I had issues with iiNet VDSL due to infrastructure issues outside my control, was only getting 2 - 5 Mbps when promised 70 Mbps. They refused to fix the issue and didn't want to reduce/refund bills even though weren't honouring their promise.

Told 30mins, currently on 50 and counting. According to your website the billing should still be active until 7pm...

This has been going on for months.
