  • matt_j_parker Matt Parker (@matt_j_parker) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@iiNet Not getting much help from that number, to be honest. But they are recognising the constant dropouts. The service is more or less unusable for us

  • AnthonyRees Anthony Rees (@AnthonyRees) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra sent me an NBN connection device. It has all the wrong connections. So I called their customer support. The automated service sent me a txt message and hung up. Time to call @iiNet

  • seandonovan01 Sean Donovan (@seandonovan01) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

.@iiNet your cust service is woeful, Good Friday, a day B4 I move you tell me I need a tech to get my net set up, a week after being told just take your old modem and plug it in. Now I get a 2 week discount and a fob off. You’ll be cancelled the day after I get another supplier

  • salleeofficial salleeSOLACE™️ (@salleeofficial) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@iiNet That would be better then me being on hold for over an hour so if that’s possible that would be amazing. Really appreciate the help.

  • Japandaman71 🇯🇵ジャパンダマン 🍐 ANIMAL CROSSING (@Japandaman71) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@iiNet I received an sms on Friday saying that the issue would be resolved by the 06/04 and nothing after that.

  • kitmcmahon Kit McMahon (@kitmcmahon) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Hey @iiNet just wondering if there is an outage around the Essendon Moonee Ponds area now?

  • Japandaman71 🇯🇵ジャパンダマン 🍐 ANIMAL CROSSING (@Japandaman71) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@iiNet Well your lack of service forced me onto NBN. It really isn’t acceptable to throttle my speed from double digits down to 1 or 3kbps...consistently over a number of years.

  • nivanovski Nick Ivanovski (@nivanovski) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@iiNet Thanks again... though the dropouts are back again. Have turned off connection box and modem for at least 60s... checked to see if it is a signal issue by staying close to the modem. No luck.

  • Daymeaux Daimo (@Daymeaux) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@iiNet Ever since I changed to NBN a couple of months ago, I can’t log in, says it doesn’t recognise my email address, or points of ID to get my login or reset password. Terrible!

  • duyenho Duyen Ho (@duyenho) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@iiNet Thanks for your reply Darren. If you mean when I connect from the ZyXel box to my laptop, there is no internet connection. I tried all 4 ports but I also am piggybacking my Ethernet cable to two additional adapters to make it work so that could be a problem

  • nivanovski Nick Ivanovski (@nivanovski) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@iiNet And it’s back down again...

  • brucebax bruce baxter (@brucebax) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@iiNet very upset, been without any internet since the 28/12 and the earliest you can send a technician is the 10th??? Very poor, also perhaps someone can tell me how is it can log into my toolbox without internet and view task information being uploaded?

  • krysbethmoore Krystin Beth-Moore (@krysbethmoore) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Dear @iiNet I couldn’t be happier to cancel my plan with you, after weeks of waiting and a day off of work taken so I could get my NBN connection set up, I find out that the connection is actually on short fall.

  • duyenho Duyen Ho (@duyenho) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@iiNet Sure. Here’s an invoice number 118495392. One of your reps also tried to call and the phone cut out. Not a good day for comms.

  • josephsconnell Joe Connell (@josephsconnell) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@WillTaylorNZ @NBN_Australia @iiNet Yea that’s not a good term. It’s basically mobile broadband caught by a modem and turned into a wifi signal

  • matt_j_parker Matt Parker (@matt_j_parker) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@iiNet I had to literally turn on to my phone plan to post this message. I have upward of 15 iinet/nbn people come our to ‘attempt’ to fix our connection which falls out 10 hours per day min. So we have no internet. Still paying @iinet monthly. Can someone help this disaster. Please.

  • seandonovan01 Sean Donovan (@seandonovan01) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@iiNet This has nothing to do with tech availability. The problem is a week ago I was told I didnt need a tech and then today I get an email saying I have a technician booking for a week and a half from now and I have no net until then

  • Japandaman71 🇯🇵ジャパンダマン 🍐 ANIMAL CROSSING (@Japandaman71) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@DemonicDragon Same one...no resolution. Only some SMS saying it will be checked by the 6th so that’s tomorrow. Not fixed mind you...but checked. And the best part is @iiNet don’t give 2 ***** but if it were one of their execs you just know this would have been fixed already.

  • JayWarsAu Jay Stevens ☠🦓 (@JayWarsAu) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@iiNet having issues with my @NBN_Australia modem upstream lights flickering, and no internet. Brunswick West. Got hung up on when I called, and your online chat is useless.

  • CultofJack Jac Beecroft (@CultofJack) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @Ninth_Squirrel @wildgoose666 @slimejam @iiNet Elwood down.

  • OrangeFizzer OrangeFizz (@OrangeFizzer) reported

@SueKennedy19 @iiNet Unfortunately, companies who offer good service and value for money are hard to find anymore. Glad to be home and snuggling with Copper 🧡

  • fionah97577630 fiona h (@fionah97577630) reported

@iiNet why is my telecommunications company not able to communicate with me? Please help me to update my account. I repeat, I can’t access the toolbox but can communicate via sms or email. The reason your calls haven’t got through is that you suspended my phone service.

  • billbennettnz Bill Bennett (@billbennettnz) reported

@seamus @iiNet It is is almost impossible to buy speeds as low as 20Mbps in New Zealand any more. Can only do so if you are one of the two or three percent stuck on a poor quality copper connection or have 1st generation fixed wireless.

  • billbennettnz Bill Bennett (@billbennettnz) reported

    @Professor_Leech @seamus @iiNet Yes, not bad for for about $80 (A$70) a month…

  • Orda_CS pappa orda (@Orda_CS) reported

@WolfQveenttv @iiNet HAHA WTF. Forcing you to pay more for a service that’s worse and that you don’t even need @iiNet logic

  • redruby17 Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧💉💉 (@redruby17) reported

@paws101 @iiNet Nope. Whole day zoom. The Tech person said it was most likely an issue with the pit. Freak storm just exploded my life

  • Orda_CS pappa orda (@Orda_CS) reported

@oHrtzy @iiNet That’s ****** man, it’s so bad. I think I was paying for something near that too. I couldn’t even play a game and have my phone on the wifi. Let alone have my wife watch Netflix and be on the internet too

  • TezzaCoops Teri Cooper (@TezzaCoops) reported

@iiNet is there an issue in St Kilda tonight? My normally good home wireless speed is less than 1mbps and has been for 2 hours. Please advise, thanks

  • evaw26 Eva (@evaw26) reported

@iiNet having issues with our internet since Saturday.

  • multiplesof9 Peabo Bryson (@multiplesof9) reported

@iiNet I've had a broken internet for 2 weeks. I've spent 4 hours on the phone over that last 9 or 10 days, basically doing iinet's job, coordinating this job because of poor documentation, poor communication and people not following through on plans.
