    For my Aussie friends: watch out for a cheeky invoice from @Iinet. We closed our account several years ago (we moved the office so no longer needed their service). For some reason, they sneakily decided to start invoicing us again this month...

    @IanWoolf @iiNet OK, and just again, why such a big difference between down and upload. HFC is only available in limited urban areas I think?

    @sowdented @iiNet They don't know what the issue is. All I know it's that I've spoken to iiNet more than I've spoken to people I know in the last two months.

    spoke to a tech at @iiNet they put me on hold for 32min and then they hang up on me. All this to try and resolve an issue that has been happening for two weeks.

    @laurenmartyn @Aussie_BB @iiNet To be fair to ii, if it's a technical fault with the line, they might not be able to do much other than escalate it to the NBN. But: Aussie's signup and service so far have been stellar if you do decide to move.

    Sups @iiNet - the fix from the last outage lasted exactly 2 days. No internet now for 8 minutes. What gives?!
