    @iPrimusAU internet outage for the past 10-20 minutes, have tried power cycling with no luck. After a few refreshes prompts to diagnose by signing into iprimus but we were locked out from wrong sign in attempts.

    Any Aussies care to recommend an ISP? Was with iPrimus, horrible crowd. Big names keep coming up: TPG, Dodo, Amaysim. I'm sure there are other ISPs that are better.

    @bazakel @NewcastleGardia No big surprise there. I am with Vodafone for all my mobile devices. We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.

    for anyone considering internet services please never use Iprimus, @iPrimusAU has been completely useless when it comes to customer service and has wasted hours of my time on hold - not good enough.

    @mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage

    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia iPrimus is so much worse. Their customer service is almost non-existent.
