    @iiNet I shouldn't have had to top up. There was no explanation that there was an issue. I did not receive a text or an email that there was an issue. All I got was "Can't send text by iiNet. Error 28" iiNet support did not know what Error 28 was nor did Mobile support. Ref # 380798763

    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    @iiNet hey is there an issue in 2213 nothing on the network issue pages yet but we have a red light on the nbn router for optical.

    @iiNet fix the ISP. you are blocking @discord access. trying to access it through the application and through their website is being blocked by you,. this is the 2nd time in the last month.

    @iiNet Hey iiNet, 5G is down "connected without internet". Care to give the customers some information? (and it's not just me). Also, what is hosted email? I've just seen that you're ending "hosted email". How do I know if I'll be affected?
