Hey @iinet Stop texting me and emailing me “your issue had been resolved” when it has not been resolved.

Its bad enough that @iiNet's new mobile plans require individual accounts each with their own unique login name and invoice (on top of an entirely seperate NBN account)... Now they seem to have charged me twice for one of them.

@iiNet the world's worst internet provider, the staff offer promises that the company can't keep. The relocation service provided by IINet is a joke.

@iiNet Do something about your call centres. Untrained people with stock answers that cannot fix your problem. 7 calls later and I'm still not connected properly. Hours of my time. This is crap

@SandiHLogan @iiNet I was a customer of iinet for over 10 years & changed 18 months ago to wireless broadband which they didn't provide. Was told I was part of the iinet "family" and would be looked after when I came back .Tried to rejoin now that I'm connected to NBN & it's like they never knew me.

@farrm51 I’ve had good technical support from the unit that runs the legacy Transact network, which appears to be stand alone from the broader @iiNet mess. The trick is to get past the iiNet gatekeepers and talk to someone in from that team (I think they might even be in Canberra).

.@iiNet Tks for nothing. Your tech support had been taking calls for 48 hrs before you actually log a job: VDSL2 customers have NO internet, no VOIP, nada. And you have no clue why, let alone how long this will last. Brilliant Xmas marketing. Fix it please. First world problem.
