    @unicamster @iiNet I only wait on hold for around 3 - 4 minutes, plus the length of time it takes me to fill in the relevant ombudsman service's webform. If the bank / telco / insurer / etc can't answer the phone before I hit send, we deal with it through that process.

    @iiNet Signed up 11 days ago. Modem still hasn't left dispatch. And iinet don't communicate with dispatch or the courier, so you just sit and wait. Terrible, Terrible service. Promised 1-2 or 3-5 working days got 2 different delivery days. And nothing after 11 days and no reason given.
