Good service for first two days before the dropouts began

I have a sub rate FTTN @NBN_Australia service and I don't get a discount for having 480 vids instead of 4K. After four cancelled appointments by NBN after Telstra said it was an NBN issue ( it was), I bought a Telstra 5G router and threw out the NBN box. I would prefer Starlink but it has a congestion charge in our area of $700.
