Dave Underwood (@DaveMUnderwood) reported@JulianBurnside What's Telstra? Just kidding. @iiNet for me, after their horribly frustrating customer service slump after being gobbled up by TPG, they've come good again. The tightwads at TPG realised their penny pinching ways were damaging the brand perhaps?

Kel K (@KelKnez) reported@iiNet I’ve had no internet working since 1pm today. Can’t login to my toolbox and haven’t been able to call through. What is going on with this service? Today hasn’t been the only time I’ve had issues! Forever dropping out or not working hours at a time 🤯
