@reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

@Anonymo21140362 @newscomauHQ Without serious investment into infrastructure over successive governments, this at best will be a half baked effort like nbn. And I still don't understand how this is carbon friendlier if we need more power stations to provide this electricity. Just moving the problem around.

@Aussie_BB @plodskitv Spoke to soon it’s not working again inter is just really poor quality, you guys really need to sort nbn out iam sick of snail internet when my friends in the US have hundreds of gb of upload and download I can’t even get 5mbps upload 😡

@Kantankers Hi Katharine, This outage is now reported as resolved by the carrier. If you are still experiencing issues, we would recommend power cycling your nbn router/modem. Unplug the power cable from the back of your modem/router, leave it out for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

@JenniferHarr @danielpebrace I had worst , an Optus worker told me in no uncertain terms masks never work, l was wearing a N99 mask, l was only in Optus store to get a possible NBN internet connection, “not medical advice from a Optus worker selling internet/mobiles.

Love to get a notice of an NBN "scheduled outage" that starts in 10 minutes from now. Mind you, Monday's "scheduled outage" we got the notice 5 minutes after it started and it said a tech would be onsite in 2h. "Scheduled" hey
