Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Maglunasash1 Maglunasash (@Maglunasash1) reported

@iiNet @HawthornFC Worst internet speeds ever. $100 month for 4-20 mbs.

  • tuo2 Jordan Wightman (@tuo2) reported

@iiNet Also, you need a customer accessible method for viewing “infrastructure restoration” as your CSR told me this was not visible as an outage on support pages, but clearly it’s an outage from a customer perspective. I don’t care what your internal system says, my internet is out.

  • eyes_ust Eyes.ust (@eyes_ust) reported

@Missamoo @iiNet Try calling them on your mobile because your nbn is down and your VOIP is now unavailable. iiNet then charge your mobile to call them - even when they leave you on hold for 30 minutes. I think this has to be illegal so I have referred the matter to the TIO.

  • toobahlou toobahlou (@toobahlou) reported

@Toyota_Aus @iiNet $591 is refunds in a week of poor customer service between your two companies. Do better. I’d rather pay you and be in a good mood that have to prove your garbage on your own products and services.

  • eyes_ust Eyes.ust (@eyes_ust) reported

@iiNet @HawthornFC Are the memberships for customers who called your helpline using their mobile and then got charged for the call - a call because they were having problems with your service! Does iiNet treat Hawks players x this way?

I'm about to lose my mind at @iiNet! THE WORST "CUSTOMER SERVICE" on the planet. what a mickey mouse operation

  • Gangrenous Shannon (@Gangrenous) reported

@iiNet I was just wondering if there was a known issue with iinet not connecting to disneyplus. I can connect to other streaming servers no problem but need to disconnect from my wifi and use my mobile data to use disneyplus.

  • toobahlou toobahlou (@toobahlou) reported

@iiNet I have been refunded $292 and $145 - ongoing battle since August. Fire your technical support team, I think I had to walk through troubleshooting with each and everyone of them. And told them what the issue was….. we got there in the end when one with a brain could go off script

  • freddstid whisaldolf (@freddstid) reported

@iiNet hey so the internet is not working. Payments are all up to date and the status light is red on the box

  • suzcberl Suz Berla (@suzcberl) reported

@iiNet I upgraded from NBN25 to NBN50 on Thursday...20 minutes later I lost wifi... AFTER 5 hours of phone calls... that i made...NO ONE has fixed it or called me back despite assurances. It is NOT my router...it's the config of iinet. I am still waiting for a fix 4 days later!
