Hey @iiNet is there some unreported DNS issue in Canberra? I have had issues with many pages loading for the last 2 days - this problem clears up when I hot spot on my phone. Cheers

@iiNet @NBN_Australia called your helpline yesterday as my internet went down. I booked a tech for this morning who did not show. I needed this broadband fixed so I could send documents to a client. Called back and was told I had to book another appt for tomorrow.

@iiNet our home FTTC promising an average 40 meg down has done barely better than an average of 12 meg down since we got NBN 2.5 years ago. Yesterday morning @ 1.2 meg, I rang to complain. Tech got 52 meg down but by last night back to 1.2 meg. How do we fix it? Change provider?
