@iiNet No I’ll do it tomorrow. But I think I may have found the issue. Your modem doesn’t like HF (7MHz & 14MHz) transmissions. Will have to find a work around to fix this. Might have to find a better modem.

  • VK2PNH Paul Hadlow (@VK2PNH) reported from Balranald, State of New South Wales

@iiNet The modem is dropping off line. So I’m losing NBN connection. When it comes back up my phone service doesn’t return unless I turn the modem off and back on again.

  • VK2PNH Paul Hadlow (@VK2PNH) reported from Balranald, State of New South Wales

@iiNet I think I might have to call you guys. My service keeps dropping out. It’s been doing this for the last week now.

Did Elon Musk also buy @iinet? Because its service has recently plummeted even more than usual. Since the fiasco with hosted exchange mail, accessing and sending emails on my phone has been tortuously slow. Is the “new server” some 2nd hand rusted box from a 3rd world country?

  • DarrylMason Darryl Mason (@DarrylMason) reported

It's 2023, and the local @NBN still switches off everytime it rains. it rained 12 times today, so 12 outages Until 6pm when it just shut off completely for everyone around me. No messages, no explanations from NBN or @iiNet. They charge $70 to $120 a month for this pathetic crap.

  • LindaDBooth Linda Booth (@LindaDBooth) reported

Hey @iiNet is your service down? As I have no internet here???

  • Ozludo RobS (@Ozludo) reported

@iiNet Hey guys - have been waiting for resi broadband tech support to pick-up since 4.30. It has been an hour on hold. No offer of a call back. This is the third outage this week, probably the tenth time in the last 6 weeks. Could someone please respond? This is ridiculous.

  • deanfrommelb Dean Lewis (@deanfrommelb) reported

@iiNet The speeds are generally great, sometimes it drops out entirely - which is the concern. The slowest I've had is the advertised speed, I'm often 10mbs over If I have an issue, it is that the connection drops entirely, no internet at all

  • JanB_QLD Jan Bowman 🌈 @janbowman@mas.to (@JanB_QLD) reported

@iiNet there is a very strange and unprofessional announcement at the beginning of calls to your service numbers.

  • deanfrommelb Dean Lewis (@deanfrommelb) reported

@iiNet With telcos and ISP's I'm used to seeking help through online chat with the company. Having a call, waiting around is unacceptable in 2023. Online chat seems only for sales, is this right?

  • ajphelo Andrew J Phelan (@ajphelo) reported

It’s a good 5 years ago now but I’ll never ever forget it. The single worse brand experience I’ve ever had in my life was with @iiNet I could write a book about it but the short story is it put my elderly parents at risk and it meant I never made it to Phnom Penh

  • Ziphora_Art Ziphora 🌭 Fire Dawg Vtuber (@Ziphora_Art) reported

@iiNet It'd been 3 days. It's not because the router needs to be restarted. We've called and it took 2 days to really get a response on what's happening. It's the node to the premises that's the problem and it's still not fixed.

  • koolhunkchandra Chandra (@koolhunkchandra) reported

@iiNet surprised by how bad your service is, I had signed up few days ago and money has debited from account but no invoice issued or progress on my connection, customer care calls never get connected @acccgovau is there no protection for customers here
