    @iiNet I accept the reason for the loss of service-adverse events happen.I can’t accept the ARROGANCE of NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of the delay in advising us-either your risk mgt processes are in a mess- ( crucial step”advise customers”) or u just didn’t care about us.U need to explain THIS!

    @iiNet After an outage of nearly 24 hours and no communication about the problem until recently, "some" iiNet customers are considering taking their custom elsewhere.

    @iiNet @DewsMonique Hi! Due to extremely poor management and ineptitude, we are experiencing regular and ongoing impacts to our customer service operations. We couldn’t give a damn as we treat our customers like rubbish so please go away.
