@iiNet Got a call from what appears to be someone with a Beijing accent.Could be @iiNet might not be iinet. If it was iinet, and in light of Optus/Medicare breaches.Having your idiot staff call me,without any safety checks in place. No wonder companies get hacked. Have a manager call me

@iinet I have no problem with a direct debit. The T&G takes 2 weeks to process the invoice. But I will ask the T&G to process my bill before the 2 weeks in the future. I just wanted a 1 week work week extension.

@iinet our business land line has been getting busy signal for all incoming calls calls since the morning. We need help to fix this urgently.

  • coreyhfranklin1 Corey Franklin (@coreyhfranklin1) reported

@iiNet I rang to cancel a direct debit and the CSO told my I couldn’t. All I want is to cancel my DD and receive an invoice by email & send the invoice to the NSW T&G to pay. All the T&G needs is a BPAY number on the invoice which BPAY is an option on the invoice to pay my bill.

@iiNet Over 24 hours and I need to work from home. Had to cancel a meeting. Just not good enough.

@iiNet I’ve had at least 4-5 dropouts per day over the past 7 days in 4209 on your 5g service. Unfortunately no FTTP at my address, so I’m stuck considering business fibre for home or dealing with less then 50mbps on your NBN50 because you don’t offer NBN100 to us. Suggestions?
