turns out @iinet staff disabled call diversion without our knowledge. Now your staff are refusing to fix it.

@iiNet Lets take a look at the connection speed between the device and modem 52 receive and 54 send. And that I have 1 device connected. How about you admit your are overcharging for a terrible service how about u look at how many copious infrastructure upgrades could be done

@iiNet Wow. Twitter support faster than phone support.

Check out my Speedtest results! 0.7 Mbps down and 2.6 Mbps up. How do your speeds compare? Iinet and NBN fixed wireless suck this is unacceptable @iiNet

@iiNet REF: 376957354, after waiting on the line for 42: minutes i was told that this ticket is closed due to an internal fault. I am with poor internet service, and unable to work from home. I had to use my own 4G which is faster than iinet's 5Gs speeds. It has been 3 days now an upd.

@iiNet have again failed to help. Online security check is insecure, so I won’t do that. Their call centre refuse to acknowledge that there’s a problem, as by the time I get though, the connection is re-established. It drops out each every day. Getting help shouldn’t be this hard

@iiNet Hi iiNet, any updates regarding the issue today with new 5G broadband SIM cards being activated on network? We plugged in to power socket our Modem, and we have "WIFI but no internet connection". Told 2 hrs ago it was being investigated. Update? #iiNet

15 days, 10 phone conversations with @iiNet, 1 cancelled NBN appointment, several texts and phone calls with the NBN installer, multiple emails to my builder, 2 calls to the NBN, and an online chat to @NBN_Australia. Still no closer to a resolution. :-(
