This always happens with a connection fault - the provider blames NBN and vice versa, no one accountable, no one resolves the issue. You will get it resolved once the TIO is involved, and decent compensation.

It says the issue has been resolved but I’m still without a connection. Can u please get someone to send out a tech ASAP. Now I get a 2 week discount and a fob off. You’ll be cancelled the day after I get another supplier

I tried all 4 ports but I also am piggybacking my Ethernet cable to two additional adapters to make it work so that could be a problem
