@iiNet what’s going on with @NBN_Australia internet?? I’ve called four times today. Left details. Waited for call backs. Each time I’ve been hung up on BEFORE I get to speak to your customer service people. Maybe it’s time to change my internet provider as well???

@iiNet @Retromonkey8 Help that bloke out. If you have job that resolves around the internet and working online it could mean having food or not. Fix it, help him.

  • OnceANerd Once A Nerd (@OnceANerd) reported

@iinet @NBNCo since the outage on the weekend in Conder/lanyon (postcode 2906), the internet has been very flakey.

  • saltymolty saltymolty (@saltymolty) reported

@iiNet Same as another bloke @Retromonkey8 It comes back for a few miniutes than drops out for a hour (that went on for all most 3 days) ... You seriously need to fix your services.

  • Retromonkey8 RetroMonkey (@Retromonkey8) reported

@iiNet another outage and no word back on reimbursement for the last one.... you ****** up big here. Comp me a bill or I'm walking.

  • Retromonkey8 RetroMonkey (@Retromonkey8) reported

@saltymolty @iiNet Thanks bro but I'm used to not eating... just like I'm used to the iinet services dropping and iinet relying on the fact it will "sort itself out" and they can pretend nothing is wrong in the first place. They need to fix the cause not wait out the symptoms. We deserve better.

  • tzarcasm snato ghauro (@tzarcasm) reported

Any idea what’s going on, @iiNet? Your website states there’s no outages, but it’s never right

  • Retromonkey8 RetroMonkey (@Retromonkey8) reported

@TheFaxFox @iiNet Tbh they are all the same... stupid ******* nbn is dog **** and they are all just middle men for said dog ****. Just read their replies to my comments... so delightfully ignorant and stuck right to the script which always ends in "it fixed itself" or "we can't do ****"

  • aussiefootycom Aussie Footy Forums (@aussiefootycom) reported

@Retromonkey8 @iiNet You need to realise that when there is poor weather around and you want to be online that you need to perhaps not use the internet and find something else to do.

  • Retromonkey8 RetroMonkey (@Retromonkey8) reported

Yo... @iiNet you retweet too slow... net dropped 5 mins after it came back... pathetic service.
