We could’ve future proofed Aus w/ original NBN. Might’ve cost a lot, but wouldn’t needed to be touched for long time. Instead, lots of bandaids & poor solutions… I know my parents & more still don’t have access to decent internet. Sounds “first world”, but we could’ve had better

@NBN_Australia Geebus this is rude! Are you drawing attention to the point that FTTP would have continued to work in flood areas? What an own goal.

@churda_bulb Sorry to hear about your internet connection issue. Can you please direct message us to confirm which internet service is this in regards to, I mean 4G home internet, 5G home internet or NBN home internet? Kartik

@NBN_Australia you guys are actually just trolling at this point, right. There is no way this is actually serious. You're telling me that you need 38 days to fix an issue that existed before the floods, that you didn't do anything about at that time?

  • DawsonEJ Emma Dawson (@DawsonEJ) reported

It’s now 2 hours since Telstra rang to restore internet service, which was suspended because they hadn’t actioned application to migrate to NBN. Their stuff up: no internet for 48 hours, no warning. 3 calls, 1st dropped out after 20 minutes, 2nd after 55. Current call 51 minutes.
