That's at least 6 lengthy downtimes this last week andI have not been able to work for 15hrs. Who is going to compensate me for that?

While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.

I cancelled and to return their modem they gave me a dud code to use at AusPost, AusPost told me it was a common ruse. Their customer service number connects then drops out. Now they want to charge me $129 for the modem on an auto withdrawal.
