Dr.Strangelove (@flyingdoov) reported@iiNet and the response... another sales call attempt for an NBN service which I can't use (which once I pointed out this had already been done, the caller reviewed my case notes, then the call ended). How embarrassment #amateurhour #samesame

Stevo the Fully Vaccinated Twistie (@stevo_twistie) reported@GrogsGamut @iiNet The main problem with dumping your telco is that you usually end up with another telco.
-
donna (@donnerrjay) reported@GrogsGamut @iiNet Agreed. I was with them for 14 years!! and they still charged me $200 to cancel when I went to NBN else sign on for another 2yrs. Much happier with Aussie Broadband

Anthony B, (@swearyanthony) reported@DanielOCnr @GrogsGamut @iiNet Yeah their customer service has been brilliant the handful of times I've contacted them - once was to get whitelisted off of CG-NAT for Nintendo switch - it was like 10mins via online chat and done.
-
Stephen Spencer (@sspencer_63) reported@GrogsGamut @iiNet Same thing happened to me. We stuck with @iinet in the end but their desperate desire to create a new account and email address every time you change plans is infuriating. We had to cancel our mobiles with them because of the paperwork they required.

Leslie C Thiess (@LeslieCThiess) reported@GrogsGamut @iiNet Can confirm similar problem in transferring my NBN service within same apartment complex. Had to create a new service and pay in advance. Absolutely poor customer service at @iiNet !

Martin OConnor (@martinoconnor50) reported@iiNet Been recommending you for years based on good customer service. What happened, an old customer forgot his email password. Tuesday support called back after 6 hours new password failed. Yesterday no return call all day. #iinetfail

Michael Park in The Gaza Strip (@bertie007_park) reported@GrogsGamut @iiNet Left them some years ago. Could never guarantee a decent connection or speed. Now with Aussie BB. Never regretted the decision. Speeds exactly as advertised.
