@iiNet No 1 in customer service... Have waited at home for half a day for a scheduled technician to show up and fix internet that has been down for two weeks!!! Still no technician. No information from you. One hour waiting time on phone. Seriously...

@Haydztweets @Jacko_GFreak @Telstra @Optus @iiNet Well no, some POIs have a higher capacity then others and it comes down to if they can actually support the speeds. If you're on a POI that is at almost capacity then the chances of getting higher speeds are limited, which is why people hit that 7pm slowdown.

@iiNet i am hoping i can get help here ???... am trying to set-up my new sim and it asks to go online and activate it.. but can NOT do that as it first asks for a verification code from the same sim/mobile number, that has not yet been activated, so how to enter my 'toolbox" ??🙏

@iiNet Hah! We just had a >36hr broadband failure, with no proactive comms to let customers know what was going on. Fault took >24hrs to id & 12 to fix. 1000s of customers in Highton, Belmont and Grovedale. Website was no use. No response to social media queries either. Don’t recommend.

@mcewenrobbie @Telstra @iinet have the best customer service. Whenever there is an issue it’s fixed quickly without hassle. Cant fault them after 7-8 years now.

@iiNet I'm in Geelong. I know there's a fault. Things happen. I just don't understand how you've had an assessment completed and know what's needed to fix it but still no ETR. Is this 3-5 hours or 3-5 days?
