Does anyone know where ******** I can find the upload speeds for @iiNet #nbn plans? I’m pretty sure it’s not meant to be less than 1mbps… but I don’t know what it’s meant to be coz it’s not listed anywhere on the page

@iiNet we have been having daily intermittent internet drop outs to our wired and wireless devices for a month. After 3 call to your tech line and following all instructions we are frustrated and at a loss. Each call is an hour and no help. We believe its a fault outside our home

@RoenDavis @iiNet It could be any number of those things. I usually find its outdated or defective modems which is a good idea to keep them updated. Its really frustrating that CPE's don't last these days. I recommend a modem with pfsense. I never seem to have issues when pfsense is installed.

@iiNet Get off your high horse. You mess up and threaten debt collection. You think a couple of words is worse than ruining someone’s credit? Like I said, I’m done with your service.

@mcewenrobbie @Telstra @iinet have the best customer service. Whenever there is an issue it’s fixed quickly without hassle. Cant fault them after 7-8 years now.

@elronxenu @iiNet I vaguely remember being in a meeting that discussed card fee charging. It was lowering the minimum charge threshold that exposed this bug for customers with a single annual charged service.
