    DON’T EVEN GET CLOSE TO @DodoAustralia. It tells me: You're missing out! We noticed you haven’t activated your SIM yet! But it hasn’t ******* sent them. The wash-up: its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.

    @iiNet TIO complaint 2025-11-04360 logged regarding you fraudulently debiting my account and then threatening to disconnect my service for non-payment.

    @iiNet Because you were so rude to me I have contacted the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman I will never go with iiNet again. You ruined my life!

    120hrs update: @iiNet is still a steaming pile of ordure. Unsurprisingly no resolution, no update, no hope that anyone will be roused before the 4day weekend is over, and no email. Avoid this mob

    @iiNet Hi iinet, I haven’t had internet connection since 5 pm. I checked your network status page and only fault seems to be at O’Connor ACT but I am in Aranda. Could the problem be wider than one suburb. If yes is there an eta?

    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?
