@iiNet The modem is dropping off line. So I’m losing NBN connection. When it comes back up my phone service doesn’t return unless I turn the modem off and back on again.

@AllanRaskall @NBN_Australia @Telstra Good luck with your NBN issue Allan. I got rid fo @Telstra a while back because they couldn’t do a simple thing and move me back to them after I was moved to another ISP without my consent. Ended up moving to iiNet, couldn’t’ be happier and getting faster download.

@iiNet No I’ll do it tomorrow. But I think I may have found the issue. Your modem doesn’t like HF (7MHz & 14MHz) transmissions. Will have to find a work around to fix this. Might have to find a better modem.

@iiNet What is extraordinary is how thin-skinned #iiNet’s social media reps can be, trying to prevent disappointed business customers from complaining publicly about its appalling service and warning them they are breaking Twitter’s rules. Want better? AVOID #iiNet.

@iiNet following an "upgrade" to the 4G wireless broadband service in my area last Friday AM, my stable downloads have gone from 19-20mbps to 3-5mbps which don't even allow a stable connection for work. @iiNet help desk response... nothing we can do. WTAF?
