@iiNet Hello Chris. I gotta lie, I’m really impressed with this service. I have apparently been connected for two months and only have been able to access my internet twice and it only lasted the period of me taking a **** on the toilet. I would like to speak to your manager. - T. Roll

  • mynameisjanah J. (@mynameisjanah) reported

i just got told "because you have an HFC connection, we do regular maintenance, and that is why you suffered service issues" "but i have a quote that says there were no service issues at the time of my complaint" @iiNet

@iiNet I’ll send you my details. Last night on likely our 15th phone call we spent nearly 2 hours on the phone to tech support and were told this would definitely be connected today. It’s still not. Still circling through the downstream searching.

@iiNet Thanks Liz however the blockage seems to be NBN and without them agreeing to sort out the problem between the node and the premises nothing will happen.

@IanWoolf @iiNet OK, and just again, why such a big difference between down and upload. HFC is only available in limited urban areas I think?

  • LetsBeefAboutIt The Biggest Troll Under The Bridge (@LetsBeefAboutIt) reported

@iiNet you call yourselves “Internet Providers” more like “Internet Dividers”. You’re connections last about as long as me taking a ****.. Also your Tech Team need to stop finger poppin each other’s butt holes and fix their problem so I can access this “Internet” that I pay for.

  • thatsjazz2 💧Sally Corbett (@thatsjazz2) reported

@IanWoolf @iiNet Sorry, just saw the other tweet. With upload so slow, it's bad for any business needing to upload important and large files.

@iiNet this morning, you have cancelled my service, without my authorisation, issued me a credit note for $85, and now, are asking for me to pay to reinstate my cancelled service! If it wasn't so critical due to WFH, it would almost be funny. You've got an hour to call me back!😡

  • Jays200 Jays (@Jays200) reported

@NBN_Australia I appreciate your assistance today but if you read my 1st tweet you'll notice I mentioned that I had already reported fault with @iiNet. This is the problem with too many links in the chain. The fault isn't at my premises. DM me and I'll provide more details.
