    @iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Hey @iiNet been on hold to #hosting for over 53 minutes…just have an enquiry to check something but not going on line to do it, want to speak to a person. Never waited so long for support

    .@TPG_Telecom @Internode @iiNet are all a disgrace, 13+ years with Internode don’t even care if you leave. Worst customer service possible.. All three companies are under one umbrella and it definitely shows when dealing with them. Customer loyalty means **** all

    @iiNet What is wrong with your 4G internet. Drops out all the time & I'm only 10km from CBD in Perth. Customer service is rubbish want you to be at home to test system when I have to be at work. Had a gut full!

    Thinking wether our @iiNet router needs replacing. We have the TGiiNet-1, (I think) and it is slow to get going if we ever have to turn it off and back on. Seems we have had it for 19 years and 9 months. Just wish I knew when the NBN upgrade was going to happen, still on fttn.
