    @NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

    I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

    @reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

    @Neil11450147 @Anna98831 @mickjoebill @annapianna1 @MrKRudd @pauldutton1968 That is NBN spin to justify a poor decision. Perhaps when blocks were subdivided they didn't get lead-in, but majority of homes do. Regardless remediation of lead-ins was factored in to the cost.

    @lachyl @PrimeVideo 5GB of data for an hour of streaming is actually *************** though. As for my contract, NBN hasn’t been connected to my building and ADSL is as slow as Dial-Up here. I don’t have another option.

    @NBN_Australia I’d appreciate any comms by mid-morning tomorrow. I can’t keep waiting on hold to ISP for 1.5 hours to conduct more tests. I need the issue resolved.

    @NBN_Australia Current service is very intermittent and phasing between online and offline. If not fixed soon going to have to revert to ADSL 2+. Not able to work properly and can’t keep having consistent dropouts.

    @NickRossTech @cheryl_kernot @NBN_Australia Not we are not "talking down Australia". What we are constructively criticising is the gigantic stuffup of using FTTN instead of FTTP/H. This was bought about by RW poilitical considerations & not by choosing a better technology solution. Turnbull caved in to vested interests.

    @NBN_Australia The first guy who responded here said NBN would work with the provider to rectify if it's deemed an infrastructure issue, but it IS an infrastructure issue and NBN will do nothing so that's a load of nonsense. You guys just reply here to make it look you'll actually do something
