    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    @iiNet I CANNOT MAKE CALLS, SEND EMAILS OR USE THE INTERNET BECAUSE YOU CUT ME OFF A DAY EARLY. I NEED THE INTERNET TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD TO KEEP EATING!!!! I ONLY HAVE A COUPLE OF HUMDRED DOLLARS FOR TBE NEXT QEEK THOUGH BUT NEED TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD! PLS FIX

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    @iiNet hi is there an outage in the area of VICTORIA 3019 for 5G broadband services? Ive been on hold for 1 hour. I need internet connection to work from home. I have already turn off the modem for 10 secs and turn it back on. Still no connection. There are 4 lights bars on modem
