  Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

  Hey @iiNet why are NBN broadband speeds in 2047 so slow? Can’t stream any service without it buffering every 3 minutes - and technical support wait time is over an hour.

  As usual @iinet are clueless. Take my monthly Payment without fail on the dot every single month. You have a problem with @iinet it’s never their fault it’s always @NBN. Tired of multinationals taking my money with zero accountability
