Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reportedFour @NBN_Australia outage texts in the previous 30 days and I anticipate another today. This seems really excessive. I appreciate @iiNet receiving my complaints and going through the motions but I'm tried of this dance. Anyone else have this much drama with NBN?
-
Heidi (@botonaine1977) reportedHey @iinet - would you say 5.34 Mbps down is good enough for an NBN 100 plan?
-
Suzanne Olsen (@suzannelolsenau) reportedToolbox has been down since yesterday. That is both the support app and on the website. @iiNet you need to get these fixed asap because people will get narky at you. #itisonyourend

Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reported@mahootna2 @NBN_Australia @iiNet The only reason. Apparently customer service is almost zero
-
Scotchy McScotch (@SMcscotch) reported@Telstra dealing with the impact of the COVID pandemic is still less of a PITA than trying to get something resembling customer service from you company. @Optus @iiNet surely you can do better.
-
Scotchy McScotch (@SMcscotch) reported@Telstra Not much you can do, your entire ‘customer service’ team appear incapable of actually resolving anything and just stall, transfer to another department or hang-up. I’ll raise the issue through formal channels and see what @Optus and @iiNet can provide.
-
Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reportedAnyone have @Telstra nbn with the 4g backup- are you happy/unhappy? I need to find a solution for all of the outages and unfortunately @iinet don’t provide a 4g backup

Cathy O’Malley #Don't Worry, be happy. (@spud01au) reported@redruby17 @NBN_Australia @iiNet I am still on ADSL. So it's a different problem.

Real (Not a bot) Robin :) (@mahootna2) reported@redruby17 @NBN_Australia @iiNet Telstra. iiNet, Aussie Broadband and Telstra are pretty much the first choices. The real issue here is crappy copper. Had some replaced but the whole lot is ancient. Ended up contacting our local MP. 4 months later had some new copper. I feel your pain. :(

Stéphane Erbrech (@serbrech) reported@iiNet I ordered a modem a week ago, with the highest NBN available. I picked up the modem and plugged it: No internet. Your support tells me it takes 24h to enable the NBN connection *from pick up date!!!* Why don’t you make that clear beforehand. Just lost a day of work!
