    @iiNet hi, our nbn is down. Is there an issue?

  • freakboy3742 Russell Keith-Magee (@freakboy3742) reported from Perth, State of Western Australia

    @NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

  • _Just ᴊᴜѕᴛɪɴ (@_Just) reported from Perth, State of Western Australia

    @reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

  • freakboy3742 Russell Keith-Magee (@freakboy3742) reported from Perth, State of Western Australia

    I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

  • freakboy3742 Russell Keith-Magee (@freakboy3742) reported from Perth, State of Western Australia

    I’d also like to thank the @iiNet support staff out of whom I had to drag every last detail about how the @NBN_Australia fault investigation process would proceed.

  • _Just ᴊᴜѕᴛɪɴ (@_Just) reported from Perth, State of Western Australia

    @shibz_1989 @DeadlineDavis @LachlanLachlang @McTez I’m on the NBN 100 and get 93 down and 35 up consistently.

    @lynlinking @PCKJ3627 @WgarNews Of course not Australia's tech savvy ness has nose dived with privatisation of CSIRO (or its or whatever) and crap NBN, plus those APPS the govt has made all rubbish, how did anyone think they did that?

  • joon_ethem 92 (@joon_ethem) reported

    @NBN_Australia Yes but your reply does not make sense. The unexpected challenges that you are facing is because of your poor management. I wish I had an selected 5G Service that Telstra provides. #TPG already charged me 300 dollars as a installation fee and now I realise that it is...

  • AnthCont Anthony cont (@AnthCont) reported

    @HughEdgarMedia @NBN_Australia I'm in freshwater and it's down still

  • dougnewnham Doug Newnham (@dougnewnham) reported

    @Telstra We literally have no NBN and no cellular reception in Monbulk. If we need emergency services we are in serious trouble. I hope some priority is given to areas like this.

  • flickybean jordy (@flickybean) reported

    @NBN_Australia @stretchoz Definitely still affected by this outage, but your website still says no outage. When do you plan on updating this? You also still have yet to get in contact despite asking for my details hours ago

  • stretchoz 4everSFC (@stretchoz) reported

    @flickybean @NBN_Australia Because like the oz nbn it is slow and outdated. 3rd world country when it comes to internet. Actually take that back. Even 3rd world countries have better. Is there a 4th world classification?

  • sinf3rn0 sinf3rn0 (@sinf3rn0) reported

    @NBN_Australia Hey! Didn’t expect a reply - the tech returned after I called the company, he just failed to mention to me he was leaving to go down the road and the Internet seems to be working fine now :)

  • goldenarchis C0N*ARCH1S (@goldenarchis) reported

    @Optus Another 3 hours of chat with @Optus “experts” LMFAO - i can’t have my nbn plan upgraded like most customers (because of a technical problem on Optus’s side) and I can’t be released from my contract. WTF!

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

    @stretchoz As at 3:00pm today 10 June, nbn has restored its infrastructure assets servicing approximately 26,500 premises in metropolitan areas of Melbourne. As a result of impacts to other network infrastructure assets, approximately 60,000 nbn services remain affected across 1/3
