  @iiNet hey there, I had an issue texting international. Thought I needed to top up per the iiNet mobile plan. So I topped up. Turns out I did not need to do that because I had sufficient money to text an international number. Please may the top up go towards my plan. Thank you

  Hey @iiNet been on hold to #hosting for over 53 minutes…just have an enquiry to check something but not going on line to do it, want to speak to a person. Never waited so long for support

  There is a huge amount of endurance required to cancel an @iiNet internet plan. When you speak to someone, they make the call go for so long that you might just give up and stay with them. It's a gauntlet of silly questions and tactics.

  @WealthxTracey Hey Tracey, like we mentioned in our other reply if your emails belong to an @iinet.net.au address then they won't be affected by the closure of the Hosted Exchange service.
