@iiNet @SixersBBL You lied to us about the connection. You have cancelled appointments. You are a terrible isp.

  • toinestin Antoine Stinissen (@toinestin) reported

@iiNet no 1 in customer service? Don’t think so. Scheduled our move 3 weeks in advance to find out on the day we move that we won’t have internet for 2 months. #EpicFail

  • Jays200 Jays (@Jays200) reported

@NBN_Australia I appreciate your assistance today but if you read my 1st tweet you'll notice I mentioned that I had already reported fault with @iiNet. This is the problem with too many links in the chain. The fault isn't at my premises. DM me and I'll provide more details.

  • asdcadsaerfasdf Fat Man (@asdcadsaerfasdf) reported

spoke to a tech at @iiNet they put me on hold for 32min and then they hang up on me. All this to try and resolve an issue that has been happening for two weeks.

  • HappySinger Dave The Happy Singer (@HappySinger) reported

@laurenmartyn @Aussie_BB @iiNet To be fair to ii, if it's a technical fault with the line, they might not be able to do much other than escalate it to the NBN. But: Aussie's signup and service so far have been stellar if you do decide to move.

  • Nigel_Lake Nigel Lake (@Nigel_Lake) reported

For my Aussie friends: watch out for a cheeky invoice from @Iinet. We closed our account several years ago (we moved the office so no longer needed their service). For some reason, they sneakily decided to start invoicing us again this month...

  • mynameisjanah J. (@mynameisjanah) reported

i'm loving that i have the DMs from my conversation with @iiNet yesterday, they are helping me cut through the bullshit. i was almost fobbed off because i have a hybrid node network i had no choice to buy

  • barefootthink Heather Delfs (@barefootthink) reported

@iiNet there seems to be an unreported outage in our area? Nothing on either IINet or NBN websites but normal troubleshooting to restart not working.

  • becky182O Becky (@becky182O) reported

Cannot recommend @iiNet: 3 weeks until I ‘might’ have internet, after repeating myself and arguing with people over and over and over again, and lodging a formal complaint.
