@iiNet @iiNet Anything else to add: Under your old billing system, you would always oblige the customer. New billing system, you tell the customer tough titties. I know there are other customers receiving same crappy customer service. You really have dropped the ball iinet.

@NBN_Australia no interruptions listed on the website just the Coombs HFC connection dropouts we get many times a week. You should be refunding fees to @iiNet @Internode HFC is old unreliable crap

@iiNet @whirlpoolnetau Small businesses AVOID #iiNet. Seems customer service, and therefore customer experience (CX) is dead. Despite its invitation to DM here, it shows no inclination to fix its DISHONEST double-dipping on my credit card.

@iiNet there has been an outage here in north west Melbourne for more than 12 hrs. NBN co are passing the buck to you and vica versa. Anyone want to fix it and tell me what’s going on?
