  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

  • Mcali4 liz franklin (@Mcali4) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @_bohemiaheart @slpng_giants_oz @iiNet @flightcentreAU @myer @JetstarAirways @ladbrokescomau I'll have a ritual burning of my myercard. Never used it much anyway.

@iiNet How about a SMS to all customers letting them know? Of course, that should have been 30 hours ago. The fact you haven't fixed it long ago makes us wonder if you CAN fix it at all. Remember, absolutely EVERYTHING you provide no longer works, not even your stupid website.

  • miriamcosic Miriam Cosic (@miriamcosic) reported

@iiNet @NataliePirotta You still haven't guestimated when we might be getting our service back.

  • KAMurphy1952 Born to Dance (@KAMurphy1952) reported

@faypirotta @iiNet Netspace, iiNet - down. Their website page is down as well. They’re blaming extreme weather in WA.

  • 8Kobe24Jordan23 Kobe (@8Kobe24Jordan23) reported

@iiNet @DewsMonique Nah this is just a ********* answer. What happened to you guys? Soon to be ex-customer here. Clowns.

  • ralphytown Amanda Ralph (@ralphytown) reported

While the @iiNet website appears to be back, webmail and email STILL not working and yet not a sinlge mention on the #iinet homepage. Just dismal #iinetisdown #iinetfail

  • ralphytown Amanda Ralph (@ralphytown) reported

@iiNet Please explain why you are reliant on a single geographic location with seemingly no BCP or other back up? 3 days now. No ETA on service restoration and no communication #iinet #iinetisdown

  • ralphytown Amanda Ralph (@ralphytown) reported

If @iiNet service is going to fail every time the temperature rises above 42 degrees then looks like it is time to find a new provider #iinet

  • DavidBaker33 David Baker (@DavidBaker33) reported

@iiNet If it takes you this long to recover from "extreme weather" I really worry what the situation would be if you faced major infrastructure damage from a fire, earthquake, etc. Surely your backup data center on the east coast should have kicked in within a few minutes?

  • aguyindcity AGuyinDCity|എഗൈഇൻദിസിറ്റി (@aguyindcity) reported

@iiNet Could you kindly advise if this has now resulted in Internet Service disruptions as well? I'm presently experiencing internet service disruption in post code 6152.

  • lmfitz leanne fitzpatrick (@lmfitz) reported

@iiNet rely on @iiNet so much but even @melbourneit were never down for this long :(
