Wendy (@WendyBirdOZ) reported@shaunamkinney @iiNet The internet side of things is fine. I'd prefer not to use the gmail account I use for businesses who I know will spam my life away (out of sight, out of mind). Email is not my #1 priority, but it is up there. They HAVE to fix it. The issue is when? Weather excuse is vague.

Caron Eastgate Dann (@DrCaronDann) reported@iiNet Why is it that telecom companies have the worst comms? @iinet, you need to keep customers updated hourly in an outage, not once in two days. Comms now happens 24/7, and your customers rely on it. Thatβs why they pay you.
