    I use my internet connection for work. @iiNet as a result of a lack of response to customers during this outtage, inability to provide a 24/7 service and a general decline in service, after 19 years I am taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing #iiNetFail

  • jasoncaddy Jason Caddy (@jasoncaddy) reported

    help! @iinet email has been down from Christmas afternoon and they literally have their out of office on. no comms. no support. if you are going to be a service provider you need to be 24/7 every day of the year.

    Hey @iiNet I’m getting a 522 error when I try to access your website to get on my webmail and I can’t access my email from my iPad either. Is there a problem? No problems getting anywhere else on the net so I don’t think it’s me.

  • rossj80 ross (@rossj80) reported

    @iiNet you seem to have an issue, your website isn’t working and can’t get into email. I don’t have a problem getting on to other websites and downloading email from other providers

  • OttoVonT Peter Metzeling (@OttoVonT) reported

    @iiNet Why is webmail down?

  • AmryanAnnie 🌻 Annie Ryan 🌻 (@AmryanAnnie) reported

    @iiNet I imagine you know there is a problem for many customers trying to access webmail? Has been an ongoing issue since late Xmas day afternoon & still.

  • richardolsen Richard Olsen (@richardolsen) reported

    Looks like @iinet DNS is down, which means every Victorian government school's website is down, as well as any local services, email and other websites.

  • TheRiffJet Riff Jet (@TheRiffJet) reported

    @iiNet @richardawa How long did that take to tweet a message? Down Detector was more useful.
