    Me: yeah hi I need to configure some settings on my internet settings @iiNet support rep: yeah cool. While this is processing allow me to tell you all about my #COVIDー19 conspiracy theory and how it’s man made population control. Me: 😐

  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

  • Mcali4 liz franklin (@Mcali4) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @_bohemiaheart @slpng_giants_oz @iiNet @flightcentreAU @myer @JetstarAirways @ladbrokescomau I'll have a ritual burning of my myercard. Never used it much anyway.

    @iiNet we had our NBN FTTC network connection device replaced on 1 Jan. VOIP phone service has not worked since. Callers to our land line VOIP get a recording 'your call can not be connected at this time OCA 0188.' Outgoing calls get a continuous 900Hz tone.

  • Retromonkey8 RetroMonkey (@Retromonkey8) reported

    3rd time in 6 hrs @iiNet has failed to provide me with internet. Guess I'm looking for a new provider if they don't make the adequate effort to improve the service and retain me as a customer. Honest rating 4/10.

  • Phil28110 Phil281 (@Phil28110) reported

    @sass1ca @iiNet Only thing I can suggest you could always use your phone as a HOTSPOT, be careful how much data you use as your ISP will bill you for it obviously. We still pay when the system is down. Welcome to Marketing!!.

  • natalie_quirk Nat Quirk (@natalie_quirk) reported

    @iiNet what’s going on with @NBN_Australia internet?? I’ve called four times today. Left details. Waited for call backs. Each time I’ve been hung up on BEFORE I get to speak to your customer service people. Maybe it’s time to change my internet provider as well???

  • hugobrown Hugo - Visconde de Mundo (@hugobrown) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @iiNet Good Morning No Internet at 2223 is there outage?

  • ACLambert Anne CL (@ACLambert) reported

    Good work @iiNet : you just ignore the complaints and levy the "break contract fee" when you don't actually provide a service to our address. It's unconscionable. And did I mention I'm a customer of nearly 18 years standing? #unprofessional #buggerthecustomer

  • aussiefootycom Aussie Footy Forums (@aussiefootycom) reported

    @Retromonkey8 @iiNet You need to realise that when there is poor weather around and you want to be online that you need to perhaps not use the internet and find something else to do.
