@Peter_F_Ryan @iiNet That is pretty poor Peter, they should have closed the lines and taken the calls in queue, or dumped them but not left them on hold. They have fairly robust technology so would be fully aware of how many are waiting

Hey @iinet after more than 17 years I have finally had it with you. Limited support hours. No communication from you WHATSOEVER regarding your massive failure over the weekend. Emails lost forever. You are now the shittiest ISP imaginable. I'm moving.
