iiNet Issues ReportsLatest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
@Optus I’m with @iiNet and NBN has an outage on their web site for our street.
@iiNet nbn hfc internet service is not working. Mortimore Street, Bentleigh 3204.
@iiNet How do I get a username? I’m not a customer yet?
Despite a technician coming on the 30th of October who saw what the issue was but even he couldn't get through to @NBN_Australia bc there was a process. We followed the process with @iinet but they couldn't seem to explain to @NBN_Australia the issue. So we languished.

@iiNet is there to cancel your internet service online somehow?
.@iiNet’s Kris is a winner. Still no solid reliable connection but he writes: “Thanks for your reply, Karl. We needed to confirm on your side if the issue is resolved..”. I have told him my name is not Karl. (But if he’s into cosplay ... joke, Joyce just a joke.)
@SandiHLogan @iiNet Customer Service 101: don’t argue with or act in a disparaging way towards your customer who pays your wage.
.@iiNet THREAD. seems infected by Kris/Chris. Latest advice (back online, for now): "Apols, Sandi. We are seeing multiple responses from customers re this issue so my colleague may have been confused. It also appears they (?) were mistaken in saying that it has been resolved." 2/
.@iiNet’s Kris says: “It looks like the outage in the area has already been resolved.” What planet is he on? If getting two minutes’ connectivity before it drops out again, as it has been doing for three days now, is “resolved”, I’m a Xmas ham. Turn it up Kris & fix this please.
@SandiHLogan @iiNet @iiNet VDSL2+ customer here too. Happened yesterday as wel. Internet on and off last 48 hrs.
