-
Jay Ball (@JayBallzup) reported from Melbourne, VictoriaWow @iiNet There was a time when I’d tell people it’s worth paying a bit more for iiNet because the support service was great. Just called for some help and the wait time is over an hour. Guess this is what happens when @TPG_Telecom is running the show.
-
Serena.S. (@mojopin66) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@iiNet TBH I've been having dropouts and very slow speeds for a long time now but have been using my 4G and putting up with it. No old phone I can test with. Am in an apartment block, wonder if it's the line itself that's carked it.

Can someone help this disaster. Please.

🇯🇵ジャパンダマン 🍐 ANIMAL CROSSING (@Japandaman71) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@iiNet Well your lack of service forced me onto NBN. It really isn’t acceptable to throttle my speed from double digits down to 1 or 3kbps...consistently over a number of years.
-
Anthony Rees (@AnthonyRees) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@Telstra sent me an NBN connection device. It has all the wrong connections. So I called their customer support. The automated service sent me a txt message and hung up. Time to call @iiNet

Baris Bektas (@Chapuller_Baris) reported@iiNet Hi iinet, I haven’t had internet connection since 5 pm. I checked your network status page and only fault seems to be at O’Connor ACT but I am in Aranda. Could the problem be wider than one suburb. If yes is there an eta?
-
nullb (@nullb4) reported@iiNet is there anybody operating the business support for hosting any more? I've been trying for 3 days to get into contact, and kept getting put on hold for over 2 hours that leads nowhere each time.
-
A Bloody Nice Chap (@Abloodynicechap) reported@Telstra @iiNet In 4 months they have offered no help or support, just palm it off to NBN.
-
lune (@llunesy) reported@iiNet hey, I believe someone has used my email to create an account with yall last month, and I've been getting emails meant for that person. I tried calling the international number for help, but the number doesn't work and I don't know what else to do.
-
BigDaddy (@B1gD4ddy8055m4n) reported@iiNet not sure why you would ask me to PM you then report my tweet? Now I’m locked out because you can’t handle a little bit of blue language. Harden ******** up you incompetent Bozos. I’m making this effort because you decided to be incompetent and turn off half your biz svcs!

Anthony Widdowson 🐦 (@skyfire747) reportedThinking wether our @iiNet router needs replacing. We have the TGiiNet-1, (I think) and it is slow to get going if we ever have to turn it off and back on. Seems we have had it for 19 years and 9 months. Just wish I knew when the NBN upgrade was going to happen, still on fttn.
-
Stuart (@stueyissickofit) reportedOk @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will call me. This has been going on for months.
-
Jeff Healy (@monkeylogicwa) reportedReally @iiNet - 51 minutes on hold and then cut off. Have been a business customer for 12 years and I need to speak to someone about migrating my email account that you are cancelling...
