@seynx It just got better sha, last year it was around that realm of 5mb then they introduced NBN which made it up to that speed. Ah in Naija I was getting up to 10 sha, well I was staying in the same area of that network so I guess I was lucky. Well you're right sha.

  • Misspent_yoof P@o (@Misspent_yoof) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

Given the choice between trying to get customer service from NBN Co or taking the rough end of a pineapple, I won’t even ask for lube. It’s be less painful and have just as much impact on my ability to access the network. @NBN_Australia

  • GerryGannon Gerry Gannon 💧 (@GerryGannon) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@AusIndiMedia @phbarratt .@TurnbullMalcolm was a fan of the Conroy devised @NBN_Australia but @TonyAbbott ordered him to destroy it and today you have a piss poor imitation of the original. Thanks, Abbott

  • webprofusion Christopher Cook (@webprofusion) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@JakeGinnivan @NBN_Australia Vodafone NBN is quite good - it has 4G backup that comes on automatically (so then it's their problem and not really yours). Costs the same as other NBN packages.

  • freakboy3742 Russell Keith-Magee (@freakboy3742) reported from Perth, State of Western Australia

@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

  • katx01 Kat-atonic Moore or less (@katx01) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@J_MC_R @7NewsPerth @ScottMorrisonMP Start with the areas with the worst service would be beneficial. I agree that this should all have been done already. NBN aside this government have had 4 months warning to strategise and prepare yet have done absolutely nothing but rorts and holidays.

  • 0sharni sharni (@0sharni) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

The nbn guy has broken my internet on day one of #staycation.

  • TyrieLinda Linda Tyrie (@TyrieLinda) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Ian__P @ellaNbuckland @Centrelink I don't think people ever forget being poor and having to go to a place like Centrelink. Also, their website crashed yesterday with only an extra 90,000 people trying to log on. Our NBN isn't fit for pandemic purpose.

  • freakboy3742 Russell Keith-Magee (@freakboy3742) reported from Perth, State of Western Australia

I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

  • BigV2011WCE Victor Yong (@BigV2011WCE) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@GrayConnolly Tech came yesterday morning (AWST) to fix up our NBN. Said there was wiring problems in the pits outside my premises. All good now, hopefully

  • BigV2011WCE Victor Yong (@BigV2011WCE) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@NBN_Australia Can I get a free speed upgrade on my NBN if I have ongoing issues like from 50/20 to 100/40. It’s Friday and I’m still having problems this morning. No phone, no internet connection. Everything is completely down

  • freakboy3742 Russell Keith-Magee (@freakboy3742) reported from Perth, State of Western Australia

I’d also like to thank the @iiNet support staff out of whom I had to drag every last detail about how the @NBN_Australia fault investigation process would proceed.

  • katx01 Kat-atonic Moore or less (@katx01) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

This is the REAL reason Morrison keeps twaddling on about kids missing a year of school. Even today the DET connect online learning server is stalling and lagging constantly. Fix the nbn and shut the schools.

  • turfbrush1 Glenn Craig (@turfbrush1) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Russell_Woolf @Telstra @NBN_Australia My sister had a problem with her modem, same time as us, Optus had a new one there the next day

As a happy @Aussie_BB customer I tried to refer my friend. However, during the signup it warns that if you have a medical condition that requires priority assistance, go to @Telstra So my friend aborted the signup as this is a dealbreaker for him. I tried. @trevorlong #nbn

@10dec40 @IMO41725414 @SpaceX Yeah, you say that... One company round here has a 50 down, 20 up unlimited NBN package for 79 a month... I don't see how this is... Like, better?

Some Australian rural communities suffer worse internet access than some “poor villages” in Africa Boo Hoo, they would be the rural towns that voted for Murdoch/Coalition's destruction of Labor's world class NBN

  • chris_no1ofem 💧💉💉Chris B84💉 💉🇺🇦 (@chris_no1ofem) reported
