Living just on outskirts of Grenfell (NSW), @NBN_Australia can't be bothered running fibre. Only option is satellite but NBN box is stuck in sleep mode (but NBN says everything is fine), @iiNet not managed to resolve the issue. Thanks @TurnbullMalcolm for this USELESS mess.

@iiNet I keep having random outages, multiple times every hour it just stops working, comes back on after about 10 minutes and then goes off again about 10 minutes later and so on. Any reason why or how to fix it?

@iiNet Hi, Any issues in Castle Hill NSW 2154 with NBN Phone? Our internet is working great/fast but the landline has stopped working. We've tested the line with 3 different handsets but there is no dial tone. Restarted both the NBN modem and router/phone box multiple times.

@iiNet I understand that, but have been told by your colleagues on numerous different phone calls that it shouldn't take almost a month to receive an appointment, you would think once someone has highlighted an issue at least 4 times in a week efforts would be made to resolve it

@iiNet Not getting much help from that number, to be honest. But they are recognising the constant dropouts. The service is more or less unusable for us
