    @iiNet Not getting much help from that number, to be honest. But they are recognising the constant dropouts. The service is more or less unusable for us

    @iiNet Hey guys, our @NBN_Australia connection as been up and down like yoyo all day, the Arris modem has been dropping it like it's hot. Not a few seconds after restoring a connection it'll be back to blinking it's way through a reconnection, enough time to load one page.

    @iiNet why am I getting calls for NBN when I have spoken to 3 ppl and even emailed Tal in Customer Service the other day. I understand you are trying to cross sell but its ******* annoying your team aint check notes before even calling

    @iiNet I don't have access to either, sorry, I'm not the account holder in this house. There's been regular slowdowns around lunchtime here for weeks, but it's intolerable today. And yes, it's a general internet issue, not limited to any specific site, device, or service.
