A Bloody Nice Chap (@Abloodynicechap) reported@Telstra @iiNet No- I report faults they instantly say its NBN, yet NBN can't find any faults. 4 months at $90 dollars with no 4g back-up. Shocking service, as highlighted here. I will be over with @iiNet by the end of the month and will recommend everyone else to do likewise.

H u m e r u s 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈🇦🇺 (@YoureSoHumerus) reportedNothing like waiting on urgent communication with an employer only for @iiNet and @WestnetAU webmail to go down for over 6 hours with nary a peep to even acknowledge it on their social media.

A Bloody Nice Chap (@Abloodynicechap) reported@Telstra There is no help there! And this doesn't answer why I pay for 4g backup when the speed is 2mbps? I will just cancel the account and move over to @iinet instead.

Sarah Brewer (@BrewerVASocial) reported@iiNet our nbn stopped working last night but there are no outages at all, how can we fix. Wallan VIC?

Stuart (@stueyissickofit) reportedOk @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will call me. This has been going on for months.

@DouglasColquitt (@douglascolquitt) reported@iiNet it is very frustrating your staff say when they call my phone it goes straight to voicemail but no one else has this problem. It is on your end. No one from iinet has EVER been able to call me.
