Hey @iiNet my internet is down in Ryde, NSW (NBN). I checked and there shouldn't be any outage in my area. Please help.

@iiNet Had to buy a second hand iiNet modem to prove it wasn’t my issue. IP address set on the modem points to Adelaide. iiNet you still keep telling me all you guarantee is an internet connection! Really

@iiNet You don't need any of that info, Waheeb. It's unlikely to be a problem unique to me. All you need do is change your procedures so you don't send the same advertising material to the same person 3 times via 3 methods in one day. To ANY of your customers. Not just me.

@iiNet You able to explain why we're estimated to have no internet for up to 24 hours in my household, when your site and the NBN site reports no actual errors? What the hell is going on, why are you waiting until tommorow to send a technician out?

@iiNet for anyone considering iiNet, don’t!! They don’t refund payments where they didn’t provide service, and they ignore your emails so you will give up and go away. Their no1 service was before TPG bought them out.

does anyone else remember when @iiNet was a decent service? I'd rather shave my face with a cheese grater then deal with their call centre right now.

@NBN_Australia shows a major outage in my area still (> 5 hrs now) but @iiNet shows no major outages in area. Is this a @Telstra issue at heart? Whatever is going on, it’s unacceptable. I have lost a day’s work.

.@iinet My internet has been slow for a few weeks now. How is it that it takes up to 5 seconds to load a page yet youtube plays smoothly at 480p? I have FTTB. Postcode 3065. Download speed is 12.8 Mbps.

I am pleased to let everyone know that after many phone calls that @iiNet chose to listen & accomodate my need for them to send the sim to my PO Box. I hope they support their other homeless customers the same way & this becomes part of new understanding of how we live our lives.

@iiNet offering me a potential single bright spot in this lockdown. Call me a corporate shill, but the easy time I had signing up with them tonight and their customer service has me filled with hope that I can reconnect with my friends over a week sooner than I'd thought possible
