@iiNet You guys are a joke. Service so poor we moved our accounts to another ISP. Then you guys promised on 2 diff calls, our emails wouldn't be deleted and we could call after the new service came online to keep the email addresses and mailboxes.

.@iiNet booked NBN install 2 wks ago for tomorrow, get text today saying won’t be installed until 4 June. Need internet to work from home. Extremely disappointing service!

So rather than engage & find a solution, @iinet have chosen to take the path of ignoring my homelessness & sent my sim to a residential address that I do not live at. Once again I’ve been put in the too hard basket because people do not want to address this social crisis.

Not having much luck finding decent #Satellite #Internet in #Crookwell area. 60gb per month is the best deal available. 2 gig per day. 20kn21ffs Please help @iiNet @skymesh @AngusTaylorMP
