@twistieman @iiNet Finally got one out. Took them two visits over a week or two but it seems now that they have actually fixed the problem.

@iiNet It’s been like this for many months if not years. Thankfully I have my mobile data plan but I used up all 80gb and it renews tomorrow. And the router has always shown a green connection, never failing.

Well my internet is in a bad state. Large amounts of packet loss and very low throughput. Clearly an upstream issue from debugging but all @iiNet wanted to do is ask for some trace routes because “NBN needs us to prove it is their fault”. 😒

@iiNet I understand that, but I'm still getting spam from stuff I reported over a fortnight ago. If there was a way to simply block email addresses from the webmail dashboard, it would solve a lot of problems.

@iiNet It's not a matter of network coverage. I received *all* other texts fine with iinet *except* for verification texts from Kucoin. I receive them fine with Telstra. This indicates that iinet is filtering them. Please fix this & I may sign up again.

@iiNet I’ve had those hour long conversations with tech support who know less than me and put me through diagnostics that are irrelevant and are useless when the problem is intermittent. I’m so over it.

@iiNet tells me @NBN_Australia says that my drop outs are ‘fantasy drop outs’. Right. Thanks nbn for calling me a liar. This is disgraceful. You really think I’d waste hours and hours trying to rectify this issue for fun?

@iiNet Been recommending you for years based on good customer service. What happened, an old customer forgot his email password. Tuesday support called back after 6 hours new password failed. Yesterday no return call all day. #iinetfail
