  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

iiNet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • bigjsl John Lindsay 💉💉💉💉 (@bigjsl) reported

@elronxenu I’m a Director of the TIO so I can’t bring a complaint directly & I wouldn’t for $0.04. That this is a repeating pattern means no one is likely to fix it even though the transaction fees are costing @iiNet Would be trivial to goose the Rumba minimum to $1 :-)

  • AndrewWalkom Andrew (@AndrewWalkom) reported

@mcewenrobbie @Telstra @iinet have the best customer service. Whenever there is an issue it’s fixed quickly without hassle. Cant fault them after 7-8 years now.

  • bigjsl John Lindsay 💉💉💉💉 (@bigjsl) reported

@elronxenu @iiNet I vaguely remember being in a meeting that discussed card fee charging. It was lowering the minimum charge threshold that exposed this bug for customers with a single annual charged service.

  • Par_Grewal Pardeep Grewal (@Par_Grewal) reported

@iiNet I dont appear to have any internet #service. Can you please confirm Postcode 2025

  • jonosc11 Jonosc (@jonosc11) reported

@iiNet hi is there an issue in highton (3216) with cable? Not working/painfully slow.

  • nico_tokyoto GoldCoast_BurntToast (@nico_tokyoto) reported

@iiNet lots of scam emails posing as iiNet saying payments don’t go through, service about to be disco’d. Logo and all - don’t be fooled people!

  • Benny_Mitch Benny Mitchell (@Benny_Mitch) reported

@iiNet my internet just keeps dropping out every 10min, rebooted the modem and NBN says everything is fine and so does your website but it’s not fine, can you help?

  • elronxenu The Iron Xenu 👾💉💉💉🦠 (@elronxenu) reported

@iiNet @bigjsl Invoicing a customer for 4c is silly; rumba used to not create an invoice if the amount was under $10. Bring that back, or make it $5 to cope with the minimal mailbox charges. Maybe it's time to charge the CC fee at point of payment, not as a billentry.

  • NightyNo night (@NightyNo) reported

@iiNet you guys gonna fix your Iptransit issue yet? ( on squad) im part of a 9k player au discordsever on discord and alot of people are getting tired of high pins cos of this...

  • biney77 Sabina (@biney77) reported

I’ve been a customer for 18 years and somehow you’ve now separated my 3 accounts so that I can’t even see them or know what is happening with them. @iiNet
