    @iiNet just canceled my ozemail account after nearly 30 years. Thatโ€™s how dreadful your service has become, how empty your promises to fix things are, and how๐Ÿ’ฉ your company is. Bought a 500GB SIM from Optus, immediate 40Mbps stable connection compared to your unstable 1.5Mbps

    @iiNet Twice this week I have called your call centre and opted for a call back which has not been forthcoming. Iโ€™m trying to fix an ongoing billing issue which you are at fault. I emailed but that was useless, was like they didnโ€™t read the email. Whatโ€™s going on? Very annoyed

    @iiNet after 16 hours said โ€˜internet will be up by latest 6pmโ€™. Well itโ€™s now 7:18pm and still no internet. Though Iโ€™ve paid my monthly subscription on 13th March. As @iiNet have monthly access without โ€˜outageโ€™ to my account. Should I tell @iiNet that my bank account has an outage?

    How crap are @iiNet .. cancel the grapevine mail service .. no notifications or advice this is happening .. no support to customers .. had this email for 18 years so you can imagine work involved updating new email .. do IiNet care .. nope donโ€™t return calls emails online forms
