-
Books (@Books4566) reportedAs usual @iinet and @nbn having their monthly ‘no Internet for a day’ period. No reason provided. As a customer you pay daily for service and they never credit your daily loss. Big companies can do what they want with impunity.

BigDaddy (@B1gD4ddy8055m4n) reported@iiNet not sure why you would ask me to PM you then report my tweet? Now I’m locked out because you can’t handle a little bit of blue language. Harden ******** up you incompetent Bozos. I’m making this effort because you decided to be incompetent and turn off half your biz svcs!

Nathan Moraza (@shwing_dusty) reportedThere is a huge amount of endurance required to cancel an @iiNet internet plan. When you speak to someone, they make the call go for so long that you might just give up and stay with them. It's a gauntlet of silly questions and tactics.
-
Nat Sariman (@NatSariman) reported@iiNet Such a terrible service. Avoid. I was with them for over 10 years. I wish I could get them back. Nothing but problems
-
Rory Bunk (@RoryBunk) reported@iiNet Atrocious issue resolution. A simple change of address results in inactivation of email boxes for over 2 days and no end in sight, no one in support position with the wherewithal to do anything outside vague 48-hour ticket queues
-
John Morgan (@Johnymorgz) reported@iiNet my internet on HFC also down in Grovedale, Vic was down last night when I went to bed. Nothing showing on website

Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported@DodoAustralia’s desperate texts and emails nag it’s time to activate your SIM, when it hasn’t ******* sent them. It has now missed the boat. The wash-up: its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.
