@ScottMurphyAUS Urgh! I was a long term internode customer until they couldn't/wouldn't offer the same service I had in the move from ADSL -> NBN. So I went with Aussie. Haven't looked back, internode. went downhill when iiNet bought them When TPG bought the lot out it all went to 💩

@VodafoneAU seriously if I can’t through or someone doesn’t call me I am going to lose it. I’ve been trying for 3 months to cancel home wifi. You’re still charging when I have nbn. Now threatening me with cut off when I’ve been paying my bills minus the wifi plan!! 😡 Come on!!

@TPG_Telecom 4am and right on cue, no WiFi. Happens every night, several times. I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

@Optus you’ve done it again. #Floptus I’ve tried to assist setting up my mums home phone for a month now. You cancelled her nbn setup visit and still haven’t contacted her after a week and now send her another nbn box. You guys are the worst for customer service. @acccgovau

@optoio So... feedback here. I honestly don't think you can separate issues from which party came up with the idea. You're constantly reviewing the NBN via what labor would have done, the mess they would have made etc. You don't seem to focus on the cost/benefit to AUS.

@NBN_Australia is it possible to be notified when scheduled maintenance is going to occur? Net went down (Thank god for the backup) and it's apparently going to continue to be down for the next 21 hours according to the website, and we've heard nothing.

@NBN_Australia Fairly sure that optimising the router won’t make up for the ****** FTTN DSL service offered by the NBN. Which, I should mention, only got turned on two years ago. Still waiting for speeds to exceed 30Mbps, which is just embarrassingly bad in 2022.
