20 minutes on a call trying to cancel the useless 4mbps wireless service I was conned into signing up for with @iiNet. Plenty of hoops. What a bunch of miserable, incompetent flogs.

Hey @iinet I haven’t been a customer for a very long time. Any idea why you sent me a $0 invoice today ?

@iiNet my internet’s been dropping out repeatedly for the past month ever since a big storm and a bunch of people in my suburb have been having similar issues - what can I do?

@DocB__ @iiNet I signed up to them 15 years ago their customer service was seriously A grade. By the time that I had left them it was a pretty average experience. Which is a shame.

@iiNet Uhhh who was the person with the big brain who decided to do NBN maintenance for 7 days in my area? We have 1 bar of 3G to rely on, so thank youuu. I love our country’s dog **** level internet and amazing provider service 💖💖💖💀

  • louiethefly Louie (@louiethefly) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

So @iiNet just called me and offered me better speeds for $10 cheaper a month. The lady on the phone was lovely too. What great service!

Hey @iiNet. I've been a customer of yours for almost 20 years. Moved house 2 days ago. Requested service to be moved 5 days ago. Rang today as I have no internet. Was told that the service couldn't be started as payment was still pending. 20 years of timely payments not enough?
