    @iiNet Don’t bother. They are incompetent. Disconnects services without authority and hide behind overseas call centres. Avoid them and get better service elsewhere

    @DocB__ @iiNet I signed up to them 15 years ago their customer service was seriously A grade. By the time that I had left them it was a pretty average experience. Which is a shame.

    @iiNet Hi Tal, I am aware of that. The only solution I want is confirmation in writing that we will never have to pay the amount listed as an "outstanding dispute" _still_ on our final account despite no less than 5 assurances that we wouldn't have to pay it, or that it would be removed

    Yet another day of disrupted internet coming our way due to #nbn 'maintenance'. 2nd one in 2 weeks. This is becoming an all too regular occurance, disrupting study and work, It would appear a stable and reliable @NBN_Australia service is still a distant dream #iinet @iiNet
