@actualfredsmith @deemadigan It is Telstra's fault. Telstra forced me off stable Broadband on to the NBN with it's unreliable service. I hate the NBN.

@seynx It just got better sha, last year it was around that realm of 5mb then they introduced NBN which made it up to that speed. Ah in Naija I was getting up to 10 sha, well I was staying in the same area of that network so I guess I was lucky. Well you're right sha.

@iiNet Yes and your follow up team told me it was an issue with the router despite it clearly being an issue with the NBN box and I was once again forced to spend 20 minutes going through tests that were already done last night. So you've successfully wasted both my time and your own.

My NBN is completely down in Bull Creek all morning since 8:30am this morning. Optus said there is a line issue at my premises but it’s completely down. It’s an ongoing issue with no fix at all. This is the only service I can get @GrayConnolly

We have the same disastrous NBN in Australia- benefit of Labor Party - nothing but complaints, drop outs etc and still have to buy a service from a Tel co. DON’T DO IT (National Broadband Network)

My NBN has been switched over from ADSL2+ on 23/10 after a botched installation on 21/10 in which they used an old Foxtel cable outlet in my lounge room (moved to Satellite back in March). Good service for first two days before the dropouts began

@Telstra Still no mobile service since Saturday morning. Telstra don't offer ADSL/NBN to our address. We are a bit out of the way. The satellite plans are awful. I have the same data on my phone, 80g, as the sat net. At 25mbps.

Would you please send technicians to check the NBN exchange in Balwyn North VIC 3104 area? People in this area experienced NBN dropouts for a few days, today is much worse. There must be a fault within the NBN Network in 3104 area. @NBN_Australia

So do I complain to @DodoAustralia or @NBN_Australia for getting speeds less than a quarter of what I'm paying for? From what I'm hearing it's a widespread issue, not just one provider being slow, and for the past week or so as well.
