Now @iiNet want to put us in contact with the support team. The same support team who "can't do anything more. Don't need to go back to the start with the support team or turn the router on/off or explain to someone new why there is a problem despite having connectivity now.

In that time we've been happy with @iiNet and always said it's worth paying the extra for the technical assistance we've received. We're not happy now @iiNet. We understand the problem needs @NBN_Australia to fix, but we pay you and we rely on you to work with NBN to sort it out.

Hey @iiNet ... could I trouble you for a reply to my SMS and/or email please? Even a phone call would be nice. I was told 1-2 hours. It has now been more than 3.5 hours. Don't leave me in limbo like this!

Ordered a new sim card & @iiNet is discriminating against my homelessness by not accepting my PO Box. By asking me to give them a friend’s address to send it to, I am acting fraudulently by giving a false address. The lady that got back to me ‘understands’ my problem... 🙄

When asked what further action we might consider, @iiNet failed to mention the Communications Ombudsman. That's pretty poor guys ... are we just supposed to suck it up, or something. We've been with @iiNet so long we have an @ozemail email address. 20 years +

@maxblake44 @iiNet Gave up on iiNet a few months ago. Was once a very very good ISP. WAS. Found the service terribly average in the end. Switched to Aussie Broadband and very happy with it 👍

@Internode @iiNet, she will be refunded $149 in 2-5 business days, so likely not til next week, she has to borrow money for the interim to feed her baby & herself. Not good enough. Will still be lodging a complaint re your initial theft, your treatment of her & wait time of her refund.

@alisoncroggon @iiNet I know, I know, I know! But having left Telstra bc it was driving me nuts, and hearing constant praise of iinet, tho my internet is constantly going down, I don’t want to risk losing contacts with another change of address... 😣 I’ll look up that email you sent me again.

@sortius @iiNet @NBN_Australia Just shits me that every 3-6 months, for no reason, the configuration and appliances as supplied by ISP that been working seamlessly start to crap out. Download speeds look fine but streaming content degrades, buffers and throw errors. ADSL1 or worse. It's like 2005.
