  @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  @iinet @tpg just bizarre behaviour Cancelled @NBN_Australia on UNI D1 with several weeks notice. They continued to issue invoices after termination. Ignored emails, then finally issues refund for the wrong amount. After 10 years its so good to exit this crappy business account

  Hey @iiNet why are NBN broadband speeds in 2047 so slow? Can’t stream any service without it buffering every 3 minutes - and technical support wait time is over an hour.

  I'm so over @iiNet and its unreliable @NBN_Australia FTTP. Even @NBN_Australia has no idea of their network status. Zero business support Business Account since 2006 when customer service was ahead of every other provider.

  @iiNet Hey iiNet, 5G is down "connected without internet". Care to give the customers some information? (and it's not just me). Also, what is hosted email? I've just seen that you're ending "hosted email". How do I know if I'll be affected?
