    @iiNet Sheโ€™s got a customer number: 225025030 but would they be able to call through a different number as her phone is not working at the moment

    @iiNet Twice this week I have called your call centre and opted for a call back which has not been forthcoming. Iโ€™m trying to fix an ongoing billing issue which you are at fault. I emailed but that was useless, was like they didnโ€™t read the email. Whatโ€™s going on? Very annoyed

    It's impossible to get any help from @iinet They are cancelling hosting but no reply to messages, no one ever picks up even when we wait on the phone for hours. Come on! There has to be some way to get help. Has anyone called the Ombudsman?

    <ugh> thats been a painful few days. @iiNet I had to literally accost an NBN co tech, who was working on in the pit (because someone else had zero internet) and he discovered the line was actually broken, thanks for making me spend $500 on a new modem plus plan upgrades because your employee told me "the line is fine". Feel free @iiNet to respond and i will give you the telecommunications ombudsmans reference number for the complaint I lodged. Tell me to "wait 24 hours" and our tier 2 tech will be in contact. I couldn't even speak to them to tell them the issue. Garbage service

    @iiNet thanks for new modem but -no thanks Just spent fortune moving NBN connection out of childโ€™s bedroom. You offered zero support Then sent us modem which doesnโ€™t need @NBN_Australia line No new modem manual so canโ€™t personalise network name, pโ€™word @acmadotgov #auspol

    @iiNet internet has been intermittent and stuffed for weeks. Call and sitting on hold forever kinda makes for an impossible resolution. Just thought youโ€™d like to know that Iโ€™ll be logging a logging a complaint with the Ombudsman. No thanks

    Absolutely disgusted at @iiNet support and service. Three phone-calls to update a credit card, total hold time - 4 hours. Currently up to the second phone call and 4 transfers totally 2.4 hours and counting to cancel my business services. On hold to yet another department.

    Really @iiNet - 51 minutes on hold and then cut off. Have been a business customer for 12 years and I need to speak to someone about migrating my email account that you are cancelling...
