    @Internode @iiNet, she will be refunded $149 in 2-5 business days, so likely not til next week, she has to borrow money for the interim to feed her baby & herself. Not good enough. Will still be lodging a complaint re your initial theft, your treatment of her & wait time of her refund.

    did the whole reboot rumba, no change just a black screen using #fetchtv @iinet Absolutely no help available anywhere to troubleshoot this glitch using Fetch mini. Watched Tues, Wed, Thurs - unable Fri Sat. Zero tech support available

    The thing I hate about #FetchTV with @iinet is the absolute lack of tech support. Watched four days of @tourdownunder on @7plus absolutely unable to watch Friday or Saturday. Can on laptop, cannot on Fetch mini. Why is this?

    @iiNet How is it possible that you can screw up something as simple as a certificate for getting emails? New cert you issued is INCORRECT target principle name and for the last 3 days NO ONE knows how to fix it!!!!
