@Telstra 3 / lost my password for my email account so I can't add it to Outlook 4 the Telstra 24/7 app (since updated) tells me there is a problem with my internet connection to the NBN through the modem. Sent me a complaint number which I screen shot. 5. Troubleshooting /

@thepainterflynn @Telstra I have good WiFi for my phone on the 4G network. But my tablet device is non cellular. It runs like a dream off my modem but the modem cannot connect. There is a telephone connection but no NBN response.

@TPG_Telecom Hi Mel, it's just a bit frustrating when both parties are passing buck. Nbn co says unplanned power outage (even though all the power has been back for a week), contact your ISP for more information. And you say, it's not us it's the nbn.

@nareenyoung @MinhKular @young_greta Even with FTTH the network is not bullet proof. If there's power issues at the premises the NBN fails And if there's a failure at the NBN FAN [fibre access node] like at Woodburn Exchange, 10's of thousands are taken off the air.

@Optus George. This issue has been going on for over a week. The NBN tech now has. It shown up for two days. And your DMs are taking hours to be returned.

@underthingy For more details about an outage, NBN Co will refer you to us, your ISP. About the issue, as of 11:28AM they have advised that the field technician who visited the site confirmed that Energex has reported the power outage. 1/2 -Mel

@GobSmac57499765 I am with Optus and was happy with their cable but since they migrated me to the NBN I have had nothing but issues, I think it's established now but if those green lights go out I know I am truly screwed

@TPG_Telecom Why does the tpg outage page still not have an nbn outage for St Lucia. In fact why is there no nbn outage listed for Queensland? Nbn co is saying there's still 10000+ services affected in qld, surely I'm not the only tpg customer in that.
