Vicki Mainard 🇦🇺🕹🏀🐈 Scomo is my PM. (@vmainard) reported@SarahHarris @Telstra It telstra nothing more needs to be said. They have the worst customer service of all the telcos in Australia. Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.

iPrimus (@iPrimusAU) reported@meggsy46 Hi Meryl, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Michelle (@mishchiu) reported@iPrimusAU Hello, has your server/customer database been hacked/compromised? For the first time since I joined over 10 years ago, I’ve received junk mail to my iprimus email account. I don’t ever use this email and have never given this email address away.

RegularRelief (@RegularRelief) reported@ConkyOCE Also, don't threaten the ombudsman, that does nothing. I had an issue with iprimus that was ongoing for weeks, the second I had a case issued by the ombudsman it was sorted in an hour

Patrick Alilovic (@PatrickAlilovic) reported@chrismurphys @Telstra iPrimus have been fantastic for the 12 yrs I've been with them. Internet issues addressed but more importantly fixed almost in every instance immediately. Worst case wait 1 day.

Vicki Mainard 🇦🇺🕹🏀🐈 Scomo is my PM. (@vmainard) reported@bazakel @NewcastleGardia No big surprise there. I am with Vodafone for all my mobile devices. We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.

gordolake🕳️🐀 (@gordolake) reportedHi @Telstra, with iprimus ISP. Obviously they use your network to connect to the internet. Have just been advised of a complex fault and it will not be fixed for a month. I cant find any info on the outage sites. Can you confirm.

JIM BOH (@not_fake_jack) reported**** you iPrimus broadband i didn't need your ******* junk mail today

David P (@David_Paul_B) reported@abc730 @ClareONeilMP Yep.. For example, I would like to know whether the information exposed was only of direct Optus customers, or whether it also included customers of MVNO’s (eg Dodo, Amaysim, Coles, iPrimus, iiNet etc) who run on the Optus network.

trigger me timbers (@songstargame) reportedThanks to @telstra for confirming the internet outage that neither my provider #iprimus nor #nbn have yet to do - hours in. Not so happy that repair date is 1 November at 11pm but it is what it is.
