@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

Me: yeah hi I need to configure some settings on my internet settings @iiNet support rep: yeah cool. While this is processing allow me to tell you all about my #COVIDー19 conspiracy theory and how it’s man made population control. Me: 😐

@iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

@iiNet No worries. I called that number numerous times yesterday without resolution or a call back. Same with the live chat.

I am sooo annoyed @iiNet you guys sent a modem to the wrong address and then RTS and now there’s no where to be seen for a new modem to be sent out. Over 45 mins on the phone trying to sort Customer service useless And I now wish I never signed up !! #customerserviceFail #iinet

Simon Terry (@simongterry) reported
@paulwoods @iiNet @NBN_Australia I had a similar issue with another carrier that went on for years. Ended up being configuration between their modem and server. Much blaming of my wiring, my devices, etc. None of which changed when they did regularly work through outages upgrading their servers.
-
Nemesis (@Nemesis_Alert) reported
@Dr_M_Davis @iiNet Suggest to check with friends and neighbors to see if they have the same problems to the same target websites. In ur job, CCP could be hacking you
-
Paul Woods (@paulwoods) reported
@iiNet Them: @NBN_Australia tests say that it is an internal wiring issue Me: Why would it work for 6 months then suddenly start dropping out around 1pm on Thu? And then somewhat stabilise after iiNet made some changes? Then start again? Them: As I said, it is just minimal dropouts
-
Dr Ron Baumann (@DocB__) reported
@Rockbluewater @iiNet To be fair, I've been with them for years without an issue. But their lack of response here is annoying.
-
Marius D (@_SeeYouAtHome_) reported
@iiNet massive speed issues on wifi, getting 0.98 download; 1.28 on my phone. Also really long wait times on call centre, unusual at this time. Issues in north Melb?
-
Paul Woods (@paulwoods) reported
@simongterry @iiNet @NBN_Australia I would give them the benefit of the doubt if it didn't work pretty much flawlessly for the past 6 months. What is more likely broken, the completely untouched 2m run of copper wiring in the wall, or the vastly complex network of moving parts that is a telco network?
