  @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

  moved to New Zealand and @iiNet won't let me close my broadband account without verfifying identity with an Australian ID which I don't have because I am not Australian. 2 weeks of doom loop. Worst internet provider ever.

  @iiNet hi is there an outage in the area of VICTORIA 3019 for 5G broadband services? Ive been on hold for 1 hour. I need internet connection to work from home. I have already turn off the modem for 10 secs and turn it back on. Still no connection. There are 4 lights bars on modem

  @iiNet just canceled my ozemail account after nearly 30 years. That’s how dreadful your service has become, how empty your promises to fix things are, and how💩 your company is. Bought a 500GB SIM from Optus, immediate 40Mbps stable connection compared to your unstable 1.5Mbps

  @iiNet what the hell is wrong with you. 6 email messages [1 after other)+ 3 text about same payment is HARRASSMENT, especially after same last month and issue rectified with details AND spoke to your offshore account mgt Stop already and lift your appalling customer service
