    @Optus nbn down in 6028… has been for hours and judging by other tweets it’s the same in postcodes near me. I have checked your outages page and you claim no service issues in the area, which is clearly incorrect. An update please !

It should have been 90% investment into wireless connectivity, then we wouldn't have wasted billions on useless costly infrastructure. My 5G wireless craps all over NBN speeds.     @FreoLou @MatthewPassmor8 @FreoPope It's likely that your Internet is delivered over copper (FTTN) or possibly HFC. FTTN - depends how far the premises is from node. Has the problems with poor instalations, pits letting water leak in etc NBN HFC - uses higher frequencies than Telstra = dropouts. TI

    @JennaPrice Could we have left the NBN up to private enterprise? Government used to do quite a bit of infrastructure. While I believe government should not be in business, we have had some horrible outcomes of outsourcing to the rest the world to build our govt stuff that hadto be remediated

    @NBN_Australia I took a day off work un-paid yesterday to be in for a technician to show up and no one arrived. Once contacting our internet provider I was told it was marked down as me cancelling it, which i absolutely did not. I am now being told I have to wait until June????

    @NBN_Australia Hello Khan, I’m on a latest version device <1 meter from the ISP provided wifi router running speed tests. 1 minute I get normal speed, then for 10 minutes unusable <1 mbps. My home is optimised thanks, our national broadband network, seemingly not so much. #NBN
