    @iiNet any idea why the 2fa codes that are being sent when I try to login to the toolbox keep saying 'invalid code' when entered 5 seconds after the text message arrives?

    So I’ve been a customer of @iiNet for 12 years so far, and my internet has just been suspended for an invoice being 11 days overdue 🤨😩😡

    Absolutely disgusted at @iiNet support and service. Three phone-calls to update a credit card, total hold time - 4 hours. Currently up to the second phone call and 4 transfers totally 2.4 hours and counting to cancel my business services. On hold to yet another department.

    @iiNet It’s overdue, yes I don’t deny, but to be suspended over it AND without warning! This has never happened in the past - IF I’ve ever missed a payment.

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    @iiNet hey there, I had an issue texting international. Thought I needed to top up per the iiNet mobile plan. So I topped up. Turns out I did not need to do that because I had sufficient money to text an international number. Please may the top up go towards my plan. Thank you

    @iiNet I called back again and the same thing has happened !!!! This is basic customer service 101 !!!! I am thinking it is time to start shopping around for new service
