@iiNet Does the new Home 5G plan come with backup 4G if 5G has issues? Generally I find my 50mbs is a floor, not a ceiling when it comes to speed. "Sometimes" it all drops out, and as I've moved from NBN to this, I'm not sure what troubleshooting steps to take

@iiNet DM sent. Seems finally to have been resolved. Hidden & impenetrable management processes are not confined to iiNet. It’s a corporate disease, perceived as efficiency. It’s really just “**** YOU” to the customer……

Hey @iiNet - got an ATO spam email this morning and ALL 800+ people it was sent to have @iinet email addresses?? Security issue on your end??

@iiNet Why are all the Australian Telcos so bad? Iinet is now on Dodo, Optus & Telstra levels of incompetence

  • smurf9333 Samuel Murphy (@smurf9333) reported

@iiNet could accessing your customer service be more useless? Was calling about connectivity, but will now also cancel the account and move to another provider.

  • deanfrommelb Dean Lewis (@deanfrommelb) reported

@iiNet With telcos and ISP's I'm used to seeking help through online chat with the company. Having a call, waiting around is unacceptable in 2023. Online chat seems only for sales, is this right?
