    @iinet Our FTTC service has been cutting in and out several times today. Verified our network cables are OK & cycled router power twice to hopefully eliminate ny chance it is our kit. Could you have a look, please? Thanks!

    In the last week or so I found out that in February @iinet had selected me to bump our plan to a Superfast (200Mbs+) at the same rate as our current plan… Unfortunately the email to tell me never arrived… only the one to tell me it would soon end. #hooked #thatshowtheygetya

    Sorry for the loss tonight. Don't want to make excuses, but obvi can't play best when two people playing on 80 ping because internet has >10% loss. Hopefully we can sort with @iiNet soon. Thanks to @realmattdunn for lending us his kitchen to use... shame about the routing issue

    Hey @iiNet, nice try to upsell me to 200Mbps with a free trial. I never get anything like the 100Mbps I pay for, with or without the alleged boost.

    @iiNet my internet drops out the same time every evening is there something I can do about this? It’s been persistent for 2 months and I’ve tried everything on your website. Please help I cannot deal with this any much longer.

    Just called @iiNet to troubleshoot some settings for a client's website. Waited less than 5 minutes, spoke with a really friendly and helpful person. Issue fixed. #customerservice #pleasantlysurprised

    @iiNet Reliability would be the main thing. Not having your service drop out the majority of the time I start MYOB would be great. 5 different computers, 3 locations, so many support calls. The amount of hours that I spend power cycling per week is so disappointing. Already leaving.

    Hey @iiNet how come you don't discuss internet plans and better options with a customer who has been with you for over 15 years? just offer the same to new customers at a lower price and unlimited volume, you charge me $20 extra for excess use! Is that your customer care?

    Hey @iiNet would it be possible to get an urgent response to tech support (ref: 359671153). 5% packet loss in SA FTTB ongoing for past few days. Intermittent over past few months
