Despite partner's pleas & @iiNet's assurance otherwise, they disconnected landline after 1 day! Now can't call either provider to see if/when phone will be reconnected. this shd have been seamless. Isolated enough by my condition, I am left powerless. Help. Please! @acccgovau

@iiNet #iinet How hard is it to cancel your account?? I spoke to a CS rep on Friday 5.30 and was assured the account would be cancelled. No email to confirm it so rang this morning, no cancellation recorded. Now on hold to customer care after talking and explaining the whole..

@NBN_Australia @iiNet do you think the #darlingpoint planned outage for 11 hours tomorrow is really fair, given we have an unplanned power outage now in this area. NBN has been out since after 1pm.

@iiNet The HFC outage is in Geelong for HFC CABLE. YOUR WEBPAGE ONLY STATES THE STATUS FROM 5 months ago. Not helpful. Approx time for reconnection 3:30. To all iiNet customers out there, the webpage STATUS HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED FOR 5 months!
