    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    @iinet @tpg just bizarre behaviour Cancelled @NBN_Australia on UNI D1 with several weeks notice. They continued to issue invoices after termination. Ignored emails, then finally issues refund for the wrong amount. After 10 years its so good to exit this crappy business account
