@iiNet Am having to pay a $60 cancellation fee. It's worth it to get away from the @iiNet service

  • DeliaBartle Delia Bartle (@DeliaBartle) reported

@tbyrne74 @iiNet @Internode Plus, the invoicing arithmetic that was involved in disconnecting and reconnecting on a different plan was flawless. Right down to the last cent, all balanced and correct without any effort on my part. Never imagined I'd sing praise for an internet provider but here we are

@GrogsGamut @swearyanthony @iiNet Ahh good customer service, makes they dogshit stuff really smell bad in comparison

  • xprophetess Cassandra Parkinson 💉 💉😷 (@xprophetess) reported

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Another Aussie broadband person - switched over from Iinet almost 2 years ago after Iinet’s service went downhill. Very pleased I did and the actual changeover took something like an hour.

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Can recommend AussieBB, can throw you a referral code if it would help. Absolutely best customer service

@charlietech @NBN_Australia Unfortunately @iiNet keeps failing me, one kid and 2 adults on Teams, all 3 calls keeps dropping, when call , it took 40 minutes to get through, no resolution yet, no 4G coverage from Vodafone either in my areas of hills district

  • flyingdoov Dr.Strangelove (@flyingdoov) reported

@iiNet I'm still waiting a response to SMS and emails regarding fault 360067133. It has been almost a week. Pathetic service. The only time I get a quick response is when I provide a "0" score for satisfaction after wasting my time speaking to the "help" desk.

  • DeliaBartle Delia Bartle (@DeliaBartle) reported

@tbyrne74 @iiNet I've had nothing but outstanding service from the team at @Internode - been with them for years and any issue I've run into has been sorted quickly and efficiently over the phone. Moved house recently and had trouble re-connecting; a six minute phone call later and it was solved!

  • OzMattyD1 OzMattyD (@OzMattyD1) reported

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Similar issue when we upgraded our fibre from 100mbit to 1gbit. Not helped by a deficient NBN backbone structure

  • ruphrect George Chain (@ruphrect) reported

@GrogsGamut @iiNet If you want great network but NO support then look at Telstra.
