Adam Brown (@AdamBrownAspect) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@iiNet thanks (not) for calling me at 12.00 (as promised) to do this, so called, easy switch to NBN. Your complete lack of reliability and inability is overwhelming! Oh yeah, & I appreciate the wasted hours of my life on the phone with your techs so far. Time I’ll never get back!
-

Duyen Ho (@duyenho) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@iiNet Thanks for your reply Darren. If you mean when I connect from the ZyXel box to my laptop, there is no internet connection. I tried all 4 ports but I also am piggybacking my Ethernet cable to two additional adapters to make it work so that could be a problem
-
🇯🇵ジャパンダマン 🍐 ANIMAL CROSSING (@Japandaman71) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@iiNet Well your lack of service forced me onto NBN. It really isn’t acceptable to throttle my speed from double digits down to 1 or 3kbps...consistently over a number of years.
-
Daamon Parker (@daamon_parker) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@mark_barbs @iiNet Ditch them mate. I was on @iiNet and had loads of issues and was just met with bureaucratic “help”. Got nowhere - wasted my time. For the same monthly price with @Optus went from 2Mb/s (at best) to 30Mb/s consistently.
-
Serena.S. (@mojopin66) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@iiNet TBH I've been having dropouts and very slow speeds for a long time now but have been using my 4G and putting up with it. No old phone I can test with. Am in an apartment block, wonder if it's the line itself that's carked it.
-
Jay Ball (@JayBallzup) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@iiNet Invoice 107996489 (Also I’ve just tested again and of course now it seems to be better with 47 down)

-
Beags (@B_e_agle) reported from Melbourne, VictoriaNBN woes part 2: given up all hope with iiNet after finding out that a) I had to use a different account that I didn't know existed, and b) organise an appointment for another technician to visit. -
Goon (@GameWritersNetw) reported@iiNet your phone system is useless. It’s a bunch of automated **** and I cannot get to a human support agent. How ******** can I get in touch with you to resolve an issue?
-
Books (@Books4566) reportedAs usual @iinet and @nbn having their monthly ‘no Internet for a day’ period. No reason provided. As a customer you pay daily for service and they never credit your daily loss. Big companies can do what they want with impunity.
-
Paul Paino (@PainoPaul) reported@iiNet it’s impossible to get through to your tech support team. Been trying all week. As you will not be hosting email services from the end of April how is one meant to change providers??
-
Viscount TJ (@spanner77) reported@iiNet Twice this week I have called your call centre and opted for a call back which has not been forthcoming. I’m trying to fix an ongoing billing issue which you are at fault. I emailed but that was useless, was like they didn’t read the email. What’s going on? Very annoyed
-

Greg Bell (@gReb3l) reportedHi @iiNet , I have spent literally hours on the phone trying to get your sales and provisioning team to live up to what was promised when I signed up to 5G as a temporary solution. I have repeatedly explained the fact that my lack of address eligibility for cable appears to be due to my odd address number. A fact that could confirmed by a technically competent member of your provisioning team looking at my address using Google maps. Your front line and next level staff have been convinced enough to raise it with the provisioning team multiple times. Indeed, on Friday I was promised around noon that a member of the provisioning team would call me back. “Hopefully by the end of the day”. I don’t consider the “computer says no” style text sent to me at almost exactly 5pm fulfilling the commitment made earlier in the day. As I have explained repeatedly, my landlady lives 3 houses up the street on the same side and has cable that she is very happy with. She wants exactly the same at this address. All I want is for @iinet to honour its multiple commitments to have site visits or direct contact with the provisioning team to get an explanation why. I am pretty much assuming that your provisioning team’s KPIs don’t mention customer service or satisfaction. For reference, the following “task ID’s”(?) will give your provisioning team and customer satisfaction teams all the background they need to prepare prior to contacting me by phone to get some calm, clear yet confronting feedback. 491593626 489731569 There are more but those are the most recent. You have my mobile number and I look forward to you fulfilling the commitment made on Friday to have a senior staff member call me.

Toast (@VelZeNZ) reported@iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…
-
nbn® Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported@Books4566 @iiNet If an unplanned outage is listed, our teams will be working hard to fix it as quickly as possible and will keep your service provider updated. If no outage is shown but your service is still down, please contact your provider so they can investigate further. Thanks, Stanley 2/2
-
Rory Bunk (@RoryBunk) reported@iiNet Atrocious issue resolution. A simple change of address results in inactivation of email boxes for over 2 days and no end in sight, no one in support position with the wherewithal to do anything outside vague 48-hour ticket queues
-
Denyse Whelan BEd.MEd. 💉x5 (@DenyseWhelan1) reportedHey @iiNet been on hold to #hosting for over 53 minutes…just have an enquiry to check something but not going on line to do it, want to speak to a person. Never waited so long for support
