    @RedCruz19 @iiNet Forced system migration. Tech instructions ineffective/insufficient. Don’t answer the calls to help number. I’m so pissed off. Long term client and their written responses have been rude! Very disappointed. I used to rate them.

    @iiNet Hey iiNet, 5G is down "connected without internet". Care to give the customers some information? (and it's not just me). Also, what is hosted email? I've just seen that you're ending "hosted email". How do I know if I'll be affected?

    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

    @iiNet hey is there an issue in 2213 nothing on the network issue pages yet but we have a red light on the nbn router for optical.

    @iiNet I called back again and the same thing has happened !!!! This is basic customer service 101 !!!! I am thinking it is time to start shopping around for new service

    @aimyaimless @BazzaCC I do.. and 2FA is a good thing if done right. There is no opt out, and only works with SMS for @iiNet which is a problem for me.. last month I had a SIM card issue.. couldn’t pay my bill or report the internet outage on the NBN for 3 days because of it. My bank is not the same,

    @iiNet are you guys having problems? In the last 2 hours I've had my internet drop in and out? It's kinda hard to listen to @asmr while trying to sleep with the internet like this

    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink
