Nowadays internet isn't a luxury, it's livelihood and companies need to step up their game to match.

FTTN - depends how far the premises is from node. Has the problems with poor instalations, pits letting water leak in etc NBN HFC - uses higher frequencies than Telstra = dropouts. TI

Currently dealing with a $300 bill for installing an NBN fibre box inside which increases internet speed 10 fold, and the landlord is making us relocate it for the amazing low price of $770 (wants it moved 2 metres down the wall it’s on). Ugh

After four cancelled appointments by NBN after Telstra said it was an NBN issue ( it was), I bought a Telstra 5G router and threw out the NBN box. I would prefer Starlink but it has a congestion charge in our area of $700.
