@iiNet the poor lady I'm on the phone with now has to get her supervisor to come to her desk to talk to me, because your rules don't allow her to transfer the call to the supervisors phone. I'm now on hold whilst her handset is sanitised! What a shambles you people are!

@iiNet I am STILL waiting on progress. Get nowhere.. you can’t take responsibility nor can you actually care enough to fix things. I’ve been with you for SIX YEARS. I’m so glad to know I’m just $$, not a valued customer. Am I just a joke to you, is that how it is?

Update: @iiNet failed to give us a modem on time & lied about it being installed & when we will get it. I am not waiting till next week to have internet so now I have to fork out $$$ due to this incompetency. Either way, I'll make damn sure I'll be back online tonight.

@iiNet 30 minutes on the phone already. There's a fault with the internet at a property we rent out, Sydney's in lockdown and your people in South Africa won't agree to contact our tenant to sort out the issue.

@Telstra has a genuine issue with their new via app chat. Over 24 hours invested in chat alone, 12 phone calls and my 4g backup they directed me to use until my nbn could be connected is still pumping out 0.1mbs at peak speeds... easy money you lot @iiNet nows your chance!
