  @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  @Telstra There is no help there! And this doesn't answer why I pay for 4g backup when the speed is 2mbps? I will just cancel the account and move over to @iinet instead.

  @gReb3l @iiNet Mate, just get Starlink. I had issues with iiNet VDSL due to infrastructure issues outside my control, was only getting 2 - 5 Mbps when promised 70 Mbps. They refused to fix the issue and didn't want to reduce/refund bills even though weren't honouring their promise.

  @iiNet Hi iinet, I haven’t had internet connection since 5 pm. I checked your network status page and only fault seems to be at O’Connor ACT but I am in Aranda. Could the problem be wider than one suburb. If yes is there an eta?
