@JayBallzup @iiNet I had the same issue today too. Unless they change the way it tests the ping, it's never going to get better. Best bet is to bug Xbox Support and maybe Major Nelson on Twitter.

@JayBallzup @iiNet If you're talking about the ping that it shows when you do a network test in the consoles settings, I wouldn't worry about it. No matter where you are in the world, that test airways pings the US Xbox servers and there's no way to change it.

@StevenSinagra @iiNet Is there any update on this? Multiple clients suffering with this issue. The status update says "Minor" issue. I would say this is a "Critical" issue.

2.5 days now, and counting, for many SMEs across Australia with no @iiNet email service that they have paid for. Minimal communication from this company. Numerous complaints lodged with the Ombudsman. Time for @iiNet to provide some answers.

@iiNet OK, any update on when the hosted exchange issue will be corrected? do you have a planned resolution yet? There is a lot of irate customers being given conflicting information. If this is a permanent change without notice and in breach of the contract, I see class actions.
