Very poor, also perhaps someone can tell me how is it can log into my toolbox without internet and view task information being uploaded?

Just called for some help and the wait time is over an hour. Guess this is what happens when @TPG_Telecom is running the show.

I tried all 4 ports but I also am piggybacking my Ethernet cable to two additional adapters to make it work so that could be a problem

Not fixed mind you...but checked. And the best part is @iiNet don’t give 2 ***** but if it were one of their execs you just know this would have been fixed already.

Your complete lack of reliability and inability is overwhelming! Oh yeah, & I appreciate the wasted hours of my life on the phone with your techs so far. Time I’ll never get back!

I have upward of 15 iinet/nbn people come our to ‘attempt’ to fix our connection which falls out 10 hours per day min. So we have no internet. Still paying @iinet monthly. Can someone help this disaster. Please.

A Bloody Nice Chap (@Abloodynicechap) reported@Telstra @iiNet No- I report faults they instantly say its NBN, yet NBN can't find any faults. 4 months at $90 dollars with no 4g back-up. Shocking service, as highlighted here. I will be over with @iiNet by the end of the month and will recommend everyone else to do likewise.

Stuart (@stueyissickofit) reportedOk @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will call me. This has been going on for months.
