Now I get a 2 week discount and a fob off. You’ll be cancelled the day after I get another supplier

I have upward of 15 iinet/nbn people come our to ‘attempt’ to fix our connection which falls out 10 hours per day min. So we have no internet. Still paying @iinet monthly. Can someone help this disaster. Please.

They don’t listen.

It says the issue has been resolved but I’m still without a connection. Can u please get someone to send out a tech ASAP.
