@iiNet My most recent email was nearly 26 hours ago. Regular updates would be appreciated. Even to say that you have found the problem, or have found it but ....

So @iiNet any ETA on restoration of services? Are u admitting that you have no back up plan and only a single set of servers in #WA that fail as soon as temp exceeds 42 degrees? #iinet

@iiNet any updates on the outage? Comms on how long it’s been going on? Anyone concerned that a hot day in one city had taken down the network across the country? No redundancy??

@perthhacks @iiNet WTF a Perth based Co, lacks the ability to anticipate 40plus temps in Perth or to note weather forecasts days in advance. Give it up a& let someone else have a go

@AmryanAnnie @iiNet I guess they figured we never get extreme weather events in Oz around Christmas Day 😵💫 so nothing would go wrong, so sent everyone home. 🙄🙄🙄

@iiNet Can’t believe this is taking so long to fix…. Are the people who have sent us emails getting a bounce back so they know their email hasn’t gone thru??

@iiNet Some huge overreactions in this thread. How often does email go down? This is obviously an extraordinary occurrence. I can wait.

@iiNet Your total lack of information for over 24 hrs is what is unforgivable and will be losing you many thousands of customers and possibly include legal action from business clients. Your apology with no fix yet and no timeline for rectification is beyond acceptable for any business.

We may need save this Xmas Ep for next year due to continuing @iiNet DNS issues. Something about someone forgetting to get the diesel for the back up genny.
