@iiNet are there any plans for you to become a “Participating Provider” for @NBN_Australia to upgrade FTTN premises to FTTP? Or is a Customer of 15 Years going to have change providers to get access to a technology available to everyone?

I hate having to complain about customer service online but @iiNet have been pretty ordinary in getting back about an internet problem. Been nearly a week waiting for a call back about the issue and now cant contact on phone unless I’m prepared to wait for an hour.

@iiNet Got a call from what appears to be someone with a Beijing accent.Could be @iiNet might not be iinet. If it was iinet, and in light of Optus/Medicare breaches.Having your idiot staff call me,without any safety checks in place. No wonder companies get hacked. Have a manager call me

@iiNet I’ve had at least 4-5 dropouts per day over the past 7 days in 4209 on your 5g service. Unfortunately no FTTP at my address, so I’m stuck considering business fibre for home or dealing with less then 50mbps on your NBN50 because you don’t offer NBN100 to us. Suggestions?
