  • jschew1 Jonathan Chew (@jschew1) reported

How many days does it take to get a call back if you ring @NBN_Australia ? 20 business days apparently I am told. For a call back, not to actually address the problem.

  • mitchelljfowler Boogie Cousins (@mitchelljfowler) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@hexsteph @NBN_Australia Hi. I work as an engineer at NBN. I can potentially help you get your service activated. Just have a few questions. Has everything been connected up to your new NBN provided modem?

  • CaponeField MrCapone (@CaponeField) reported

@NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia I would get a high speed connection, like one of those 100 down 20 up if the NBN connection could do it. But instead, the second class digital citizen connection you have provided for me, means that I use a non-NBN fixed wireless provider.

  • LennaLeprena Lenna Leprena (@LennaLeprena) reported

@scandrof Yes, strange hey...my battery for the phone on my NBN, which I never used anyway, only lasted about 18 months before it failed and I had to by-pass it altogether.

  • TrjnRabbit Adam Wells but unironically tired (@TrjnRabbit) reported

@NBN_Australia You do understand that when you reply with a copy/paste response that does not address my complaint, you are only making things worse, right? I sincerely do not understand what the point of your team is. You do not help, you do not have the tools to help.

  • Lebanator_ LBNATR (@Lebanator_) reported

@NBN_Australia Quick Question, We had fibre laid down our street in May 2020 but there has been no news on when we will be switched over to FTTP. It’s so frustrating. We’re in Banks, ACT

  • spectrumnet Spectrum Networks (@spectrumnet) reported

Some Perth NBN services appear to be down due to a problem with a 3rd party in perth. No ETR.

  • Bushscrubs Vince Steele - Artist/Cartoonist (@Bushscrubs) reported

@BethanyinCBR Removed parts of the fast portion of the NBN so it doesn't actually reach anyone's house? Slowed down Australia Post to make it look like the more expensive priority service is faster? They seem to think it's for the good of the country, or at least, they'd like us to think that.

  • maz_net_au Maz (@maz_net_au) reported

@NBN_Australia Why not publish actual attainable connection speeds (grouped by area and technology type would be good). My max 25mbit FTTN service is an embarrassment and I'm now having to use 4G instead.

  • MissLizzieZiZi 𝔼𝕝𝕚𝕫𝕒𝕓𝕖𝕥𝕙 (@MissLizzieZiZi) reported

@BHustwaite Telstra has been trying to make me swap over for two years but I don’t want to as I have cable internet which has mostly been great and it’s fast. All I hear is how crap NBN is, so I was happy it got delayed 🤪
