Miriam Cosic (@miriamcosic) reportedAnd, @iinet and #TheMessengerCo, I know how to reset passwords in settings and my post-grad in tech isn't helping here. I need actual tech support, tho you're both hopeless in that dept. I haven't had email on one device or another since Aug 11. Now on both, so zero email.

CombatCat (@CryptoICTkat) reported@gReb3l @iiNet Mate, just get Starlink. Campbell Henderson (@campbehenderson) reported@iiNet you've not called me back, hung up on me, refused to escalate my problem, and sent me a router that I cannot configure. I'm making calls to your parent company's Head of CX hourly. Not good enough.

Paul Paino (@PainoPaul) reported@iiNet itโs impossible to get through to your tech support team. Been trying all week. As you will not be hosting email services from the end of April how is one meant to change providers??
