  Hey @iiNet why are NBN broadband speeds in 2047 so slow? Can’t stream any service without it buffering every 3 minutes - and technical support wait time is over an hour.

  @aimyaimless @BazzaCC I do.. and 2FA is a good thing if done right. There is no opt out, and only works with SMS for @iiNet which is a problem for me.. last month I had a SIM card issue.. couldn’t pay my bill or report the internet outage on the NBN for 3 days because of it. My bank is not the same,

  And, @iinet and #TheMessengerCo, I know how to reset passwords in settings and my post-grad in tech isn't helping here. I need actual tech support, tho you're both hopeless in that dept. I haven't had email on one device or another since Aug 11. Now on both, so zero email.

  @iiNet hi is there an outage in the area of VICTORIA 3019 for 5G broadband services? Ive been on hold for 1 hour. I need internet connection to work from home. I have already turn off the modem for 10 secs and turn it back on. Still no connection. There are 4 lights bars on modem

  @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  @iiNet is there an outage in the 4128 Shailer Park area? Unable to access broadband and no outage showing on your site. Reset the modem twice and so just asking?

  .@TPG_Telecom @Internode @iiNet are all a disgrace, 13+ years with Internode don’t even care if you leave. Worst customer service possible.. All three companies are under one umbrella and it definitely shows when dealing with them. Customer loyalty means **** all
