    @iiNet hi is there a time when our internet is going to be connected again with our outage thatโ€™s been happening for almost a week now. Itโ€™s been so long without the internet.

    @iiNet Such a terrible service. Avoid. I was with them for over 10 years. I wish I could get them back. Nothing but problems

    .@TPG_Telecom @Internode @iiNet are all a disgrace, 13+ years with Internode donโ€™t even care if you leave. Worst customer service possible.. All three companies are under one umbrella and it definitely shows when dealing with them. Customer loyalty means **** all

    @gReb3l @iiNet Mate, just get Starlink. I had issues with iiNet VDSL due to infrastructure issues outside my control, was only getting 2 - 5 Mbps when promised 70 Mbps. They refused to fix the issue and didn't want to reduce/refund bills even though weren't honouring their promise.

    120hrs update: @iiNet is still a steaming pile of ordure. Unsurprisingly no resolution, no update, no hope that anyone will be roused before the 4day weekend is over, and no email. Avoid this mob

    @iiNet thanks for new modem but -no thanks Just spent fortune moving NBN connection out of childโ€™s bedroom. You offered zero support Then sent us modem which doesnโ€™t need @NBN_Australia line No new modem manual so canโ€™t personalise network name, pโ€™word @acmadotgov #auspol

    @iiNet how do I contact you when Iโ€™m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family canโ€™t get through to your and they need my invoice, which canโ€™t access to due to no sms.

    @iiNet it is very frustrating your staff say when they call my phone it goes straight to voicemail but no one else has this problem. It is on your end. No one from iinet has EVER been able to call me.

    <ugh> thats been a painful few days. @iiNet I had to literally accost an NBN co tech, who was working on in the pit (because someone else had zero internet) and he discovered the line was actually broken, thanks for making me spend $500 on a new modem plus plan upgrades because your employee told me "the line is fine". Feel free @iiNet to respond and i will give you the telecommunications ombudsmans reference number for the complaint I lodged. Tell me to "wait 24 hours" and our tier 2 tech will be in contact. I couldn't even speak to them to tell them the issue. Garbage service
