    My NBN is completely down in Bull Creek all morning since 8:30am this morning. Optus said there is a line issue at my premises but it’s completely down. It’s an ongoing issue with no fix at all. This is the only service I can get @GrayConnolly

    Given the choice between trying to get customer service from NBN Co or taking the rough end of a pineapple, I won’t even ask for lube. It’s be less painful and have just as much impact on my ability to access the network. @NBN_Australia

    @NBN_Australia Can I get a free speed upgrade on my NBN if I have ongoing issues like from 50/20 to 100/40. It’s Friday and I’m still having problems this morning. No phone, no internet connection. Everything is completely down

    @JakeGinnivan @NBN_Australia Vodafone NBN is quite good - it has 4G backup that comes on automatically (so then it's their problem and not really yours). Costs the same as other NBN packages.

    @seynx It just got better sha, last year it was around that realm of 5mb then they introduced NBN which made it up to that speed. Ah in Naija I was getting up to 10 sha, well I was staying in the same area of that network so I guess I was lucky. Well you're right sha.

    @GrayConnolly Tech came yesterday morning (AWST) to fix up our NBN. Said there was wiring problems in the pits outside my premises. All good now, hopefully

    @Ian__P @ellaNbuckland @Centrelink I don't think people ever forget being poor and having to go to a place like Centrelink. Also, their website crashed yesterday with only an extra 90,000 people trying to log on. Our NBN isn't fit for pandemic purpose.

    it has been to this point I am unhappy and angry with the service since day3. My ADSL2+ has been switched off forever (even with ADSL2+ it was good and more stable than NBN). How do I return my NBN modem to Optus

    @AndyB_Aussiered How do I get Optus Sport via satellite in a metropolitan area. I’m looking at the service now. The TIO said there is no alternatives to NBN here in my premises and I’m not happy when I heard this news

    @bcurrall80 I know @Telstra gets a bad rap, but I recently jumped from iiNet. Same plan but for extra $10/month get a 4G SIM modem incase NBN goes down. Handy for alarm/cameras etc

    This is the REAL reason Morrison keeps twaddling on about kids missing a year of school. Even today the DET connect online learning server is stalling and lagging constantly. Fix the nbn and shut the schools.

    @Optus is there a problem with your nbn/phone land line services?? Trying to ring land line number of my elderly parents in western Sydney and can’t contact them. You ring numbers all you get is two beeps and it hangs up.

    @smh @zoesam93 Who gets refund My telstra nbn is very bad They say because to many new subscribers ??? Our population has not increased hugely Just lack of forward planning I had better service on cable as well foxtel lost in storm

    72+ hours without internet. @NBN_Australia technician visited last week and told us there was no problem with the line. @iiNet seem utterly uninterested in providing support. Feels like I'm in 2003.

    @Telstra no wifi in my house this morning with NBN. Wasted couple of hours with online bot. Phoned 132200 and asked for callback. Automated phone back asked me to press 1 which I did twice to be disconnected. Customer Service? Not!

    After waiting a month for the NBN technician to come tomorrow (confirmed booking), we're told they have cancelled the booking (no reason given) and the next appointment is a month away. NBN CO is just broken. #NBN #NBNFail

    @GamersNexus My ISP: "Sign up for our new 250Mbps plans, you'll love the addition speed!" The same ISP when I ask about it: "Sorry your property only supports 27Mbps max unless you pay $15k to lay fibre down the whole street" Thanks NBN

    @MasterSharky @UpUpNulla @Optus Plenty of issues NBN fine - I’ve Been working all morning The neighbour called them yesterday about being charged for calls - they told him it was calls from my number. Now today that number is cut off. Not a coincidence
