    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    As usual @iinet are clueless. Take my monthly Payment without fail on the dot every single month. You have a problem with @iinet it’s never their fault it’s always @NBN. Tired of multinationals taking my money with zero accountability

    3 Weeks without internet. Several phone calls to support promising follow ups. Even gave reference numbers. No follow up. Nothing. This is crazy @iiNet

    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

    Bro, I’ve been with @iiNet for 10 years with no issues, in the last month I’ve had insane latency issues and they just tell me “it’s beyond their control” to fix, well guess it’s time to swap providers.
