@iiNet is having a problem with emails. Also their home page is not accessible. Mostly I've never had problems with @iiNet in over 20 years with them, so there must be some pretty major issue going on......

@iiNet this is not ok. When you finally fix this outage you need to address your communication plan. No update whatsoever via social media or direct message. Shameful.

.@iiNet a statement or ETA on when we can access our emails accounts or possibly cancel our credit cards if they’ve been compromised would be fantastic.

@Gezza_Lenko @iiNet Seems so. I stupidly deleted my mail app as I thought the issue was on my side. Appears is a bigger issue on the #iinet side @iiNet

@iiNet hi guys and gals. Any estimate on when services (eg email) might be restored? I'm assuming you had a shut-down because of the temperatures.

@iiNet @WendyBirdOZ You should have announced this issue on your Twitter and Facebook accounts, Surely you have protocols - causes greater reputation damage when it appears IInet are in hiding.

@iiNet @richardawa "Richard" appears not to be the only @iinet customer having problems.....

@iiNet - WTF is with no email / webmail since yesterday? And no way to find out what’s going on?
