@iiNet For all of Qantas’ faults, they solved my refund issue in a 30-minute phone call. 5 hours later, they’ve followed up with an email detailing what was done. Meanwhile, @iiNet is STILL leaving us hanging. 17 days & counting. Do yourself a favour. Don’t sign up with them!!

@iiNet @ThisIsYomojo Watch this space for me. At the end of this, I’m using all these correspondences to write a super-Karen complaint to @iiNet ’s CEO and the ACCC. Bloody atrocious!

@iiNet Poor husband feels at fault for trying to get us a better plan at @iiNet . He didn’t know the catch was that you pay less you don’t get ANY service at all!! Time to call it & revert to Yomojo. Chalk it up to tough lesson learned. @iinet blows!

@TheRiffJet @iiNet Wow 18 years! What some companies do for that sort of customer loyalty and feedback. To shareholders, 18 years worth of repeated income is sadly chicken feed but you and people like you are their bread and butter. Shame on them for taking you, your time and money for granted.

@iiNet Ahuh. I’ll send you the details, but given that you’ve screwed us over repeatedly for over a week, I’m sure you’ll keep doing the same thing. 😒 So trust that I’ll keep reporting every day on here how you’ve failed until you actually provide the service we paid for.

@TheRiffJet @iiNet So you're saying that if they credited your 2 accounts for a month that your faith in iiNet as an upfront business (who aren't usually this bad and know that sometimes they have to take the L) could be restored? That'd be mighty generous of you Riff.

Waiting for @iiNet to cancel my phone plan after they cut off my internet feels like slowly strangling. When this appt is over, i’m gonna get so mad over the phone

@iiNet So guess who’s getting a complaint sent to the ACCC about them? Also, since our contract doesn’t get start until you activate the damn SIM cards & your customer service is so ****, I’m thinking we might take our money to a more reliable provider.

@TheRiffJet @iiNet I’ve found iinet ok over time. I’ve found Speed issues are usually an NBN problem (which iinet has no control over) or your modem.
