    3/3 Cancelling the account Wanted to contact @iinet biz support, kept being pushed to @tpg, TPG then said we can't help you, you need to speak with iinet biz support. You used to have premium customer service!

    @iiNet thanks for new modem but -no thanks Just spent fortune moving NBN connection out of child’s bedroom. You offered zero support Then sent us modem which doesn’t need @NBN_Australia line No new modem manual so can’t personalise network name, p’word @acmadotgov #auspol

    As usual @iinet are clueless. Take my monthly Payment without fail on the dot every single month. You have a problem with @iinet it’s never their fault it’s always @NBN. Tired of multinationals taking my money with zero accountability

    Seriously @iiNet I sent you an email in which I clearly stated I did not have time to talk to you on the phone and yet instead of replying by email you tried to call me AND when I didn't answer YOU KEPT CALLING interrupting my work. Seriously what is your problem?

    @iiNet worst customer experience of my life - 3.5 years a customer- take my money every month - try to talk to someone - 3 phone calls - can't help me because my DOB is wrong in yr system- resend ID verified- 12 hours later still not updated and can't help me - told to call back

    moved to New Zealand and @iiNet won't let me close my broadband account without verfifying identity with an Australian ID which I don't have because I am not Australian. 2 weeks of doom loop. Worst internet provider ever.

    @iiNet Owing to the fact you have refused to address this issue by DM I now have to contact the authorities and my bank regarding you illegally retaining my information. After the large scale hacks of our data we take this very seriously in Australia and will prosecute you
