    @iiNet it is very frustrating your staff say when they call my phone it goes straight to voicemail but no one else has this problem. It is on your end. No one from iinet has EVER been able to call me.

    @iiNet Not good enough that I should sit on the phone for one hour and fifty six minutes to get my call answered and then another 25 to get the issue sorted. @iinet has always had the best customer service - now it’s terrible. #dobetter #customerservice

    Hey @iiNet been on hold to #hosting for over 53 minutes…just have an enquiry to check something but not going on line to do it, want to speak to a person. Never waited so long for support

    @iiNet is actively blocking access and use of @discord Discord it an important communication platform for many. This happened to us last month and after following every solution they had @discord_support, who were quick to reply to my emails, worked out to be our ****** ISP.

    Emailed @iiNet twice in the last 2 weeks with no response. Is this how you treat customers who have been with you for 25 years? @launtel here I come.

    There is a huge amount of endurance required to cancel an @iiNet internet plan. When you speak to someone, they make the call go for so long that you might just give up and stay with them. It's a gauntlet of silly questions and tactics.

    @iiNet @gReb3l You have let it get to public so show us how you handle such a case in public? Embarassment is for sure but what other negative emotions does this humiliation bring forth? Going to socials should NOT be the only way to get good help.
