    @DodoAustralia’s desperate texts and emails nag it’s time to activate your SIM, when it hasn’t ******* sent them. It has now missed the boat. The wash-up: its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.

    @DianeDromgold @iiNet Yeah just after the tpg take over we left tried TIO and all that's when customer service went to **** we are with aussie broadband now

    It's impossible to get any help from @iinet They are cancelling hosting but no reply to messages, no one ever picks up even when we wait on the phone for hours. Come on! There has to be some way to get help. Has anyone called the Ombudsman?

    @iiNet hosted email down . I’ve been on hold for 2 hours yesterday and 1 hour today. People are trying to run businesses. What the hell is going on

    hey @iiNet - our internet has been down all day, and after waiting on hold for an hour you hung up on me. can you fix this? i have work deadlines

    Pretty much comms across Australia are failing right now. Txt international from Australian networks and let me know how you get on and which carrier you use. Per @iiNet Mobile support "all Australia" mobile services affected. Not sure if that is accurate. Txt msg error 28

    @iiNet Does anybody answer the bloody phones down there? On hold for 40 mins as NO internet! Bloody useless
