    Been with @iiNet for 10 years, the unbelievable shit service I’m getting today over an issue has got me wanting to move from them for the first time. That’s right 10 years and they’re treating a loyal customer this way We stuck with them even when we went 2 months without service

    @iiNet hi guys. long time customer both internet & mobile. when mobile was with u thru Optus could send text messages internationally now it thru Vodafone i cant!? Rang CS they said I need to pre-pay something for international messaging. really need this service back, what to do

    @allanmcconnell4 @iiNet I'm sorry you're having this experience with them. My parents joined them when the internet began (!) and I've been a loyal and happy customer ever since. I hope they read this bad publicity and lift their game to fix your problem! Nothing worse than tech time suck!

    another day another @iiNet outage and 0 explanation, i pay the highest i can per month yet the last 3 months have been the worst experience i’ve ever had with an ISP- any recommendation?

    @OrangeFizzer @iiNet Yup and you get the same call centre service experience. They don't care how long you have been with them anymore, after 11 years they didn't care I said I was moving, no retention spiel, nada.

    @bigmoonidiot @bigbadgus_ @iiNet I left Belong at the start of this year. They continued charging me for the cancelled service. Same for other ex-customers. They acknowledged it 6 weeks ago, but still haven't repaid... and they seem to be actively avoiding us!
