    @iiNet Yes and your follow up team told me it was an issue with the router despite it clearly being an issue with the NBN box and I was once again forced to spend 20 minutes going through tests that were already done last night. So you've successfully wasted both my time and your own.

    @gabriellechan @mpbowers The resistance to Labor confounds me. The vitriol Tony Windsor suffered because he sided with Labor was ridiculous in the extreme. NBN, school funding and climate change were issues deeply affecting the rural sector.

    @Optus I took out a month to month nbn service including a mighty fetch box with multi room mini box and the ultimate channel pack for $104 per month 8 weeks ago. Since then I have had numerous problems getting this service up and running. I have called your technical team many times.

    It means putting money in peoples' pockets so they can support Oz biz by buying stuff from them. All this talk about investing in infrastructure is all very well but if that means washing it down the drain as in the nbn scam or giving it away to Rupie... NO.

    @NewtonMark I'd wager that the Telstra Gen 2 smart modem is probably the direct cause of network congestion. Nice touch though to hide NBN disconnections with a fallover to 4G

    @GraysonWilhelm Well, there should be a service guarantee when you use it, and if you are overcharged or the service is slower than promised on the regular, or often cuts out, either your provider, or NBN, should have to give you free internet for a while or cashback on your last bill.

    @NBN_Australia Hi Rosemary. We did follow protocol and then NBN canceled the technician because they “saw that everything was fine” on their side. The issue is repeat and intermittent. We need a tech.

    1) Telstra recently bumped us onto a ‘better’ NBN plan - you guessed - one that cost us more $$, saying old one expired, new one super fast. Ever since the speed and range has been painfully slow. Also billed us 4 FOXTEL that used to be free in package.

    @__tim_c Hi Tim. The outage needs to be fixed by NBN first. The fault remains open and our engineering team will continue to assist you until the issue is resolved. If an NBN tech still needs to come out, they will be in touch as soon as updates become available. -John

    @Telstra Hi Anto, I have used Telstra's messaging service many times in the past month for this same issue. Very tedious, but repeated testing has shown the need for an NBN technician to visit. Appointments arranged, time taken off work, but no-one turns up. Really poor.
