    @ClaraChongMCF @iiNet Hi, Clara… my service provider (iiNet) have sent me messages saying that NBNCo are investigating an outage in Darlo area. It’s definitely an NBN issue, I think; 2nd light flashing on black NBN box, which I think means there’s no NBN connection. Happened about 3 wks ago, too.

    How incompetent is @iiNet customer service? Employee number one transfers me to wrong department, wrong department transfers me to another wrong department, 35 minutes later, waiting on third time is the charm. Big FAT ZERO for customer service iinet.

    @iiNet I was just wondering if there was a known issue with iinet not connecting to disneyplus. I can connect to other streaming servers no problem but need to disconnect from my wifi and use my mobile data to use disneyplus.

    @iiNet the new ax5400 modem u sent me just crapped itself today. The internet light doesn't work . Luckily the old modem I have that u provided me still works. I need a replacement for the ax5400
