    moved to New Zealand and @iiNet won't let me close my broadband account without verfifying identity with an Australian ID which I don't have because I am not Australian. 2 weeks of doom loop. Worst internet provider ever.

    @iiNet just canceled my ozemail account after nearly 30 years. That’s how dreadful your service has become, how empty your promises to fix things are, and how💩 your company is. Bought a 500GB SIM from Optus, immediate 40Mbps stable connection compared to your unstable 1.5Mbps

    So I’ve been a customer of @iiNet for 12 years so far, and my internet has just been suspended for an invoice being 11 days overdue 🤨😩😡

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
