It says the issue has been resolved but I’m still without a connection. Can u please get someone to send out a tech ASAP. NBN won’t be connected until April 2nd so We need the ADSL line in the mean time.

Seems to be working ok now! But I still resent having to pay 30%+ extra for a crap service!

I tried all 4 ports but I also am piggybacking my Ethernet cable to two additional adapters to make it work so that could be a problem

Got nowhere - wasted my time. For the same monthly price with @Optus went from 2Mb/s (at best) to 30Mb/s consistently.
