Huge Ackman (@shadow_walkerOZ) reported from Rockhampton, Queensland@JayBallzup @iiNet If you're talking about the ping that it shows when you do a network test in the consoles settings, I wouldn't worry about it. No matter where you are in the world, that test airways pings the US Xbox servers and there's no way to change it.

We've tested the line with multiple handsets but there is no dial tone. Restarted both NBN modem and router/phone box many times but the phone is not working.
