@byrnecore @StoneAdam @iiNet @eatdrinkwatch Yup. I did exactly the same thing with Exetel (who also have diabolical customer service) despite rolling off to Tangerine (who have been terrific, btw).

So now @Telstra has cut off the landline, without being asked. So so can’t port the number to iiNet. So I call Telstra. But it’s a business number, and the business team don’t work on weekends. So I ask to speak to someone ANYONE who can help.
