    Not impressed with @iiNet. I have a static IP address for my streaming (business plan). On Sat I accidentally exposed my IP address on stream. After calling & being on hold for 80 mins, I was told that there was no support available that day. I was also told that someone (1/2)

    @iiNet Lets take a look at the connection speed between the device and modem 52 receive and 54 send. And that I have 1 device connected. How about you admit your are overcharging for a terrible service how about u look at how many copious infrastructure upgrades could be done

    turns out @iinet staff disabled call diversion without our knowledge. Now your staff are refusing to fix it.

    @iiNet Appears that everything was not fine. I received an SMS that there was an outage. I have been without internet for 3 days and had to tether internet using my mobile hotspot.

    @iiNet @NBN_Australia FTTP upgrades have been available for over a year, I’ve been eligible for 8+ months and my FTTN is so degraded I don’t even know what im paying for! You have offically lost a 15+ year customer today! Thanks for leaving your existing customers with crap!

    @iiNet hey team. I’ve lost internet at 6225 Collie. Any issues at the moment? And before anyone mentions it could be my modem, it’s not.
