    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    @iiNet Owing to the fact you have refused to address this issue by DM I now have to contact the authorities and my bank regarding you illegally retaining my information. After the large scale hacks of our data we take this very seriously in Australia and will prosecute you

    Bro, I’ve been with @iiNet for 10 years with no issues, in the last month I’ve had insane latency issues and they just tell me “it’s beyond their control” to fix, well guess it’s time to swap providers.

    3/3 Cancelling the account Wanted to contact @iinet biz support, kept being pushed to @tpg, TPG then said we can't help you, you need to speak with iinet biz support. You used to have premium customer service!
