BludClotAU (@BludClotAU) reported@iiNet anyone else in 5041 suffering from NBN outage? I got the 'red light - optical' on my NBN box.
-
πΊππ π±ππππ (@TheKelBurch) reportedWhy donβt internet companies have an automated check running to find signs of unstable connections and then work to fix them proactively instead of waiting to be told? Time for a new cron job @iiNet?

Emil Martin Torroba (@EmilTorroba) reported@iiNet What am I paying a service for???? Not working again!
-
Iben hansen (@we_push_buttons) reportedDid I mention the @iinet is the worst company ever? Automated money grabbing losers who have everything so badly automated that the billing department is all that works. I owe them nothing . They wonβt stop their automated calls!
-
#RichardFromPhotoOps (@RichardTuffin) reported@narelleford @iiNet I "upgraded" to @iinet vdsl, but instead of just copying my customer details across to my new service, they were re-entered manually - and incorrectly. You'd think a company that deals with technology 24/7 365 days a year could do a little better tbh.

Peter Klages (@PeterKlages) reportedMy ISP, @iiNet, has been excellent in doing their best to provide good service and support for me here but they cannot overcome the basic flaws in NBN satellite. Over to you, Stephen Rue!

#RichardFromPhotoOps (@RichardTuffin) reportedTen years an @iinet customer and by far and away the worst customer experience I've had with them this week. And none of it my fault - unless you get into the absolute minuture of their frigging customer service agreements. So much for client loyalty.
-
#RichardFromPhotoOps (@RichardTuffin) reported@iiNet again... I'm the only Richard Tuffin in Canberra who's a client of yours. If you can't trace down my records based on that information, you're in the wrong job.
-
#RichardFromPhotoOps (@RichardTuffin) reported@iiNet .just check your records against phone calls from the only Richard Tuffin in Canberra. I'm so effing cross... I can't believe this is the way you treat loyal customers. Boiling with rage.

Tim Rust (@tim_rust) reported@Steve_Clark @iiNet @NBN_Australia I have had mainly good support experiences with iinet but it was my first go with NBN since installation. The tech was very efficient and could explain how he resolved the problem
