Hey @iiNet do you have an issue with your users using a VPN? Login to toolbox 5 attempts and thrown out after a couple of clicks. Sending an email forced to disconnect the VPN to send. @Optus & Medibank have proved that you have to manage your own security.

@iiNet I’ve had at least 4-5 dropouts per day over the past 7 days in 4209 on your 5g service. Unfortunately no FTTP at my address, so I’m stuck considering business fibre for home or dealing with less then 50mbps on your NBN50 because you don’t offer NBN100 to us. Suggestions?

@iiNet Hi team, any outages in 6008 WA? Mine is dead. Checked your web and it says no issues. Tried restarting the TP-Link modem and still nothing. Help please :)
