Now I get a 2 week discount and a fob off. You’ll be cancelled the day after I get another supplier

This always happens with a connection fault - the provider blames NBN and vice versa, no one accountable, no one resolves the issue. You will get it resolved once the TIO is involved, and decent compensation.

Not fixed mind you...but checked. And the best part is @iiNet don’t give 2 ***** but if it were one of their execs you just know this would have been fixed already.

It says the issue has been resolved but I’m still without a connection. Can u please get someone to send out a tech ASAP. NBN won’t be connected until April 2nd so We need the ADSL line in the mean time.

I have upward of 15 iinet/nbn people come our to ‘attempt’ to fix our connection which falls out 10 hours per day min. So we have no internet. Still paying @iinet monthly. Service has been uncharacteristically patchy this afternoon. Semi regular DNS lookup errors and dropouts. They last for anywhere from 2-10 minutes and then come good.
