    @iiNet Ok. But that just led me back to tweets I have already seen. Your Company has done its customers no favours at all in this. What a shame, @iinet used to be a good service….now you are not. And many are saying similar.

    @iiNet Day 3, still no email and nada from iinet re restoration timeline. Pretty poor. And frustrating. Wanna book booster, but can't without email access.

    @iiNet Can we please get more information but a lot seem to not have come through. Will they come through later? During too outage did they just bounce? Do I need to contact people who may have been sending me important emails to tell them to resend ? Can we get some proper updates
