@JayBallzup @iiNet If you're talking about the ping that it shows when you do a network test in the consoles settings, I wouldn't worry about it. No matter where you are in the world, that test airways pings the US Xbox servers and there's no way to change it.

@JayBallzup @iiNet I had the same issue today too. Unless they change the way it tests the ping, it's never going to get better. Best bet is to bug Xbox Support and maybe Major Nelson on Twitter.

@maxblake44 @iiNet Gave up on iiNet a few months ago. Was once a very very good ISP. WAS. Found the service terribly average in the end. Switched to Aussie Broadband and very happy with it 👍

How is it that our neighbours had this resolved but we can't? How is it @NBN_Australia can tell @iiNet they're not going to fix the problem, and @iiNet accepts that and fails to advise us of our option to engage the Communications Ombudsman? Not bloody good enough, either of you.

Supervisor can see fault logged in February and agrees issue not resolved even if connectivity has been returned (due to storm passing, not anything being fixed). Supervisor tells us @iiNet will log fault with @NBN_Australia

Christ, @iiNet, this is still going on. I’ve a story due Monday that I’m trying to research and an online university course that I’m trying to stay on top of with an exam on Tuesday. Switching between slow wifi when it’s up and expensive 4G on my phone is driving me crazy!!!!

@iiNet You guys are a joke. Service so poor we moved our accounts to another ISP. Then you guys promised on 2 diff calls, our emails wouldn't be deleted and we could call after the new service came online to keep the email addresses and mailboxes.

@iiNet the reason I never DM you is that somehow, miraculously, tweeting sets it right.
