    @iiNet You lost a customer today. For the third time in 30 days, we have slow internet, and ping spikes. Fix your servers. I'd be happy to do it for you if you message me. I'm not trolling either... this is a serious problem.

    @iiNet can you guys get rid of the forced 2 factor authentication for toolbox? I've had nothing but issues with it logging me out nearly ever time I go to a new page since it became a thing, and now there's no field to even enter the code while I'm trying to pay my bill.

    @iiNet I live in Rosemount where there was an unexpected power outage this morning. My modem refuses to reconfigure. Is there an outage here

    @iiNet It seems to be an NBN outage, confirmed by local computer co. It might take a while.
