@iiNet The modem is dropping off line. So I’m losing NBN connection. When it comes back up my phone service doesn’t return unless I turn the modem off and back on again.

@iiNet No I’ll do it tomorrow. But I think I may have found the issue. Your modem doesn’t like HF (7MHz & 14MHz) transmissions. Will have to find a work around to fix this. Might have to find a better modem.

@iiNet at this time of night normally between 6 and 11 Mb. Tonight it’s dropping out or operating in the 0.2 - 2 range most of the time. Never had this problem with ADSL2+. Your help site shows a local error @TurnbullMalcolm should be in gaol for inflicting this crap o. the country

@JayBallzup @iiNet If you're talking about the ping that it shows when you do a network test in the consoles settings, I wouldn't worry about it. No matter where you are in the world, that test airways pings the US Xbox servers and there's no way to change it.

@cmallet @iiNet If your desperate of internet. It’s a DNS issue as a workaround if you change your computer or router to google DNS 8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4 you will be able to use the net.

So I can cancel Gas and Electricity services online but I have to call to cancel @iiNet services. How bloody rubbish in 2019
