@DocB__ @iiNet It’s not a comp, I know, but it took me three months to cancel my Telstra account….rural nsw, hopeless, replaced them with a local company run by switched on kids who have comms tower on a nearby hill, faster, very reliable, friendly and cheaper….

@iiNet @WhistleOut_AU Don’t bother. They are incompetent. Disconnects services without authority and hide behind overseas call centres. Avoid them and get better service elsewhere

@nokia @iiNet Follow up on Nokia 5g router broadband The USB port doesn't work Asked iinet, "talk to Nokia" Nokia says "talk to iinet" Literature says it should function. Rather unsatisfactory outcome for me, the consumer. First time iinet failed me in 18 years Bummer.

@DocB__ @iiNet I'm not game to get any NBN atm. I fell into a deal of 500gb of data on a phone plan 4 years ago for $65 pm. I hotspot now and have better coverage than many people I know on wireless. I watch as many on line programs as I like and never close to using 500gb.

20 minutes on a call trying to cancel the useless 4mbps wireless service I was conned into signing up for with @iiNet. Plenty of hoops. What a bunch of miserable, incompetent flogs.

@iiNet All good. 30 something minutes later it's cancelled. If you want to help, review my notes, emails, calls over the last 3 months and get someone at exec level to send me an apology for treating me like a POS.

@DocB__ @iiNet After 13 years of excellent service from Westnet, that service absolutely deteriorated (in all areas) with #iiNet takeover. Switched to #AussieBroadband. Much better service in this remote area.
