So @iiNet says it provides 24/7 support but when I call - after a week of intermittent service - they say nobody is available. So I keep using data and end up with a massive bill and still can’t watch the olympics!

If you want garbage internet make sure you sign up to @iiNet for their non existant @NBN_Australia plans.. This has to be the worst service I have had in nearly 5 years!!! #poorcustomerservice #worseplans #shockinhcoverage

not to mention they said the line congestion caused by them overselling their bandwith would take up to 5 years to fix and they don’t have any plans to fix the issue- that conversation ended with a ‘ if you’re unhappy we suggest finding another ISP’ i found @iiNet- much better.
