    @NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

    I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

    @reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

    @OccupyMyGov Murdoch had his puppets deliberately nobble Labors' FTTP NBN so that it did not destroy his Cable TV network. Abbott swore that copper is cheaper than glass fibre. If so, why are boats made of fibre glass & not Copper? Fibre operates at speed of light, copper 1,000thspeed

    @VodafoneAU You ask to connect over DM but there is no intention to respond. Its past 11 pm and the service hasn’t improved (unlike what you promised) - been without network for past 5 days on 3 devices with Vodafone. If not for Telstra NBN, I couldn’t have even tweeted this. #VodafoneSucks

    AMGERY. stupid internet infrastructure... the box that brings internet into our home is faulty... we've had yet another drop out. I called our ISP and they've raised it to nbn..... so guys who's lost the last source of income they had... its me. I'm major depressy now... :'(

    Un-fuggen-believable. Been on leave for 2 weeks & because of COVID restrictions haven't gone anywhere. Internet went down this morning. Very strange. Contacted @Internode who have duckshoved it onto NBN. Go back to work Monday & NOW I'm expected to wait at home Tues 8-12!! 😡

    @Telstra WTH. My wifi has been slow since April. The people I’m speaking with on the phone refuse to get nbn out to my address. I want it rectified. Paying upward of $100 for nothing

    @Aussie_BB I am away from my Aussie Broadband NBN and I would like to be able to use my VoIP phone when I am at my parents place because I don't use a mobile and I need the service to work because it is being paid for so it should work with or without an Aussie Broadband NBN

    @backupbear The NBN around my area is *********, drops out all the time, especially when it's windy. Mobile no better, have to go down the street to make a call. How good was going cheap on the NBN.

    @TPG_Telecom having terrible service in 3025 today. Speed test is 5mb or less. Have rebooted modem. Nothing on nbn service outages. Can you look into it? Stuck inside with two kids 🤯

    @iiNet Thats correct a case was lodged. This is another event now as the 1st service was restored for 24 hours. Are you going to send someone to provide a temporary service? Don’t give me nbn rubbish. We want service.
