@iiNet Can you please get someone from Australia to call me, not the Philippines. I don't understand a word they say and the call quality is terrible and keeps dropping out and if I don't answer their call they close the ticket.

Expensive plan. Eventually, after 16 years as a loyal customer I moved to another internet provider. Their reaction? A shrug of the shoulders. Pathetic. @iiNet - you should be ashamed.

@iiNet So everyone can read this, basically IINet have blamed me for not having a better NBN plan rather than address their unprofessionalism. They tried to upsell me a new, more expensive NBN plan rather than actually address my issue.

So @iinet just sent me a bill for a month in advance - even though THEY are terminating the service on ME in 6 days time!

New modem arrived from @iinet today. Already it’s not working. What a surprise.

@iiNet Except every single person who calls me is saying something different. Maybe have a senior person look at everything and get in touch about what the actual answer is? Instead of ruining my weekend with rude and condescending staff telling me I'm wrong?

@iiNet Sent! Better be as quick as dispute resolution as you are on SM. I want my money back.

@NBN_Australia @goodtel My existing services with @iiNet are being cut because they are turning off the VDSL network.

@iiNet Is it in your company mantra to make customer service as excruciating and poor as possible?

@iiNet Thank you, iiNet, for the response. It can get frustrating trying to solve these problems. I am delighted to be able to say that I have already had a call from Michael (iiNet) in the Philippines who has patiently worked on our speed problem and it seems rectified for now.
