@Haydztweets @Jacko_GFreak @Telstra @Optus @iiNet Well no, some POIs have a higher capacity then others and it comes down to if they can actually support the speeds. If you're on a POI that is at almost capacity then the chances of getting higher speeds are limited, which is why people hit that 7pm slowdown.

I’m calling my service provider @iiNet right now. If they continue to support @theboltreport I’ll be finding another provider.

@Steve_Clark Credit where due! They turned up and fixed the problem, which required real fault finding, not simple part replacement. From calling @iiNet to fixing by @NBN_Australia: approx 24 hours. well done

Why don’t internet companies have an automated check running to find signs of unstable connections and then work to fix them proactively instead of waiting to be told? Time for a new cron job @iiNet?

When you're trying to fix your Mum's email, and you're on hold to grapevine support which might be @iinet support or maybe now it's @tpg support and the hold music is awful and you don't believe the 'we'll be with you shortly' messages and you want to break something! 🧐🤪🤬

@Blissful_way @iiNet If people have to lose time&money getting resolution then these companies who are being forced through the Ombudsman or Fair Trading should pay compensation for the days we lose fighting for resolution. That will relieve the complaints made no doubt and workload of said bodies

@PetraAu @iiNet Sheezus! What a merry-go-round? Had a similar problem with gmail & bills. It was a catastrophe. I managed to delete a lot of stuff via the app, using my phone. But otherwise ... Good luck with that nightmare. I have no solid advice 🤕
