@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

@iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

@iiNet Thanks Waheeb, I can’t do that as the only Ethernet connection I have is over the Xbox. This issues has been happening since I was connected over a month and very rarely (if ever) have got the speed I pay for.

@iiNet my elderly parents are at San Remo Phillip Island. Landline and internet have been dodgy the last few days. Is there an issue in that area? Also if it’s the modem that’s the problem do you send out free modems - theirs is quite old?

I organised for my @iiNet to be connected to my new address before I moved. Was promised it would be connected today. Now told @NBN_Australia will be here on 5th July to install. Given I’m working from him @iiNet how am I meant to work. You provide a useless and expensive service

@iiNet Well yet again the irony of iiNet trying to act as a telephony company - you cancel someone’s service so how do they contact you apart from email - gee I wonder???? Mmm maybe you need to workshop this answer

@iiNet The riddle of iiNet - be a loyal pay on time customer for 10 years, somehow the data bill (not phone calls) go through the roof and we disconnect your phone. How do you now call iiNet to resolve issue? Any solutions please forward to brains @ iiNet! #iinet #giveusideas

Hi @iiNet I just had a call from a mobile number from someone purporting to be from @Telstra saying they have been monitoring my NBN internet speed & it’s slow. So they are upgrading me to fibre optic at no cost. And could I let them know my current internet speed. Is this legit?
