Bye Bi & GLTQIA Smoko (@annieljensen) reportedDo you know what grinds my gears? When you spend all day doing the work required to get to the bottom of a problem that should not be yours but the company decides it will be, & the 4th rep you’ve spoken to today says “I’m glad we’ve been able to resolve the issue”. .@iiNet 😡

Wyvernsrose (@wyvernsrose) reported@DianeDromgold @iiNet They literally have me blocked because for over a month they refused to admit our Internet was even down due to the local nbn works
-
Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported@DodoAustralia’s emails nag it’s time to activate your SIM, when it hasn’t ******* sent them. Worse, I am told its mobile people don’t work on a weekend. So far, its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.
-
Stuart (@stueyissickofit) reportedOk @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will speak with me. This has been going on for months.
-
A Bloody Nice Chap (@Abloodynicechap) reported@Telstra @iiNet No- I report faults they instantly say its NBN, yet NBN can't find any faults. 4 months at $90 dollars with no 4g back-up. Shocking service, as highlighted here. I will be over with @iiNet by the end of the month and will recommend everyone else to do likewise.

Viscount TJ (@spanner77) reported@iiNet Twice this week I have called your call centre and opted for a call back which has not been forthcoming. I’m trying to fix an ongoing billing issue which you are at fault. I emailed but that was useless, was like they didn’t read the email. What’s going on? Very annoyed
