@Telstra 3 / lost my password for my email account so I can't add it to Outlook 4 the Telstra 24/7 app (since updated) tells me there is a problem with my internet connection to the NBN through the modem. Sent me a complaint number which I screen shot. 5. Troubleshooting /

@thepainterflynn @Telstra I have good WiFi for my phone on the 4G network. But my tablet device is non cellular. It runs like a dream off my modem but the modem cannot connect. There is a telephone connection but no NBN response.

@NBN_Australia I don't think you're following what I said, viz: I know someone who requested a new modem, and was immediately posted one by the NBNCo! I'm in the same situation - having a house that was previously connected, but needs a new modem - and I cannot get one! Why treat us different?

@lilfootgirl If the place was advertised to be NBN ready, it's on them to fix it. Unfortunately, internet/phone lines are generally not considered to be "urgent", so they don't have a legal mandate to reply asap. 1/?
