    @iiNet is actively blocking use of @discord Discord it an important communication platform for many. This happened to us last month and after following every solution they had @discord_support, who were quick to reply to my emails, worked out to be our ****** ISP.

    Absolutely disgusted at @iiNet support and service. Three phone-calls to update a credit card, total hold time - 4 hours. Currently up to the second phone call and 4 transfers totally 2.4 hours and counting to cancel my business services. On hold to yet another department.

    @iiNet What's happened to your quality of service? Mass outages, almost every day... I used to love #iinet, but if this keeps up, I'm leaving for another provider.

    Hey @iiNet seriously having trouble. EVERYTIME i call you can’t hear me but when i ring anyone else they can hear me. Can you please have someone ring me from tech support. Feel free to dm.

    @iiNet I shouldn't have had to top up. There was no explanation that there was an issue. I did not receive a text or an email that there was an issue. All I got was "Can't send text by iiNet. Error 28" iiNet support did not know what Error 28 was nor did Mobile support. Ref # 380798763

    Nothing like waiting on urgent communication with an employer only for @iiNet and @WestnetAU webmail to go down for over 6 hours with nary a peep to even acknowledge it on their social media.

    @DodoAustralia’s desperate texts and emails nag it’s time to activate your SIM, when it hasn’t ******* sent them. It has now missed the boat. The wash-up: its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.
