Hey @iiNet, Can you pay your outstanding bill to @Toll_Group so I can book my return of the modem you sent me... like you just instructed me to do! Also, I'd like to echo other peoples experienced of how bad the 5G Home Broadband onboarding is.

  • hanoimasy AngB (@hanoimasy) reported

@iiNet Any updates about FTTH issues now?

  • david84tran David T (@david84tran) reported

@iiNet Appears that everything was not fine. I received an SMS that there was an outage. I have been without internet for 3 days and had to tether internet using my mobile hotspot.

@NBN_Australia @NETGEAR @iiNet Nah it's ok, I'm not actually angry, I'm aware it's unstable around my area. Thanks!

@iiNet Wow. Twitter support faster than phone support.

Following our recent problems with our landline, the phone number is no longer accepting incoming calls. Call diversion is on again. This time it's @iiNet voip account because we were forced to change.

@splucy @iiNet If the service is provided by NBN then you get the same service regardless of the ISP.

  • ParksySays Parksy (@ParksySays) reported

@iiNet have again failed to help. Online security check is insecure, so I won’t do that. Their call centre refuse to acknowledge that there’s a problem, as by the time I get though, the connection is re-established. It drops out each every day. Getting help shouldn’t be this hard

  • n3w4v3 Virgil (@n3w4v3) reported

@mariasofi @iiNet Not sorted yet. I was told that a massive issue popped up on 14 December that they’re still working to resolve affecting most iiNet 5G users.

@iiNet I would like an explanation as to why your staff are refusing to fix the outage on our business line call diversion.
