What are your least favourite ads? Mine are: The really stupid ‘make you drink’ @Sprite ad - it’s made me stop buying Sprite. The @iiNet ads with that terrible accent - have ALWAYS chosen a different ISP. The @sportsbetcomau ads on Spotify - go away.

  • FremenJack Fremen Jack (@FremenJack) reported

@iiNet Thanks, Chris. 32MB out of a 1000MB quota. So, no. It’s not a capacity issue. I did raise a ticket on the topic, a couple of months ago. The issue seemed to go away - temporarily, it seems. Any other thoughts?

@iiNet My mistake! I had no idea about "We do not offer priority assistance on connection time-frames for health reasons". Maybe 6 weeks ago you could have mentioned that we can go **** ourselves.

  • FremenJack Fremen Jack (@FremenJack) reported

@iiNet A bit of an update: I had a call from iiNet support. It sounds like there’s still some work to do, but I feel like I have the attention of the support team. And in fairness, I suspect this is a niggly problem. But, I am optimistic! Thanks for helping to make the connection.
