@iiNet it seems like there might be an undetected outage in the Caringbah area. Just got through a power cycle of our router and reset it. Still no internet connection despite a perfectly fine wifi signal.

@iinet My capacity to continue my business (and host a session with @DeptDefence today) depends on your faults team specialist calling me back on my internet problem which has now been constant and unresolved since 8 April. Not impressed.

@iiNet Ever since I changed to NBN a couple of months ago, I can’t log in, says it doesn’t recognise my email address, or points of ID to get my login or reset password. Terrible!
