Peabo Bryson (@multiplesof9) reported@iiNet I've had a broken internet for 2 weeks. I've spent 4 hours on the phone over that last 9 or 10 days, basically doing iinet's job, coordinating this job because of poor documentation, poor communication and people not following through on plans.

Martyn Davis 💉 (@themadhacker) reportedDear @iiNet - just bought an eero wifi mesh system, which won’t work as you use pppoe over nbn modem (why oh why didn’t I search). So either help me bridge it with your existing wifi router or bye bye iiNet hello new isp. Your help desk said out of scope.
-
Fer C (@fercuria) reported@iiNet you have the most incompetent, unhelpful customer service! I am switching providers and will make sure everyone knows how bad you are
-
pappa orda (@Orda_CS) reportedStarting a community thread about terrible experiences with @iiNet that anyone can add to. I’ll start; No where near the advertised DL/UL speeds, numerous phone calls with insight such as “turn modem on and off” and when I cancelled, still billed me for 2 months afterwards
-
Eva (@evaw26) reported@iiNet having issues with our internet since Saturday.
-
Bill Bennett (@billbennettnz) reported@Professor_Leech @seamus @iiNet Yes, not bad for for about $80 (A$70) a month…
-
Joel Gibson (@joelgibson) reported@MikeySlezak @iiNet @acccgovau Worth noting that the smaller providers are not included in these ACCC tests so if they're not there, it doesn't mean they're slow
-
pappa orda (@Orda_CS) reported@oHrtzy @iiNet That’s ****** man, it’s so bad. I think I was paying for something near that too. I couldn’t even play a game and have my phone on the wifi. Let alone have my wife watch Netflix and be on the internet too
-
Just some lonely Idiot on the Internet. 🇦🇺 (@ADFSnake) reported@TheFoxeh @iiNet I am sorry to hear this, I'm kinda surprised I never received an e-mail from them about this. But my PC is slowly dying on me, I can't stream, plus I'm not interesting enough. Hope you and your Dragon boo are doing well.

Bill Bennett (@billbennettnz) reported@seamus @iiNet It is is almost impossible to buy speeds as low as 20Mbps in New Zealand any more. Can only do so if you are one of the two or three percent stuck on a poor quality copper connection or have 1st generation fixed wireless.
