It says the issue has been resolved but I’m still without a connection. Can u please get someone to send out a tech ASAP. Got nowhere - wasted my time. For the same monthly price with @Optus went from 2Mb/s (at best) to 30Mb/s consistently.

Seems to be working ok now! But I still resent having to pay 30%+ extra for a crap service!
