Ó Dubhaigan (@ek_loki) reported@iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Toast (@VelZeNZ) reported@iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…

wellsfargo (@wellsfargo47315) reported@iiNet @networkoutage your service is down once again

GillianA 🌺 (@_IndianPacific) reported@iiNet hey there, I had an issue texting international. Thought I needed to top up per the iiNet mobile plan. So I topped up. Turns out I did not need to do that because I had sufficient money to text an international number. Please may the top up go towards my plan. Thank you

Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reportedDON’T EVEN GET CLOSE TO @DodoAustralia. It tells me: You're missing out! We noticed you haven’t activated your SIM yet! But it hasn’t ******* sent them. The wash-up: its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.

Baz Nolan (@BazNolano) reportedEvery single time I've watched a premier league match live on @StanSportFC @StanSportAU with my @iiNet fetch box the game has crashed. Shocking service 👎👎
-
Miriam Cosic (@miriamcosic) reportedAnd, @iinet and #TheMessengerCo, I know how to reset passwords in settings and my post-grad in tech isn't helping here. I need actual tech support, tho you're both hopeless in that dept. I haven't had email on one device or another since Aug 11. Now on both, so zero email.
-
Aaron Nautilus (@TheLlamaKingg) reported3 Weeks without internet. Several phone calls to support promising follow ups. Even gave reference numbers. No follow up. Nothing. This is crazy @iiNet
-
iiNet (@iiNet) reported@WealthxTracey Hey Tracey, like we mentioned in our other reply if your emails belong to an @iinet.net.au address then they won't be affected by the closure of the Hosted Exchange service.

Mika (@NotMikaa_) reportedBro, I’ve been with @iiNet for 10 years with no issues, in the last month I’ve had insane latency issues and they just tell me “it’s beyond their control” to fix, well guess it’s time to swap providers.
