    @iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…

    @iiNet What's happened to your quality of service? Mass outages, almost every day... I used to love #iinet, but if this keeps up, I'm leaving for another provider.

    Bro, I’ve been with @iiNet for 10 years with no issues, in the last month I’ve had insane latency issues and they just tell me “it’s beyond their control” to fix, well guess it’s time to swap providers.

    @iiNet it is very frustrating your staff say when they call my phone it goes straight to voicemail but no one else has this problem. It is on your end. No one from iinet has EVER been able to call me.
