Signe Dean (@nevertoocurious) reported@iiNet It's nice to be notified of a planned NBN outage, but you gotta communicate more precisely. We were told 8am to 5pm Wed-Fri this week, and that it *may* affect our service. There hasn't been a whisper of internet here since 6pm on Tuesday. Could have warned us!

Tim Fountain (@Tim___F) reportedIs @iiNet @NBN_Australia down in Belconnen, ACT, again?

Tubbs Tattsyrup (@TubbsJTattsyrup) reported@iiNet As expected, still no call from you. Still zero action. Please be assured that the complaint to the ACCC is being drafted right now. Smh.

Ian Hopkinson (@hopkinson) reported@MurrayDG @iiNet iiNet is the best there is. I’ve tried them all. I think you’ve just had some bad luck in that specific situation - @kaostoclarity has a contact there

Riff Jet (@TheRiffJet) reported@libravaga @iiNet I suspect, Bad Management, Bad Staff.

Katrina (@libravaga) reported@TheRiffJet @iiNet Wow 18 years! What some companies do for that sort of customer loyalty and feedback. To shareholders, 18 years worth of repeated income is sadly chicken feed but you and people like you are their bread and butter. Shame on them for taking you, your time and money for granted.

meh... (@brad_00) reported@iiNet I assume you will just refer me to one of the above teams so can’t see the point. I guess I just felt the need to tweet how dissatisfied I am with the lack of coordinated support

Tubbs Tattsyrup (@TubbsJTattsyrup) reported@iiNet So guess who’s getting a complaint sent to the ACCC about them? Also, since our contract doesn’t get start until you activate the damn SIM cards & your customer service is so ****, I’m thinking we might take our money to a more reliable provider.

Katrina (@libravaga) reported@TheRiffJet @iiNet iiNet sound like a pain in the arse. I hope they gave you a month without charge for your trouble. If not, try Aussie Broadband. If I have to call more than once over a problem, the company has to remunerate me for loss. My time is valuable and just saying so is never enough.

Nasrul Ekram (@EkramNasrul) reported@TubbsJTattsyrup @iiNet I hate it when service providers don’t provide like they’re supposed to!!
