    Do you know what grinds my gears? When you spend all day doing the work required to get to the bottom of a problem that should not be yours but the company decides it will be, & the 4th rep you’ve spoken to today says “I’m glad we’ve been able to resolve the issue”. .@iiNet 😡

    I have been trying to have an issue resolved on @iinet for two weeks I have spent almost 3 hrs waiting today my issue is still unresolved Is anyone there have you all gone home or on strike or on leave all at the same time

    @DodoAustralia Wow, how complacent can you get? Email keeps nagging me, it’s time to activate your SIM. When ******** are you going to send it, #DodoAustralia? So far, your service is no better than, and no less irritating than the @iinet I so desperately want to replace.

    @iiNet can't access my iiNet toolbox to work on moving my hosted exchange emails over, been on hold for over an hour so far and have been facing this issue since yesterday.

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.
