H u m e r u s π³οΈββ§οΈπ³οΈβππ¦πΊ (@YoureSoHumerus) reportedNothing like waiting on urgent communication with an employer only for @iiNet and @WestnetAU webmail to go down for over 6 hours with nary a peep to even acknowledge it on their social media.
-
Motherofopinion (@MotherofOpinion) reported@iiNet Not good enough that I should sit on the phone for one hour and fifty six minutes to get my call answered and then another 25 to get the issue sorted. @iinet has always had the best customer service - now itβs terrible. #dobetter #customerservice
-
Independents in. (@Laird_Bruce) reported@iiNet just canceled my ozemail account after nearly 30 years. Thatβs how dreadful your service has become, how empty your promises to fix things are, and howπ© your company is. Bought a 500GB SIM from Optus, immediate 40Mbps stable connection compared to your unstable 1.5Mbps

Al Garlando (@iamalbyg) reported@iiNet TIO complaint 2025-11-04360 logged regarding you fraudulently debiting my account and then threatening to disconnect my service for non-payment.

Rory Bunk (@RoryBunk) reported@iiNet Atrocious issue resolution. A simple change of address results in inactivation of email boxes for over 2 days and no end in sight, no one in support position with the wherewithal to do anything outside vague 48-hour ticket queues

GillianA πΊ (@_IndianPacific) reported@iiNet I shouldn't have had to top up. There was no explanation that there was an issue. I did not receive a text or an email that there was an issue. All I got was "Can't send text by iiNet. Error 28" iiNet support did not know what Error 28 was nor did Mobile support. Ref # 380798763
