    @NBN_Australia It is not a fault. It is a NBN design issue. If a house is 1.2km in cable length from a Node, can they expect 80mb or more in connection speed. Very simple yes/no answer is all that is required.

    @Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

    @Telstra spoke to a technician. Apparently a problem with the line. #NBN involved ( God help us). Appointment now booked for (Drum roll....) 14th April Seriously? I suppose the NBN technical support can't be faster than the #NBN.

    @DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

    A big "thanks a lot" to Telstra, who, several weeks ago now, reportedly "upgraded" the NBN. What they actually did was stuff it up. Now, the page freezes all the time...mid tweet. Every day!. Can Google ok, Facebook ok, but try getting Twitter up! Worst internet in the world!

    @Telstra Dan there is NBN at my location, for the other health care businesses and retailers, it has just been one colossal stuff up after another. It’s with the complaints team and the ombudsman, although neither seems able to help. BEN284983 is the case number. Please help!

    @MicrosoftHelps I do have a 3rd party software"everything"Do "searches"get turned off installing it?The NBN box went down earlier too I rang my InterProv they fixed on their end,but my resolution was taken away& the settings had disappeared&as mentioned b4 system restore had 50 saves in 24hrs!!

    @mahootna2 I have satellite NBN. Works most times except when I really need it. WiFi calling works sometimes. Landline suffers regular issues. Mobile service is terrible.

    @Telstra Latest attempt NBNCo disconnected one of my tenants unbeknownst to me & connected my business to that port. Lasted about an hour before my tenant raised hell. Now I’m back to zero NBN with added reputational damage. This is only the most recent debacle, I should post all of them!

    Scammer thread 🧵 1/Today I was a target of an NBN scan call. Lee first directs me to Google, asks me type 1P location (not *IP* cheeky cheeky). It threw up Mountain View California. “Omg you’ve been hacked this is very, very bad”. #ScamAlert
