@iiNet we’ve been having serious issues all yesterday and today in NSW, Kellyville (Sydney) internet keeps cutting out every 10 or so minutes and upload is crap all of a sudden. This is just after maintenance was performed on our local Node. This is crap, we need to work!

  • asclarke Ashley (@asclarke) reported

@iiNet is there an outage in Ballarat? There’s nothing online when I search for it but I’ve been out of internet since around 10am and tech support never gave me a call back.

  • paulwoods Paul Woods (@paulwoods) reported

@simongterry @iiNet @NBN_Australia I would give them the benefit of the doubt if it didn't work pretty much flawlessly for the past 6 months. What is more likely broken, the completely untouched 2m run of copper wiring in the wall, or the vastly complex network of moving parts that is a telco network?

  • stevethompson49 Steve Thompson 💉💉 (@stevethompson49) reported

.@iiNet and @NBN_Australia both say no problem, but my internet has been dead for an hour.
