  @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

  @NBN_Australia @iiNet Why is my internet connection like something from a 3rd world country? The connection is up and down like a prostitutes knickers! I live in Empire Bay, NSW, not feckin Outback Australia!!
