    @_bohemiaheart @slpng_giants_oz @iiNet @flightcentreAU @myer @JetstarAirways @ladbrokescomau I'll have a ritual burning of my myercard. Never used it much anyway.

  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

  • blake_andersson BlakeGreen118 (@blake_andersson) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@timothy_89 @lukeacl @iiNet Lifx uses direct wifi only, the Hue bulbs use a mesh network

  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

  • WilliamCStubbs William Smith-Stubbs 🐨 (@WilliamCStubbs) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Me: yeah hi I need to configure some settings on my internet settings @iiNet support rep: yeah cool. While this is processing allow me to tell you all about my #COVIDー19 conspiracy theory and how it’s man made population control. Me: 😐

iiNet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • shouldandmust mick (@shouldandmust) reported

I have lodged ANOTHER complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman but I did that in May 2021 as well and even though I was assured by @iiNet the issue was resolved it has happened again

  • miriamcosic Miriam Cosic (@miriamcosic) reported

@iiNet If it’s still down when I return from an interstate job I’m leaving on in the a.m. I’ll contact you. Tonight is a list cause…

  • RogueDoctor The Aimless Tinkerer (@RogueDoctor) reported

Midway through new @SeaOfThieves Adventure and my #FixedWireless internet drops. @NBN_Australia shows no issues in my area, @iiNet lists webmail and email major fault as of 18hrs ago.

  • AmandaPetrass Amanda Petrass (@AmandaPetrass) reported

@iiNet our VDSL is down in Canberra. Can you please tell me if there is a known fault? Your phone line has an almost hour long wait.

  • shouldandmust mick (@shouldandmust) reported

It’s 11:30 on a Friday so I feel like it’s safe to assume @iiNet and @NBN_Australia won’t be reconnecting my service until after the weekend. I live in a regional area with unreliable 4G service and rely on the internet connection for everything. What am I supposed to do?

  • zhalien Darth Paul (@zhalien) reported

Oh great. I move house and request my #internet account to move with me (taking over my temp account in the new joint I set up) and what happens? @NBN_Australia DISCONNECTS!!!!!! my new address and keeps the old one working. #WTF @iiNet

  • shouldandmust mick (@shouldandmust) reported

@iiNet confirm they could have fixed the issue on Friday but didn’t and instead assured me every day that they’re “prioritising” the issue and “escalating” my concerns. To ******* where? What a waste of everyone’s time because @iiNet customer service have actively lied every day

  • awambmrgw 🐀 Awambmrgw 🕯💉💉 (@awambmrgw) reported

@ken_killcare @miriamcosic @iiNet Nope, the problem is 100% Iinet. 6 mths ago at the end of a 6mth intro offer to new plan, they wouldn't neg on price and upped from $99 to $129. When we left over a separate issue, they offered same deal for $89. Too late! If they'd neg earlier, I wouldn't have shopped around.

  • Jonesy_Vanlife Brett Jones (@Jonesy_Vanlife) reported

@iiNet I am appalled at the changeover process you have done so far. You sent a disconnect notice to NBN of my previous ISP before new modem arrived and then now blaming your internal systems 24 hours later for not being able to provision my service. 1/2

  • ash01 ash. (@ash01) reported

@iiNet the internet over the last month in 3055 has been terrible. What has changed?
