MrWigglyAU (@MrWigglyAU) reported@pceebee23 @jimmyraynes @iiNet Unless it's cloudflares 1.1.1.1 DNS, and everyone's having issues is routed through that, I would say it's not the DNS server but either the physical lines or iinets backend.

Dedro (@DedroWasTaken) reported@iiNet I had someone come over to fix my constant dropouts on VDSL. The guy that came over change the connection type on my router from Dynamic IP to some PPPOE connection but never told anyone the details. So when it dropped out again, we weren't able to rectify the issue again.

James M Miller (@jamesmiller62) reportedPaying for 28mb download speed from @iiNet home service and getting 3mb and the service call people are polite enough but talk gibberish that a technician might understand but I do not. Anyone got simple ideas? I've rebooted the modem - all I know how to do, no help.
