Paul Davis (@paulieski) reported@iiNet After 20 years of being with iiNet my emails are now being rejected because of a change of policy about email quotas. It’s a problem that didn’t need to happen. Management should consider what’s most important to the business – your severs or your customers.

Mark Dodd (@MarkBrooksDodd) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@iiNet Update: someone sensible called and spoke to Dad. Resolved the lost emails but couldn’t change the quota.
