@iiNet hi iinet. Our internet has been down for over 12 hours. No issues with the modem or nbn box. Just no internet access. Postcode 2088. When will it be fixed?

  • ImpactpropertyG ImpactpropertyGuy (@ImpactpropertyG) reported

@blakeandthepork @iiNet I feel your pain. Also in Canberra & longtime iinet customer, until no internet for 36 hrs. Walked into vodafone at Gungahlin, came home with a new modem/wireless router, never had an outage since.

  • twistieman Tristan Davey (@twistieman) reported

@NBN_Australia Hey @iiNet, just want to clarify whether you track these outage notifications in your system? Your system shows no outage for last night, but @NBN_Australia’s showed a scheduled maintenance outage.

  • Wonderwoman1967 Mandy (@Wonderwoman1967) reported

@iiNet Postcode WA 6743. Whats going on? It's not working!

  • MCTrittym Tristan (@MCTrittym) reported

@blakeandthepork @iiNet Look into Launtel. I’m pretty sure they are in Canberra. The best customer service I have ever had. And you can even pause your service by day, if you are going somewhere and you won’t be home.

  • HerbalGill Gill Stannard (@HerbalGill) reported

Here we go again.@iiNet @NBN_Australia down again in 2050. 3rd major outage since last Wed. Any idea when service will return? #WFH

  • 83_blurry Paul (@83_blurry) reported

@iiNet any issues in swan view ? No internet for a few hours now

  • gevauden Tim (@gevauden) reported

So great that @iiNet can't competently arrange a move of a service with a week's notice. You'd think I would have learnt my lesson by now, but I've only been using them since the late 90s.

  • Christine_Bobo4 Sharni Gilenko (@Christine_Bobo4) reported

@iiNet been without internet all day and have had no resolution over the phone! Please help. Located in Doubleview, WA 6018.

  • Saint_Mich Michelle (@Saint_Mich) reported

.@iiNet asking someone to confirm their identity by sending a photo of their licence via email is tone deaf in the days following the @Optus hack. No lessons learned regarding protecting customer data
