    @iiNet Really poor service tonight guys. Our CC was compromised so I changed payment details with you April 3rd. Now tonight, at 8pm you disconnect the service. Just as the call centre closes. Big help you guys are.

    There is a huge amount of endurance required to cancel an @iiNet internet plan. When you speak to someone, they make the call go for so long that you might just give up and stay with them. It's a gauntlet of silly questions and tactics.

    @DodoAustralia’s emails nag it’s time to activate your SIM, when it hasn’t ******* sent them. Worse, I am told its mobile people don’t work on a weekend. So far, its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Was HOPING to get onto @Steam and download my games on my PC, BUT: my OLD @iiNet email is INVAILD on Steam, AND it's saying the password IS F*CKING WRONG!!!!! @Steam_Support, PLEASE HELP!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬😭😭😭😭
