I was on hold to @iPrimusAU for ages, then asked to rate the call (before speaking to someone), then told I was being put through, then got a recorded message saying "due to an emergency situation, iPrimus is unavailable". Hope everyone's OK. Never had that before.

Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. Missgarland⁷ (@Missgarland21) reportedHighly suggest no one ever go with iprimus for their internet provider. Weeks with spotty connection (which i can forgive some due to the flooding) and support is awful. Looks like i’m stuck using all my phone data 👌

pumacatrun2 (@pumacatrun2) reported@iPrimusAU internet outage for the past 10-20 minutes, have tried power cycling with no luck. After a few refreshes prompts to diagnose by signing into iprimus but we were locked out from wrong sign in attempts.
