I am pleased to let everyone know that after many phone calls that @iiNet chose to listen & accomodate my need for them to send the sim to my PO Box. I hope they support their other homeless customers the same way & this becomes part of new understanding of how we live our lives.

@iiNet Looks like it's an NBN problem. Thanks.

Don’t use @iiNet, all talk and no action. Dreadful problem solving of internet issues. Passing the buck, issue explained 15 times over to different people and more. #isp #iinet #cx

  • michaeladaily Michaela (@michaeladaily) reported

Someone (not me!) applied to have @nbn connected at my address and without any warning @iinet disconnected my nbn service and made me pre-pay to have it reconnected even though they already debited my account for this month + now I just won’t have internet for 3 days I guess

  • DoesItGood Desiree Stack (@DoesItGood) reported

@iiNet is the company that even though you don’t use the service for three months after multiple phone calls of this error they will still invoice you and if they see the fault in their service they will credit you BUT with that credit they will still pay the outstanding invoices

  • bivabytes Anna (@bivabytes) reported

@NBN_Australia @iiNet @Telstra any idea when NBN outage in Caulfield South will be fixed? We’re in lockdown here and need internet for work and home schooling

  • madeupbyshay shay. 🏳️‍🌈 (on art hiatus) (@madeupbyshay) reported

Hey @iiNet my internet is down in Ryde, NSW (NBN). I checked and there shouldn't be any outage in my area. Please help.

  • michaeladaily Michaela (@michaeladaily) reported

@iiNet I’ve lodged formal complaints with iiNet and the TIO but you’re “monitoring the ongoing situation” wherein the ongoing situation is you forced me to pay in advance on top of my normal monthly bill to reconnect a service you disconnected in the first place without contacting me

@ShogU_ @iiNet could take a steamy **** and it would provide better internet than iinet

  • drdanlivo Daniel Livingston (@drdanlivo) reported

@iiNet very slow and convoluted customer service experienced over the last few weeks. I changed my address with iiNet when I moved (kind of necessary!), again before delivery of a new modem, but it was still sent to old address. Meanwhile I received one meant for someone else!!
