@iiNet Hah! We just had a >36hr broadband failure, with no proactive comms to let customers know what was going on. Fault took >24hrs to id & 12 to fix. 1000s of customers in Highton, Belmont and Grovedale. Website was no use. No response to social media queries either. Don’t recommend.

@iiNet #iinet How hard is it to cancel your account?? I spoke to a CS rep on Friday 5.30 and was assured the account would be cancelled. No email to confirm it so rang this morning, no cancellation recorded. Now on hold to customer care after talking and explaining the whole..

@iiNet After 2 days, it’s back. Poor form, no redundancy, outage notices with no detail. Rumours the problem could have been resolved sooner if the appropriate staff where located in Geelong. With wfh, probably need residency, 4g in modems.
