    I’ve had NBN for just shy of a year now with little to no issues up until the past fortnight. Now I get anywhere from 8 or more dropouts a day with tonight easily being the worst. Send help (that actually helps) pls.

    At this point @Telstra I'm about one more useless support reply away from lodging a TIO complaint. Multiple NBN drop outs per day for a month, and support won't even book a technician, only 'watch for dropouts' Same issue every few years yet can't book a tech this time...

    @Raymartin55 If ScoMo thought Aust Post was bad he should look at the NBN Co.Spending figures. But wait, NBN Co. Is led by one of the boys, let's not look too hard at all, just yet. The chair and most of the board of Aust. Post have to go, and the PM should deliver an apology. Won't happen.

    @Optus sick & tired of having no nbn when it rains. It looks like I’m not the only customer with this issue. Last time I raised this I was told it needs to happen 5 times in day for to be flagged an issue. Imagine no phones during this time &a emergency how is that not an issue?

    Home NBN Internet gets repaired on Friday. Optus 4G coverage inside the house is atrociously bad. I expected better. Half the time I have to sit on the verandah. Reading the digital versions of the papers through NewsBank (a free feature of my local library) worked fine though

    @Telstra My Nana is 96 - the same age as the Queen. She’s been made to get an NBN line in her nursing home but now twice someone hasn’t shown up to finish the work. This is so disrespectful and not service for an elderly woman.

    @Telstra Haven't spoken to tech support. Recently but I'm sure we spoke to them multiple times in the past. I can't really remember what they did/said. But I know it didn't fix anything so we gave up and decided to just live with it and wait for NBN to be properly rolled out to our area.

    And stream cut short due to same NBN Box failure! This is frustrating. @NBN_Australia it is not a router issue. It’s your FTTC box cutting out possibly from overheating or the line is badly connected and affected by weather changes.
