    @iiNet I shouldn't have had to top up. There was no explanation that there was an issue. I did not receive a text or an email that there was an issue. All I got was "Can't send text by iiNet. Error 28" iiNet support did not know what Error 28 was nor did Mobile support. Ref # 380798763

    @iiNet hi. My internet is down in west Melbourne. Itโ€™s been glitching since the storms. When will it be fixed (not calling because your wait times are terrible and I am meant to be working from home)

    Absolutely disgusted at @iiNet support and service. Three phone-calls to update a credit card, total hold time - 4 hours. Currently up to the second phone call and 4 transfers totally 2.4 hours and counting to cancel my business services. On hold to yet another department.

    @iiNet Itโ€™s overdue, yes I donโ€™t deny, but to be suspended over it AND without warning! This has never happened in the past - IF Iโ€™ve ever missed a payment.

    @iiNet Not good enough that I should sit on the phone for one hour and fifty six minutes to get my call answered and then another 25 to get the issue sorted. @iinet has always had the best customer service - now itโ€™s terrible. #dobetter #customerservice
