    .@TPG_Telecom @Internode @iiNet are all a disgrace, 13+ years with Internode don’t even care if you leave. Worst customer service possible.. All three companies are under one umbrella and it definitely shows when dealing with them. Customer loyalty means **** all

    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.
