  Ok @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will speak with me. This has been going on for months.

  @iinet @tpg just bizarre behaviour Cancelled @NBN_Australia on UNI D1 with several weeks notice. They continued to issue invoices after termination. Ignored emails, then finally issues refund for the wrong amount. After 10 years its so good to exit this crappy business account

  @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
