@Iinet the time has come to cancel your awful service because even after the 'fixes' we still have no internet. Clearly you can't deliver on a service that you charge us for.

@iiNet Thanks Liz- I went through similar troubleshooting the last time it dropped down like this (service fallout was needed). No splitters on the cable and I’ve done a couple of power cycles on the modem.
Internet still not fixed, no signal. No idea what the @Telstra tech did (they left without any regard) but @iiNet said that they'd repaired the line I'm on. I now have to wait until the weekend for iiNet to send out a 2nd tech to re-check my line before it goes back to Telstra.
@iiNet Mary has escalated the issue after first saying there was no way to escalate it further within iiNet, she will be contacting me within 24 hours in regards to the data charges. So will be interested to see if I get a call before 3pm tomorrow
@MikeCarlton01 @QBE Trying to get my emails running again with Iinet @iiNet after a long series of other issues! I’ll join you, unwillingly, in the nightmare of appalling customer service!
@iiNet Ok, so I contacted residential support and was told that it showed I had an internet connection so that was all they could do - it’s since dropped out of course. I’m failing to see the benefits of a Biz account...
@TlMESZ @xzRich_ See when I was with iiNet I was only getting 7 down and 2 up and that was nbn
@iiNet From the log this has been happening since mid afternoon. Funnily enough I thought basic connection support would be handled 24/7 even for Business accounts.
@xzRich_ iiNet and TPG are dogshit, have had a lot of problems with Telstra but I’m happy with them now
