When you take advantage of an offer from @iinet for a month’s free slightly broader band broadband, and they charge you for it. And also for the service you disconnected a month ago. This makes budgeting so much more fun!

@NBN_Australia you came to fix our internet twice this week but couldn’t. Our ISP @iiNet let us know on Weds they had again told you not fixed but still no booking from you to come back. Kids in lockdown… it has been weeks… we need it fixed!

@iiNet New installation, Tatura never had the rollout finished. So homes need to arrange an installation. All they have is ADSL.

@iiNet We did all the support stuff. Too many locations, many hours/days spent already. Never get callbacks anyway. The service is so bad you should HR12 it for being so offensive.

Hey @iiNet how come you don't discuss internet plans and better options with a customer who has been with you for over 15 years? just offer the same to new customers at a lower price and unlimited volume, you charge me $20 extra for excess use! Is that your customer care?
