    @iiNet @geoffrey_payne Put him back on his original plan. You don’t get to just change people’s plans for a more expensive one, without their informed consent. “We would have sent you an email (so it’s all your own fault)” isn’t consent! Fix it! I would have reported you to the ACCC

    @iiNet we have been waiting a week to be connected to the internet. Every day we have been provided a new excuse. After calling again today we were hung up on. Can we please have support.

    @trevorlong @Channel7 Sadly having major issues with @iiNet multiple NBN disconnections that they are investigating. So forced to rely on ropey free to air coverage.

    @iiNet so I just received a message that my task has been closed. But the problem hasn't been solved. Was told it was escalated but have heard nothing.

    So now after giving support one last go and waiting an hour for a call back @iiNet just hung up on me. ****

    @iiNet Guys. I need to change my out going message on Bizphone, which bizarrely, I can't do myself. I was told at 930 this morning it would be done today. It's now 640PM. Not Done. Fix this issue. This should not be harder to do than a 1980's answering machine.
