@Telstra 3 / lost my password for my email account so I can't add it to Outlook 4 the Telstra 24/7 app (since updated) tells me there is a problem with my internet connection to the NBN through the modem. Sent me a complaint number which I screen shot. 5. Troubleshooting /

@fjkelly666 I was hit back and forth like a tennis ball between my isp and nbn. I emailed the Telecommications Ombudsman at 1030pm WA time. Awoke to a reply a couple of hrs later a call from the isp customer service. Good luck.

@thepainterflynn @Telstra I have good WiFi for my phone on the 4G network. But my tablet device is non cellular. It runs like a dream off my modem but the modem cannot connect. There is a telephone connection but no NBN response.

Anyone else getting tech service appointments bumped by NBN or is it just @TangerineTelecom’s shocking customer service? I arranged relocation with #Tangerine for 3 March and they said it was activated, but DSL light on my modem wasn’t working, so apparently it was an #NBN issue

@Telstra 9/3 had internet issue, an nbn tech attended, but at same time a guy ‘from Telstra’ also called to help. Pc compromised & bank card has been used for suspicious activity. Could be a fluke, just can’t believe the timing of the call. Hope it’s not an inside job.

@ScottRhodie @NBN_Australia If they don't change it, they can ignore those problems. Also, the more you solve the more calls you will get.

@KetanJ0 Compare with my previous wireless NBN, where there seems to be a single uplink that can die. If a power outage exceeds the battery backup, you're stuffed (though I hear they're working on hybrid solar-battery setups which would be great).

So the National Farmers Federation gets a contract for #NBN Like Geezuz frig. They couldn’t get any worse. Ruined a quality digital internet delivery service and now let this mob provide tech support. #Auspol
