    @01Ellehcim @jonto_kaye I haven't too many problems with iPrimus so I think I'll stick with them but I'm not happy right at the moment. If I get no joy by Monday, I'll be giving them a call.

    @jonto_kaye No, I'm with iPrimus here in Australia but we've got the National Broadband Network rollout going on in our street and it's interfering with my adsl. So I'm using my mobile data. But I'm trying to use that very sparingly as I don't have a lot of it.

    @Telstra I'm with vodafone and have and have samsung galaxy s10plus. Have landline with iprimus since your customer service was ********* and I got better deal.

    @9NewsAUS I've been with @aussie_bb for 2 years and had consistent speeds and almost no drop outs. Only 1 fault during that time and it was not on their end. I can speak from experience that Telstra, Exetel, iPrimus and especially Dodo are worst providers in existence. They deserve first.

    Sounds like my Iprimus internet that is not working well but I can’t be bothered ringing to wait in line to up to find out that I have to do all the work followed by a threat that if there tech come out & the fault is on my property they will charge me well above the going rate

    @Iprimus I received a message saying my internet service had been disconnected because someone used my address to apply for a new connection with another ISP. I’m really disappointed this was not brought to my attention earlier. It will take 5-15 business days to reconnect.

    @iPrimusAU first a 36 or so hour outage Friday/Saturday in Victoria now this and in the meantime receiving letters and emails to switch over to NBN, After being a customer since Iprimus came into business I'm seriously thinking of going through another company

    When you call @iprimus to ask about getting your adsl fixed as its been out/slow all day and they try to upswell their NBN plan, ummmm no, not until you fix my current service in reasonable time meaning now, I won't even think about it. I've been a customer for at least 15+year

    Why is australian internet so inconsistent... Platinum NBN with iprimus, normally get 18-26 ping, my speeds are 100 down, 30 up. and I'm randomly getting 30-70 ping spikes in game...

    @Deligracy @iiNet I left iinet 3 years ago, absolutely trash Customer service and whenni asked them to Cancel my contract due to No service provided by them they hit me with a $200 bill. I stayed with iPrimus for a While but Just transferred to Vodafone and am Enjoying the Speeds and Service.

    Iprimus said they made our case a priority n would have out internet fixed ASAP but it’s still slow as **** like slower than it’s ever been it’s taken 20h 16m to download 1.7GB of this file n there’s 4days remaining 🙃 it’s a 6GB girl it shouldn’t take 5 DAYS to download

    But I never got the new modem that was part of my 24 month deal with @iPrimusAU I'll get them to send me one and if that doesn't work I'll know the line or sockets are cactus and (given iPrimus told me my property was ADSL ready) I should be able to opt out without any penalty.

    For FTTN and FTTB users experiencing slow speeds the ACCC is advising them to contact their Retail Service Provider (RSP) as the Commission has negotiated undertakings with these providers over the last 15 months with Telstra, Optus, TPG, iiNet, Internode, Dodo, iPrimus Commander
