE covid hit & have rorted billions this admin. Previously they have sold profitable national assets, leaving them costing more & performing less, then NBN. Reality, LNP NEVER PUTS THE ECONOMY FIRST. The LNP put LNP doners first.
