@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

.@iinet My internet has been slow for a few weeks now. How is it that it takes up to 5 seconds to load a page yet youtube plays smoothly at 480p? I have FTTB. Postcode 3065.

Don’t use @iiNet, all talk and no action. Dreadful problem solving of internet issues. Passing the buck, issue explained 15 times over to different people and more. #isp #iinet #cx

@iiNet I’ve had no internet working since 1pm today. Can’t login to my toolbox and haven’t been able to call through. What is going on with this service? Today hasn’t been the only time I’ve had issues! Forever dropping out or not working hours at a time 🤯

It seems weird for @iiNet to send a "to the resident" snail mail to my home when I already pay for a service with them at this address. Doubly weird when the prices quoted would give me 12 MB/s for the price of my current 90 MB/s one.
